    I came in from NC and they took me right in and gave me the exact nails I wanted. Even stayed after closing to make sure everything was right. I dont remember her name but she is the owner’s wife. She was just the kindest person ever! and my white designed nails were PERFECT for my vacation! I’ll go back 100 times over !

    Love this place!! Highly recommend. It was me and my friends first time trying this place and they were amazing!Nina did the short marble nails on me and was so sweet, polite and talentedMy friend had her blue ombré nails done by the owner Lock. He was super awesome for her and did a great job on her nails for her birthday.

    Nina is the best i have been coming here for a few months, she always takes good care of my nails. The salon is nice and clean they offer you a soft drink ir water. It is a pleasure to come here.

    My nails are beautiful 😍 thank you. I dont remember the guys name but he did a great job. Got my nails done. Acrylic overlay regular polish. Had sns before had that removed as well. It was reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.Ps. I had two holds on my card and one went away. Not charged twice. Only charged once. Updated this review so ppl know this is a great place to go to!!

    This is by far my favorite nail salon in all of North Florida. Great people, great set up, clean, good communication and just overall a quality experience. Its hard finding a shop that truly takes care of you. They have been doing my nails since Jan 2022. Never had a broken nail thusfar!

    Great client service! I came in late on a Saturday night and Jonathan was happy to help. I love my nails, he did a great job and I also liked the friendly banter. Jonathan is a character! He made me laugh and I could tell that he really knew what he was doing and that he truly cares about his clients.

    They are very professional in the work they do is outstanding. You do have to make an appointment. But the time that they spend on your nails and feet are well worth it. True professionals and every sense of the word when it comes to manicures and pedicures. This is my go-to place and I get compliments on my nails all the time and I send people right to this store. They do fantastic work

    If I could give them 6 stars I would! Nina is so amazing! She took her time in my nails and they came out perfect! Jack was also a very gracious and welcoming greeter!! I will be back!

    Ive been getting pedicures for over 40 years. This is by far the best one Ive ever had. Mi (I dont know if I spelled it correctly) took her time and really paid attention to what she was doing. She wasnt in a rush. I will definitely be going there from now on. Well worth the price.

    Been a customer for several years. Mimi and Linda are truly professional at all times. Its a pleasure to go into their shop, just to talk to them when they are not busy. Always glad to see me. This shop was the first time I ever had a pedicure and it was great. I take my wife there now also. The shop is clean and neat and the customer service is outstanding. These are two of the hardest working nail techs I have ever seen. Go there, you will not be disappointed.

    New management is awesome! They were so friendly, my nails and eyebrows looked amazing & they had great prices!! I WILL be back! Thank you!EDIT: this review is from 2 years ago & I STILL come here. They are still worth every single star. Do yourself a favor & check them out.I refuse to go ANYWHERE else for my eyebrows.

    Best nail shop Ive been to in a long time. The employees are very polite and respectful. They offer complementary drinks and make you feel very comfortable in their shop. This has become my first choice for. Getting my nails done.

    I love everything about PRO Nails. Loc and Nina make you feel like you’re family. I never leave unsatisfied. They always have a new/updated selection of colors, and their salon always has a homey feeling. The even have accommodations for “ well mannered/ well maintained” children. They offer soft complementary drinks will you wait for/or during services. There’s a million and one things I can say about this place, but there’s nothing that going to compare to your own experience. Take my word for it “ I will cuss a $&@@$$ about my nails”, but PRO Nails team has never let me down. I go no where else...

    Never had a bad experience! I always get what I pay for, and always leave happy. I started bringing my daughter and they treat her so well, she loves being pampered. I would give 10 stars if I could.

    This place is a great, no frills salon with affordable services. My pedicurist took his time and was very detail oriented, he even went out of his way to repair a broken nail without me asking. As a new client myself, every other person that came in was a regular and was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

    So I just got my nails done. This business is under new management as of a month and let me tell you. Night and day difference. The woman who did my eyebrows took her time with them. The guy who did my nails actually held conversation with me the whole time. Did a wonderful job on my nails. I have two different thumb sizes. And he actually put the RIGHT size on my nail. I have never been to a place that did that. Will be coming back as a regular.

    Lance is the best ever. I have been going to Lance for 12 years. My husband and both think that his work is superior to anyone else in Jacksonville. Also the salon is not close to my house, it is worth the drive to go to Pro Nails. It is close to Orange Park Mall. You wont be disappointed.

    I go here Always to get my toes & nails. American is only style I get. They all do them the same PERFECT. So it doesnt matter who takes care of me. My two daughters love it here too. We all have different styles & taste and we all leave happy.Conversation is AMAZINGLY FUNNY WITH OWNERS TOO! Very knowledgeable on many topics.👍👌💘🙏To the lady who COMPLAINED...you should have said something before you left. They would have fixed it (anyone would have). Why not say something? I dont understand why post negative instead of getting it corrected.? Hmmm? 😎🤗🤓

    Pro Nails is a very customer oriented place! Loc, Nina, and Julie are all awesome and do an outstanding job in their profession. For the consumers who gave bad ratings complaining of what they didnt like about their services, a simple Can you fix that? would have been appropriate as they are MORE THAN WILLING to satisfy their clients in anyway possible!!!Professional, customer-oriented, welcoming, talented nail salon!!! A+

    Being that I’m pregnant and I literally can go 3wks without my nails lifting Is awesome ! They do a really good job . Wonderful customer service and very welcoming !!!! First and only nail shop I’ve been to in Orange Park .

    To the lady who left the one star, I was there. You were rude. You came in asking for water and the place allowed you even though you are not a paying patron. When you found out that your container didnt fit in the sink you got rude demanding for a cup and when nobody got up to help because they were helping PAYING patrons you started cursing everyone and went into the back room still demanding a cup. When the owner told you to stop being rude and stop yelling, you started cursing him out. He didnt have to give you anything, you are not a paying patron. He only called the cops due to the fact he asked you to leave multiple times and you didnt. You are a rude person who thinks they will be on their hands and feet to help you. You dont mean anything to them but a nuisance. Ive been coming here for years and they are the best people when you to get your nails.

    I have been coming here for years from the north side and Southside. Appointments are needed and yes walk ins are welcomed. Mumu Hamilton miss lead you are on her comment I know this because I was there. She was very rude!
