I received the best treatment every single time I have come to Zen Nail Spa. They have treated me with great hospitality and my nails speak for themselves, they are absolute professionals. I love my nail technician Michael and his wife Lynn she even helped me get my children to my own car after receiving services! My nails lasted more than 5 weeks firmly on my nail beds, honestly thats a breaking record for me! Thank you thank you!!!

They were super responsive, almost no wait time. I even got in 15 minutes before my appointment, super friendly staff and Lynn was such a sweet person! My man’s got my nails done for my birthday and I can say I’m more than satisfied with my outcome, I will definitely be making this my nail salon! By far my favorite nail place to go to. I had these set of nails for 5 weeks now and got a fill in on week 3 and they’re still going strong. Michael always does the best job doing my nails (he did this set) and I recommend this nail shop overall it has a nice and friendly atmosphere all the techs are really good friendly people!

First time at Zen, and I was so surprised, in a good way! My cousin and I have tried many nail salons in the area, and this one has been my favorite so far. I was skeptical at first when they applied the dip powder to my nails (used a different technique), but they came out flawless! For my pedicure, I was also pleasantly surprised. They had hot water (which sounds silly, but a lot of nail salons dont seem able to get their pedicure water hot enough). They werent too rough, and their process seemed more efficient. Will definitely be returning!

I just genuinely feel like they do the best job on my nails every time I go! The staff is amazing and I always walk out happy with everything. No many places like that in orange park. I dont ever do crazy nail art so if youre looking for that im not sure how good they are but if you want beautiful clean nails this is my go to. They do get very busy! And the place could use a deep clean but i love this place.

Consistent Excellence!!! I bring my 11 year old daughter here to get her nails done. The shop is a bit of a drive for me but I havent found another nail shop with such consistent quality, so I drive. It doesnt matter who does her nails the quality is always the same, GREAT! I suggest making an appointment if you decide to go. Hands down this nail shop is the best Ive experienced so far.

I have NEVER in my life had such good nails! YEN does my nails, and she is the only nail tech that I’ve ever had that could keep my nails from lifting. She is so skilled and a perfectionist at what she does. She is AMAZING. Zen nails spa is lucky to have her lol. The atmosphere is superb as well and everyone else is warm and welcoming too. Trust me! Go there and see for your self.

I chose Zen Nails Spa based off of reviews and it did not disappoint! It was the best experience!! I got a pedicure done (zen special package) it was marvelous! I got an overpriced pedicure done somewhere else that zipped through it so quickly that I didnt have time to really enjoy it but THIS pedicure at Zen Nail was incredible. Perfectly priced for the amount of pampering you get!! Then I got a gel nail manicure that was done to perfection! Im typing this review a week later, no chips, scratches or flaws at all! Nina was the sweetest! I LOOK FOWARD to all my future services at Zen Nail Spa!! I seriously couldnt be happier with my experience there.

I got my nails done 1.5 months ago here - I have 3 young kids and I’m a teacher so I’m very rough with my hands - and they’ve grown out a ton but haven’t chipped at all! Every time I go here it’s hard to get in because they’re always busy - because they do a great job. But whenever I leave here, I’m ALWAYS happy with the results.

I wen to Zen Nails for a SNS full set. I have super short nails so I had tips added. When I called they let me know it would be a wait on Saturday for SNS. This was very helpful as I was able to instead make an appointment for the next Monday and avoid a long wait. Very nice and clean inside. Did not get a pedi but the pedi chairs seemed nice and clean. Pic 1 (pink color) was my first experience and it was amazing, lasted 4 weeks before my nails grew out too far and I broke 2 tips. Pic 2 (white glitter color) was my second experience, which I made closer to when they close (got there at 7, they close at 8) and I felt 1 or 2 nails look slightly crooked. Could be my short nails but could be due to over filing the tips on 1 side. $40 SNS full set from a professional salon, but they are busy so make an appointment if in a rush. Remember to tip your nail tech! 😉

I went in today for the first time and I wasnt disappointed at all. I recommend making an appointment during the week or if it is on a Sunday go right when they open because they dont take appointments on Sunday. Otherwise, youll be put on a very long wait list. I get out of work later in the day, so when I was done, I zoomed over to the salon just a little over an hour before they closed and woowee was I lucky! I was getting a mani + pedi and they had 2 people on my nails quick. After a long day of work, they treated me like a princess. Tom had my nails lookin right too. That man can WORK 👏🏽 he moved quickly but efficiently and I am so happy with my nails. I’ll be back ☺️

First I want to apologize to the managers Ken and Yen. I’ve been going here for years and always had amazingly services. My original review was wrote out of anger, after a confrontation with a nail tech. I talked to Ken and Yen. It wasn’t their faults or the business as a whole for the confusion between me and the nail tech involved. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends/family and coworkers. Secondly, I want to explain the situation. I went to zen spa asking for a fill in and nails fixed. When I arrived Ken who originally did my nails was gone. Since I was there already I still wanted my fill in and nails fix. I sat down with Len the nail tech at table 7. She asked me why I didn’t wait for Ken and make an appointment in the morning. I replied since I’m here already I want my nails done now. She offered to give me a new set but I didn’t want to change the color of my current set. I told her the name of the dip powder Ken used before, she asked me for the number. I didn’t remember the number just the name. She provided the sample colors for me to choose the number. I chose two colors but still wasn’t a match to the color of my nails. I repeated the name of the color and she then said “I have so many colors, I can’t look for the name. I need the number.” I said “I don’t remember the number. If you don’t want to do my nails just say that.” She then yelled i never said I didn’t want to do your nails I just want the number. I then got up and went to the receptionist. I asked her to make me an appointment for the following day with Ken because “she doesn’t want to find the color” she started yelling at me across the salon full of ppl. I felt so disrespected.I honestly have never seen that nail tech act like that towards any other customer. So I assumed it was because I was black. Which I was wrong to assume that. She could’ve had a bad day or short temper. Her actions has nothing to do with the managers or the business itself.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for multiple reasons. After obsessively searching for the right place to take my elderly Mother for a pedicure, we were glad we found this place!!First, I worked for 7 years in an operating room where cleanliness is obviously one of the primary concerns. This place was so clean, surgery could be performed. I really appreciate the fact that the pedicure tubs are lined with disposable liners and every instrument came out of a sealed package. I was concerned about infection with my Mothers health, and seeing how they only used new single use or sterilized items was fantastic!Second, Ken, the nail technician that took care of my Mother did an amazing job. He was very thorough yet gentle and compassionate to her needs. She has recovered from a severe wound to her lower leg and he was very accommodating. Her toes and feet looking absolutely incredible, and admittedly they were pretty bad when she arrived.This is the exact type of business that deserves to succeed. Cleanliness, customer service, competitive prices, all add up to an amazing experience!! Thank you so much, Zen Nails!!

After moving to Florida 2 years ago I tried numerous nail salons and was NEVER happy UNTIL I found Zen Nail Spa. My 1st time there was almost a year ago and let me tell you that I will NEVER go anywhere else again. They are always so polite and willing to please. No matter what kind of nail design I ask for they always come out amazing!! I have heard about some clients being upset about the time and being behind but hat happens in most businesses. Things happen that are sometimes out of their control (Have you been to a doctors office lately you ALWAYS wait way longer then needed or even restaurants with a reservation). Have you thought about why they are so busy and why you are having to wait? They are not ignoring you they are just that AWESOME!! I love this place and also the nail stylist because she is AMAZING!!!

Lynn is my go-to girl. Even when I dont know how to explain what I want, its like she reads my mind. She gets it right every time! Mary is just as amazing, she does pedicures. Understandably, like at any other salon, wait time is expected, more if you dont have an appointment. But I have no complaints about customer service or end results.

I am going to give the salon an overall 5 stars because every worker is so polite and they are very transparent on if you walk in and wait. I also have fantastic pedicures and my eyebrows are also perfect. I had returned to the salon like I typically do on Saturdays for my fill in. My requests are always very simple. I have medium length nails and NEVER have a problem getting a skinny square but was told this time I had to trim my length, I said that was fine. BUT my nails are way shorter than just a trim and my gel polish is already peeling off. When I got home I noticed fuzz all over them and my whole middle finger polish is gone. It is very unfortunate to pay $36 for a fill and have to already have them redone.

This was my first time at Zen Nail Spa. I picked it because of the reviews and the decor, both of which did not disappoint. Everything was clean and comfortable, which put my mind at ease. I really enjoyed Cindy, who took her time and provided excellent care. She also helped me with an ingrown toenail, which was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the whole experience, especially the warm wax, and did not feel rushed, even though it was a busy Saturday. I look forward to coming back to Zen Nail Spa soon!

The place looked really nice inside. The lady who did my feet did an OK job. I sort of dont blame her for not getting my feet scrubbed enough though because I have sensitive feet and she probably didnt want to get kicked in the face. Overall it was much nicer compared to other places I have gone. The pricing was about average as well. I loved the hot rocks.

Best customer service experience ever in a nail shop. They do awesome work, give great massages, the Technicians are kind and they dont get upset with you and start speaking negatively in their native tongue. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because their Gel polish is too expensive! Its $15 for gel on top of your service. When you consider the fact that the whole bottle of polish doesnt cost that much, there is plenty of room for a price reduction...especially when other area shops either dont charge extra for gel or its only $5.

This was one of the best salons I have ever been too. I was looking for a specific color and the tech told me to take my time and search for the color I needed and even helped me compare colors. He gave me a chart that had nail options of nail shapes and what they look like (no salon has ever done that for me before) .. This set of nail that I have had, I have had for over three weeks. No chips, no breaks, color is still like the day I got it. They even pit oil on my cuticles which no place has ever done either. 10/10 would recommend this salon to anyone and the Price was absolutely amazing!

I’m a very picky person, when it comes to my nails and I can’t find anything wrong with them. If you’re reading these reviews, stop! Just go. After reading most of the reviews yes I can see how at times you have to wait even though you may have an appointment...it works the same for a doctors office you have to wait on him...Ive known Ken & Yen for many years their kind hearts have made them successful today...hey today I had been in the area wanted a polish change & waited 20mins so what by time you would have gone to Sallys store bought nail polish theyd be ready for you anyways. Just try and be patient if you have to be somewhere at a certain time either go early and or make appointments days ahead and let people know the event your having..💕💕💕

Today was my first time at Zen Nail Spa. I arrived at 10:45 as a walk in for a pedicure and the receptionist told me it would be a half hour wait. I saw quite a few ladies enter before me, so this was expected. I chose my color and about 25 minutes later, I was seated it a pedi chair. I waited there for another 10-15 minutes for the next available technician. Once Anna got started it was such a pleasant and relaxing experience. I chose the callous control pedicure, which included deep callous removal, sugar scrub, paraffin wax treatment and massage. It was GLORIOUS. Anna was VERY THOROUGH. I hadnt had a pedicure in a few months, so I didnt expect perfection, but she did a great job. The salon is very much a nail spa with lovely spa decor, relaxing music and atmosphere. I gave 4 stars because of the lengthy wait (i feel they did the vest they could to accommodate everyone), but was very happy with the facility, staff and pedi service. I will be back to see Anna!

I didnt have an appointment and didnt have to wait long. Very reasonably priced! This wasnt my usual nail salon but I would definitely come back and I would make an appointment next time! They were starting to get busy but Cindy still took her time and didnt rush to finish my mani or pedi!!! And the salon had a great atmosphere!

My sister and i came out today to get our nails done. im always skeptical about trying out new places to get my nails done let alone to get my eye brows done. They made us feel right at home the second we walked in the door. We couldn’t be happier with the way our nails turned out and they actually talked to us as we got our stuff done. we had to bring in my 1 yr old and they gave her all of the attention a baby could need as she sat beside us. Thank you Sue and Son for our beautiful nails and thank you to the lady who did my eye brows. we will be coming back ❤️ zen nail spa is highly recommended 😊

Great place to go!!! I have recently moved out to orange park from Fort Lauderdale and was afraid I would never find a salon like the one I went to for years down there, but going here was actually better then any place I have ever been. I have been 4 weeks with the same gel mani with barely any chips. They really take their time and give you every single dollars worth of pampering. This will be my go to now, Highly recommended for sure!

First time here. Absolutely beautiful work done by Yen and quick once seated with her. Only thing I did not find acceptable is the customer service when it came to the wait. Receptionist was a little rude at times and as her friends were in there the conversation was completely inappropriate to have while customers present. It ia not ok to make fun of discriminate towards people who choose to put tattoos where ever they want on their body. Even if they have teardrops and 10 of them on their face it is not ok to discriminate against them. Especially when you dont know the true meanings of the tattoos. That was very unprofessional. Keep in mind you never know who is listening and when in a professional setting you must remember customer service IS A BIG DEAL AND SOME CONVERSATIONS ARE INAPPROPRIATE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Otherwise I love the work done

3 of my cousins and myself were visiting in the area for a family wedding, we made a reservation for mani/pedis . We got the $30 pedicure that includes the paraffin wax treatments and we loved the pampering. Our feet were so soft, even our heels. We each had different salon technicians, my technician was Lan, and she was fantastic. I get my nails done every month in my home town and I still jump around but if i lived in Orange Park this would be my place and Lan would be my go to.

My wife and I get our regular mani/pedi’s every couple of weeks when we’re in town. We generally like mornings before it gets crowded, but we’ll take afternoons, if schedule permit. Also, speaking for my wife, we get GREAT service. The pedicures are so relaxing and our technicians are SUPERB! They’ve both taken the time to learn what we like and the results are outstanding. It not more costly item in the process that our technicians give the extra care with, it’s everything. Lan and K are 2 two of the best that I’ve had done work on me (from many different places). From the beginning, through the hot stones and oil, hot wax, hot towels and massage, our girls are the BEST. Then follow that up with the hands with our cleaning, Massage and oil on our arms.....I could go on and on. I like the new couple’s section where you get to be off to yourself and that works for a good day at the spa. All that I’ve said means nothing unless you have great technicians like LAN and K.
