I was visiting from out of town and needed a Botox touch up. from Elyaman did a thorough consult and was amazing with his technique and I was very happy with my results. I was given a gift certificate for a free facial and had facial done by Allison who I would also personally recommend as excellent. After the facial I felt like a whole new person and I could tell and see the difference in my skin. I would go back here again when Im back in town. This office is small and intimate and theyve hired top notch folks. Keep doing what youre doing! Would recommend!

I tried a PRP treatment for the under-eye bags. The results have been fantastic only 6 days after the treatment. The bags are definitely less noticeable, and the area appears more plump and voluminous. As I understand, the best results are seen usually after one month, so I am excited to see if this improves even more.

I was given a gift certificate for a facial. It is a beautiful place. Everybody is very nice. My facial therapist. Her name is Allison. Wonderful lady gave a great facial. I enjoyed every minute. I was there. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to facial or if you want any other kind of things done to your face they have different programs different things that they do there. Check them out you won’t be. Sorry you did, great place and everything is natural and organic every product that they use is even better for your face Allison For you will be seeing me as a customer

I went to Innova to use a Groupon voucher I received as a gift. I had the best experience! The young woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and at check out, she made sure to sign me up for a rewards program for one of the products that was used which earned me a discount. I didnt even know that existed, and it was very much appreciated. My injector,Jennifer, was very personable and put me instantly at ease. It was my first time getting botox, and I left feeling confident that I would see the results I wanted. I didnt feel any pressure to purchase more than my voucher covered, but I planned on doing so if it was needed to reach my goals. She only suggested things I already felt I needed, as I had done a lot of research prior to the visit. She also informed me of other services that might suit my goals, but again, no pushy sales vibes.On top of everything, the office was clean and inviting, and I felt like it was the type of place to go a step beyond what people expected.

As soon as I walked in I noticed amazing design. the atmosphere was calming and inviting. While I waited, they had a wonderful receptionist. She gave me snacks and water. I was very very nervous and I’ve had my lips done before two times. This is the first time instead of using lidocaine they actually used in injection so I felt no pain at all it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Philips was super sweet, professional and walked me through every step of the way. He allowed me to share my experience with my Snapchat friends. Then they gave me an ice pack at the end that looks super cute. Would definitely recommend. The best Spa I have ever been to

Been seeing Krystal there for a few months who takes every aspect of the job in full consideration and is very knowledgeable about not only her skills with the laser but also everything one could know about the skins surface and the best treatments to correct spots,wrinkles and signs of aging. You can see the sincerity in her eyes as she talks you through and explains in detail each procedure! Shes the only certified medical electrologist ill be seeing from now on.

Started going to Innova for laser treatment last year with Krystal, she is the best. She listens, shes gentle, she knows what shes doing, shes always in a great mood and she is extremely professional. Ive done my under arms, arms and brazilian laser at the Ocala location.The only complaint I have about this location is that they hardly pick up their phones during business hours and their answering machine is always full so you cant even leave a voicemail. If I have to make an appointment or cancel one I have to call several times throughout the day and sometimes even the next day.Results have been amazing. I would recommend everyone to come and see Krystal for all your laser hair removal needs.

Great place to get cosmetics. My friends had recommended I come here. I’m from st Pete and was in town for business, but I had two procedures done and I love the work. I tried different products then what i usually get and was not disappointed! I usually go to Juvederm for my lips but Carol at Innova suggested I try Versa. She explained everything so well to me and I was convinced so I got it. She was really quick and efficient, talking to me the whole time and making sure I was comfortable. I’m a baby when it comes to my injections and she was very gentle while injecting my lips. Usually it hurts way worse, but my lips were barely hurting when I left. I also tried Jueveau (Newtox?), mainly because they had a deal on the Jueveau and Versa. I was originally going for Botox and juvederm but I’m so happy I listened to Carol and took them up on saving the money and trying something different. This goes to show they’re not just trying to sell stuff. This team genuinely wants you to look your best at VERY fair prices. Definitely recommend this place and I told my friends how happy i was, and they gave me the “told you so.”

Greeted by a lovely young lady who furnished Fiji quality water branded with spas logo, I knew instantly that I stumbled into the right place. I received a massage by a therapist who I swear has been calibrated by God himself and gave her the power to heal with her touch! Very memorable experience that made the widely used phrase quality over quantity 100% true. If you have a massage therapist already I’d recommend taking a session off and trying Innova. Absolutely amazing staff with a facility that is unparalleled and services that render other spa’s useless in my eye’s! Thank you Innova!

I love love love Innova Wellness Spa. The staff are extremely kind and the overall atmosphere is beautiful and soothing. I am from Orlando but I refuse to go anywhere locally. Since I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, I am very picky with who I let handle much skin. I’ve had acne since I was 13 years old (I am 23 now) so my skin has gone through many years of damage, which caused hyper pigmentation and pitted scars. I’ve been getting the vampire facial for a few months now by Brenda and I have seen such amazing results on my skin. Brenda is very knowledgeable in skin care and takes the time to know the uniqueness in my skin before starting any treatment. After 4 treatments, my skin is almost scar free. I have some deeper scars I still need treatment for, but most of my hyperpigmentation is gone. My pores have also substantially minimized and my overall texture is so much nicer than it was before. I have not felt this confident in years. I can finally go to work without having to put makeup on. And on days I want to look a little more alive, I just throw on some mascara and lipstick and avoid my face all together. Dr. Elyamen, the overseeing physician is a great guy and very knowledgeable. The running of this wellness center is exceptional. You are seen almost as soon as possible and if you did end up waiting a little, you are provided a comfortable lounge, water, coffee, and calming music. I am going off on a rant, but honestlyThis place is worth it. I highly recommend it!

From the receptionist that will be sure you are comfortable and offer you a coffee or water, to the awesome Dr. Hani who personally meets with you for your consultation. I have been places where you never see the doctor until procedure day. Not here! I have never felt more comfortable and confident going other places. This IS the place to go! You will never go anywhere else! And the prices are reasonable, I found them to be less than other places I have been before. So forget about trying to find a deal or Groupon and call this place if you want to feel better about yourself because Dr.Hani is an amazing person that truly cares about you!

I would have expected to go to a major city, perhaps even NYC or LA to find practitioners with the level of skills that the staff at Innova possess. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I just turned 46, and thanks mostly to the meticulous artistry of Carol, the Physician Assistant who does the injections of fillers & paralytics, about 100% of people think I am 33-34 when they meet me. Occasionally, some people say as young as 28.I had gone to another place prior to this one. I tried Innova at first because they are closer to ly home, and I got a deal on groupon. I could tell from my first visit that they were a cut above. I asked Carol, “how many years can you take off my face, and have it still look like MY face?”She replied, “Well, that depends. Do you happen to have photos pf yourself over the past decade or so?”I am a musician and have been playing in bands since my late teens, so I have MANY photos of myself, spanning about 26 years. Some were taken by pros or semi-pros. I already had the album pulled up on my phone and handed it to her. “These are all of me over the past 23 years,” I said.She looked through them thoroughly. I made sure to include pictures of my face from all different angles. “Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever had a client with so many pictures. I can bring you back to this,” she said, pointing at the exact picture I hoped she would, of me at 30 years old.I told her the reason i had so many “selfies” was because of my aspirations for a musical career, and always had photoshoots for promoting, websites, albums, flyers, press kit, etc. She explained that the reason most celebrities look like they are aging in reverse now is because they have had decades of their lives on camera, both photo and film. She said with all the photos I had and all the angles of my face, as well as the pictures showing the Bell’s Palsy caused by accidents and surgery, she would be able to do Hollywood-level work on me. And she did. And still does.I research everything I do, especially when it comes to my body. Carol has never tried to sell me anything I did not need. In fact, she helped me restore my face gradually, using Juvederm ultra in some areas, Juvederm Voluma and/or Restylane Lyft in the cheekbone area, and Dysport (Botox alternative made by the company that makes Restylane), and then recently, Revanesse Versa, similar to Juvederm Ultra but lasts twice as long. I also had a PRP treatment (Vampire Facelift) in late 2018 and then again in late 2020.The fillers have stimulated my body’s natural collagen production now. The first year or so required constant maintenance and little touch-ups, and was not cheap. But now, I go in about 3 times a year just for little touchups. It is looking like I need less of everything and less often. The key is staying on top of it. Carol takes her work very seriously, and is both an artist and a scientist.The entire staff at Innova makes me feel warm and welcome. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. Their prices are VERY reasonable, and they often have excellent sales.

I had a very severe case of Rosacea inclusive of all 4 types and worsened by having to wear masks during the pandemic. I was desperate when I called Innova. I had a consult with Dr Hani, a great experience! Then I received 7 IPL laser treatments from Krystal D. who is very professional and kind. The result is that I now have a flawless complexion and only a minimal blush. Why did I suffer for so many years when I could have gone to Innova for treatment!! The facility is very clean and elegant in its decor. The only downside is that they never seem to actually answer the phones or return calls so poor communication.

This spa is one in a million Dr.Waleed and Dr.Jama do amazing work I’ve never felt prettier. I have had reservations for years about doing Botox and fillers because I don’t want to look (unnatural). So I finally took the plunge and I can say without a doubt I couldn’t have been happier. Not just with the result but the whole experience was 5 star all the way. You wouldn’t never think a place like this could be located in Ocala because you feel like you at a spa in Europe. Just wow I am a lifetime client for sure.
