Have you ever had your nail chip right after you just got them done? No? Me neither! The quality of products that are used at Gloss are some of the absolute best around. My natural nails have never been healthier or looked better than they do now. The attention to detail and care you receive here is one of the reasons I will always come back. Every time I go in for my monthly appointment my nails look exactly the same as when I left with the only difference being the grow out! Can you say that about your current salon? Get your nails done here, I promise you won’t regret it.

Absolutely beautiful nail salon, everything was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The customer service was phenomenal, the owner saved my two very broken and fragile nails. I was using sns at another salon and when they broke in half in the middle of my nail they just put glue over it and new color...i was in so much pain and could feel my finger beating as it was swelling. Once i removed everything and came to Gloss the owner took the time to actually fix and correct the issue not just glue it together. It was the day after Christmas and I am so happy I found this location and will be a regular going forward. A+ Nails came out beautiful!

I’ve been getting my nails done with Kasia for 3yrs now. I was thrilled when she announced she was opening Gloss. For some reason before going to Kasia, my nails would never grow out and would always break. Our nails need good health just as our skin and hair. Gloss will do just that for your nails. It’s the best nail salon in Orlando. The staff, the environment, and the service is just simply amazing. The ambience makes you feel very welcomed and almost as if you were in a Spa (with good music). #naturalnails

The best manicure I have ever had! Amazing! Excellent quality all around! The picture doesnt do it justice, the finishing is smooth, no lumps, cuticle is clean, it looks natural and beautiful. My experience at Gloss Nail Co was TOP TIER! I have gone to other salons for years and the health of my natural nail was never paid attention to like it was here. I’ve been growing my natural nails to a healthier state for over a year and I’m so happy to be able to show them off this way. Their products are amazing & the salon atmosphere is so beautiful and peaceful. Getting your nails done is a luxury and you should have your nails taken care of while sitting in a luxurious atmosphere. It was truly worth the expense! I’ll be coming back. Betmary was excellent!

The best thing that’s ever happened to my sensitive thin nails! They are unlike any nail salon, they are professional, clean, and friendly! The atmosphere feels like a clean five star spa. My nails used to break and hurt from the wear and tear from normal gel and dip products, I’ve never been so happy with my nails. An experience I no longer dread!

I absolutely love coming to gloss. You pay for what you get, and though the prices are above regular prices, you won’t be getting a regular service here. My nails have never held on any polish, gel polish or acrylics until I came here. Kash is an amazing owner, dedicated to making sure all of her techs are well equipped with knowledge and the proper material. Camilly is the sweetest and always does an amazing job on my nails, they last 4+ weeks. My nails have grown so much stronger since I started coming here! The best nail salon, hands down! Not only is it beautiful, clean and has wonderful staff, I love that they 100% look out for their customers. I had a nail break the day before I was supposed to leave on a trip. An afterhours IG message was responded to almost immediately and an appointment was made for 8:00 am the next morning to get me fixed up. It made me so happy to have someone care like that. You don’t find that in most nail salons or businesses these days.

The only place I’ll get my nails done. First reason being, they only use Bio-Sculpture Gel system, which is non-toxic and makes your nails stronger. I had a gel overlay (kind of like a nail builder, but not that) for two years straight. When I took it off for a couple of months, my nails are extremely strong and resilient. So much so, that they stayed in tact the few times I banned them really hard. They really believe in protecting your nail beds and strengthening your natural nail to be long and beautiful. And as far as my pedicure in the pic- that’s 3 weeks old and it’s the regular Bio-Sculpture Polish, not gel. I believe in keeping things natural and non-toxic. This is the only place for me.

Ive been to the salon several times already and usually get the Bio Sculpture Gel Overlay Manicure in Medium length. My nails look fabulous and I received compliments everywhere I go. My nails look flawless after 2.5 weeks of wear and tear.

This is by far the best nail salon in town! My nail health journey has been changed forever and I’m so thankful! This is the only bio sculpture gel salon in the area and you can tell how these products aren’t like any other salons. This is not a chain salon and they actually care about your nail health and discourage you to get tips (and now mine are naturally long and strong). They don’t upsell you like other salons and I appreciate that so much! Every time I have asked about add ons they were very transparent about pricing and don’t proceed until you know how much it cost. This is the only place I’ve been where I feel like I get a real manicure and know it’s with sterile tools that are unwrapped right in front of you. There is always a receptionist to help with booking and the online booking is user friendly and convenient. I am open to going to different techs because of my busy schedule and they have all been amazing and personally trained by the owner (who is hands on and also works in the salon!) My nails last from 3-4 weeks at a time and even the lamps are safe and specifically made for bio sculpture gel which don’t cause burns or make them feel hot. My nails and toes have never hurt during or afterwards like they have in the past in other salons. Everything is so clean which is so important! Overall, no other salon I have come across has this level of safety, cleanliness and aesthetics— 100% recommend!

If you are looking for a natural nail salon, this is the place. My nails have never looked better. For the quality of manicure, Gloss is very fairly priced. Not to mention, this is the only place Ive ever had my nails done where I can let them grow out 3 to 4 weeks and they still look good- no lifting, no chipping, etc. I searched for a long time to find a salon that focused on natural nails and not acrylics, and Im so glad I found them!

Amazing service. I have really brittle nails and went in for a dry manicure. It was awesome, and left my hands so soft! The place is immaculate and has a great vibe!! Only giving 4 stars because I dont think I got the full service, as the site says the tech will do a consultation in the current state of the nails, and recommend home care - which did not happen. Ive seen other dry manicure clients here get a top coat and I didnt get that either. But that is ok! I will definitely be back; cant wait to see my nails back to their full glory.

Truly the BEST EXPERIENCE my daughter and I had in a nail salon (which I don’t even think they should be in this category. I feel like it’s more boutique.)They say you get what you pay for and I couldn’t agree more! At Gloss Nail you’re not a number to meet quota. You’re a client who’s coming in to get a service to help the health of your nails on your hands and feet. This is QUALITY over QUANTITY. My technician, Betmary, met me at the front, helped me pick a color that went along with my dress for my son’s wedding. She diligently looked over my nails and came up with a plan to shape and care for them after the manicure. They weren’t in a rush, took their time and made me feel like I was “family”. You might think, these prices are ridiculously expensive and I might have thought the same thing at one point, HOWEVER, IT’S WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Going on 2 weeks and my manicure looks like day one! No scratches on the surface, no breakage, no cracks, no peeling! It’s supposed to last 3-4 weeks with care. I’d say there’s value to that! I’m tired of going to these regular nail salons where they’ve damaged my nails. I’ve been looking for a more holistic way to care for nails and THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ME!!Thank you Gloss Nails for such a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful technicians! I’ve always wanted to be a clean nail girlie but never was sure enough to make the leap. I’ve been an acrylic nail user for years, nine specifically and wasn’t sure I could give it up. I spent the last two days at Gloss, first having my toes done and then my fingers and I left happier than I could have imagined.The staff was incredible, the interior immaculate, I felt like I was at a high end hotel spa for the duration of my time there. My nail tech was so knowledgeable as was everyone else and the owner is an absolute doll.I type this as a short nail user and now I wouldn’t want to be anything else. Very good attention to detail, lots of colors to choose from, and beautiful and charming inside. I saw an ad on instagram they focus on people with short nails. My nails tend to peel, break and are just weak after so many years doing acrylic. I decided to try something new and better with quality service and I am glad I found this place. I love my nails. The best manicure I’ve ever had! Two and a half weeks after, and I don’t even have a chip.. with red polish! I work in healthcare, washing and bumping my hands and nails frequently, so this is amazing to me. Also, I am very sensitive to the toxic chemical smell of nail polish and nail salons, and I have avoided them while pregnant and breastfeeding, especially.
