I had won a free Facial, was not sure what to expect. I have never had one before. Well let me tell you it was wonderful! I believe it was a Hydrating one. My face has never felt so clean and fresh. The staff is very nice. Thank you so much for a great experience. Best of all no catch, they didnt ask for anything and for being free it wasnt rushed at all.

I started the Lifestyle program at 50 years old, 265 pounds and 34% body fat in September. 2 months later I weighed in at 238 pounds and 29% body fat. I feel amazing, sleep like a baby (got rid of my cpap machine) and my energy level is through the roof!!Recently they started selling ready-made meals that I started purchasing right away!! The best prepared, full flavored and great balanced meals I’ve found ANYWHERE on the market!! These meals are perfect for my busy schedule and the best portioned for my diet!!I’m so thankful for ALL of the Lifestyle Solutions’ team for keeping me on track to being the best I can be!!

If you’re there for weight loss which I have been in the past, they’re discreet and make you feel proud for every ounce or pound you lose. Dr. Holloway is supportive and realistic. He tells you want to expect and how to get better results each and every time. The beauty services are also amazing. Jaqueline, their esthetician is beyond beyond beyond amazing!!! She makes you feel beautiful from the first step you take going up to her floor. She made my skin feel 10 years younger, and I’m only 34 years old. I am scheduling my lips to be filled by Dr. Holloway in the fall when I return to work. I am not even nervous about it, because he makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends & family anytime. They have such a wide variety of options available for anything to make you feel better about the skin you’re in.

I love Lifestyle Solutions. They are all exceptionally professional and friendly. Dr Holloway is a super nice man and he fully explains each procedure and he is gentle and respective of my skin care. Jaclyn is the best skin care professional Ive ever encountered. She is very experienced in many aspects of skin care and I absolutely love her Irish accent and personality. She is funny and will engage in nice conversation with me. I always feel very comfortable with her. She is a very talented lady and knows her stuff!! I really want to give at least 10 stars to the staff at Lifestyle Solutions!! If you have not tried cool scuplting its a great way to rid stubborn fat for good and Jaclyn is the best in Ocala to go to for these treatments. I love all the staff at Lifestyle Solutions...everyone is efficient and super nice.

Highly recommend this establishment! All the associates are friendly, patient, and very capable. I look forward to my next visit. A particular young lady named Risa attended me on my second visit. Blood work was required for my participation in the weight control program, and it was the most gentle, pain-free experience I can ever recall. Since I am not technically proficient, she helped me set up my account on line and gave me a brief lesson on how to use the APP. Patience and compassion seem to be the rules in that office, not to mention excellence in what they do. Im very happy to have made their acquaintance.

I have been using Lifestyle Solutions for a few years and without question a amazing staff the doctors are very understanding of what you are looking to do and achieve they have many services I have been using the weight lose service without doubt as long as you listen to what they tell you the lbs drop off I have lost total of 55lbs since being on there weight lose program. So if your looking to lose some weight get in shape live healthier stop by I would recommend them every time.

Ive had quite a few treatments here and I really love Dr. Holloway and his staff. Jackie has done Cool Sculpting on my chin and the results were amazing! Racheal has done the Hydro Facial and I have loved the results. I just had Botox again and this time it was with Dr. Holloway and he was great. They do not pressure you into things and I appreciate that. They give you their opinions and let you make decisions on what youd like to have done. If you are thinking about having something done to improve your appearance do yourself a favor and go here for a consultation.

I started going to Lifestyle Solutions at the end of July 2017 I have lost 52 pounds so far and am very pleased with the services there. I am 56 years old and have tried for years to lose weight on my own and was very discouraged. I have to say this is the easiest way I have ever lost weight and st my age it’s very hard. If you follow Dr. Holloway’s suggest plan and do what he tells you then it is possible. When I started I was on blood pressure and cholesterol medication now I’m not on anything. I feel 100% better and my clothes are now normal size instead of having to buy big sizes. If your st a loss and tried other things that don’t work like have for years you really should try going here the staff is the best and each week they are so encouraging. This is the best decision I could of made not only have I lost weight but I have learned to eat totally different. You couldn’t of told me a year ago to eat every two hours and you would lose weight but guess what it works. It’s what I was eating that made me gain year after year. This experience has changed my life in so many ways I still have more weight to lose. It I am very confident I will get there with support of Dr. Holloway and his staff.

Dr. Holloway did the absolute best lip fillers!! He was clear and concise on what he was doing. He made sure to numb me first and that I was completely numb before starting. Took 2 syringes for me to get what I wanted. He did 1 syringe waited a month, and then did my second. And I couldn’t be happier. I’m pretty sensitive to pain, and the only part I felt was the numbing which was pretty quick. And I was able to eat and drink normally a couple hours after once the numbing wore off. I would not go to any other doctor but Dr. Holloway

Someone who hadnt seen me since the Ocala Christmas Parade, came up to me at the gym and told me how great I look. And she was very interested in the program herself. I told her it is outstanding. It is easy once you get into the groove. With there help and plan I had lost 70 lbs. by September 2020, by sticking with there plan I had lost 100 lbs by Dec 11 2020. Here we are 2 years later March 2022 an I am at 170. I know everyone says If I can do it, so can you, but there are really no other words for the weight loss program. I am a mom, wife, and work full time. Time and energy are things I have very little of, while in the meantime my weight was just going up. Their staff is with you 100% of the way guiding you and cheering you on. I lost 30lbs (and staying off) and the best part of it all is, THERE ARE NO STRICT DIETS!

Best spot in Ocala if youre doing something extensive like botox or fillers or if you are just getting basic facials! I wouldnt go anywhere else. I tried a spa next to Bonefish Grill. Another that offers perminent eyebrows near cala ... I wont mention either name, but I can only tell you that they both were true nightmares, dont go there and do that to yourself. These people are the only way to fly, plus its a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing setting with professional kind individuals!
