    My customer service experience was professional, I even received a phone call to make sure I didn’t have any trouble finding the salon. The day of my consultation Mrs.P answered all of my questions and concerns about hair dye and products that I prefer to use on my hair with no problem at all. Even my questions about how long she’s been doing hair including natural hair and she knows her stuff!! The fact that she’s direct and honest and passionate about her craft, I can respect that! I’m looking forward to my whole family coming to her shop because she has growing hands! And takes pride in taking care of your hair instead of taking your money!

    I wish I could give 10 stars! My daughter and I finally found stylists that care about healthy hair. Ive been going to Hair Dynamics for two years and love it. Everyone is caring! Tori took the time to show me how to properly care for my hair when I was a loose natural. When I made the decision to get sisterlocks, Ashley walked me through the process and discussed everything I needed to know. She did a wonderful job installing my locks, and I am happy that I was her very first sisterlock client!!!

    Im more than satisfied with my experience at Hair Dynamics. I havent had my hair braided in over 20 years and I honestly didnt know where to start. After Googling places, I settled on this one based on the reviews and Im so happy I did! I had my hair done by Latorria and as you can see she did an amazing job! What make it even more impressive is that I brought my own hair that I had ordered from online (I didnt know any better at the time lol) and it turned out to be a very poor quality synthetic but she was still able to make it look beautiful! On top of that she gave me wonderful pointers and advice for upkeep and where to purchased better quality hair in the future. I cant wait to go back in a couple of months. I highly recommend this salon!

    Its been 25 years since I had my hair braided so I decided to give it a try so I went on google and found this hair salon I looked at the reviews and they were all good so I decided to make a appointment to see if it was accurate. I can say for myself dynamics hair salon was everything and more Latorria took such good care of my hair and ourconversation was so up lifting and I felt so comfortable and satisfied with the results of my hair .I recommend this salon. she has definitely gained a new customer.❤️

    The customer service was awesome. The stylists were very friendly, and the salon was clean. Kelly braided my hair (on short notice) and she did an amazing job! I LOVE MY HAIR! I enjoyed the whole experience. Kelly definitely has a long-time customer!

    The owner was pleasant and the stylist Tamera was very detailed. She took her time to listen and explained my questions about my hair. Will be coming back to this salon.     Got box braids done for the 1st time and my stylist Latorria is AMAZING! Prior to getting my hair done, she told me what kind of hair was needed to complete the style that I wanted which helped a lot seeing as Ive never put extensions in my hair and had no idea where to begin. She also explained how to properly care for my new locks. I highly recommend this salon and will be using them going forward.

Will see soon!UPDATE:I have nothing but praise for this salon. Like Ive only been here twice but defenitely I see myself going there more. They have constantly delivered and my last visit was awesome. There are some TALENTED ladies here like they know what they are doing.I got my hair done in a crochet style and made the mistake of not grabbing enough hair. One of the women went out of their way to drive and pick up more packs of hair for me when they didnt have to and I was so thankful. I understand that this isnt supposed to happen and they didnt need to do this for me but it meant a lot. I am so grateful that these women are so professional and really made my expierence worth while. I will continue telling all my friends and family about this place because they truly are good at what they do and take that extra step to satisfy and provide great customer service.Thanks to latorria she did a wonderful job with my hair. I had my hair in cornrows for a long time and she detangled and braided my hair down for me and crocheted it. She is super talented and gifted. She really knows what shes doing. She made my hair look perfect. I appreciate everything she did during my service. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I could never be more grateful.I could go on and on about my positive expierence but it meant a lot to me. Everyone should get their hair done by them because they are so unique and awesome. Just purely amazing.

    I got the Senegalese twist. The process took a little longer than what was expected but it was definitely worth it in the end. I love what they did with my hair. If you’re looking for the right place to get your hair done right then I recommend checking this salon out. They’ve got some really good hairstylist that you can rely on to get the job done right.

    Ms P is very very very professional and really good at what she does. My hair was in a horrible state and she assessed my hair and see what would be the best solution. She came up with a strategy to treat my hair and it WORKED!!!!My hair looking and feeling so good now!If your is damage and in need of repair this is a stylist you must see!!     This was my first time at Hair Dynamics Salon. I found them on the internet. I went in to get my ends trimmed. I was nervous as usual when someone new is cutting my hair.     Second visit just won me over. First visit was a last minute walk in for a loc re-twist and style consultation. I was immediately consulted and offered service. Ashley was gentle and polite.     Although I was not able to book due to my very own scheduling. The place seems to be very professional and I commend the person who answered the phone, they took time to check the schedule and asked questions to fact find which shows me they have their customers instrest at best. She even tired to fit me in as a walkin and disclosured fully. If I was to get braid redone or freshly done this location will gain my family busiess.
