On Saturday, 11/30, I took a chance and decided to stop at the OP Mall Salon. I was immediately greeted by Danielle. She asked how I was doing and if she could help. I thanked her and said Ill come find you if I cant find what Im looking for. Well, dang it, I was going to need her help. I walked up to the counter and said Help! She walked me to the shelf where the products I wanted were located. Yes, I had walked right past them. But Im so glad because I had the most wonderful shopping experience with Danielle. She was helpful, kind, compassionate, and provided exceptional Customer Service! Thank you, Danielle!

Kayla is the best salon hair care provider Ive ever had. When I came in to see her my hair was overcolored and dry and breaking off. She and I had a consultation for approximately 15 minutes before she started. End result, soft, shiny, healthy looking hair with color exactly as we spoke of in our consultation. Beautiful cut as well. I had my eyebrows waxed too. I was so happy I had tears. I purchased hair care products there as recommended by Kayla. Im so pleased. Call and make an appointment with Kayla. You will be pleased.

My appointment was with Theresa at the OP location for a wash and cut. She did a great job. Took her time, professionally cut my hair and was very friendly. I was hesitate because this was a last minute appointment, but I am very satisfied and will be returning for Theresa.

This salon is great and I do enjoy the staff. Justin has spoiled me on the basic haircut. I didnt think that was possible until I went to a few other places. He knows how to style, cut and truly shines with hair color. Has even cut my childs hair, as a favor, due to the fact haircuts can be triggering for him. Very comfortable allowing him to warm up to the process and not pushy. It is pricy so look for coupons online or jcpenny points its worth it when you can just wash and air dry because of the cut and color.

Patty was the stylist who performed magic on my hair today. I have been very apprehensive about a new stylist due to past experiences at other locations. She did a phenomenal job and when I showed her the picture, it was identical. I have finally found a wonderful stylist/colorist for my hair! She and the staff around her, were so personable and kind as well. It’s lovely to see a whole group come together as a team and find solutions and recommendations together. I would love to give a stylist there 10 stars if I could. Justin Ruth, or Picasso, as I call him, is a true artist. Ive been going to him for a few years now. Before I met him I was never happy with my hair. Now, since day one, he understands the look I want and I LOVE my hair every time. He will also be completely honest with you if he doesnt feel something will work on your hair or if it just isnt a style that would look good on you. I highly recommend Justin Ruth!

My experience has been absolutely amazing. Justin always makes me feel so good when he does my hair! He listens to exactly what I want and does just that! We cut off 11 inches and did a perm and it came out wonderful! He always talks to me and makes me feel welcomed!

Lydia did an impossible job on my hair 3 weeks ago, and it still looks amazing. I love jcpenney and am so grateful for Lydia, her great conversation, patience, diligence, and skills. She did a super job. The other hair stylists all seemed to be happy and friendly, just overall, very pleasant experience.

I have always been completely satisfied with any service ! Justin has been my hairstylist for 10 years and I would follow him anywhere! He is very knowledgeable and professional. There have been times I didn’t know for sure what I wanted , and he would suggest things . I’ve never been unhappy with his suggestions. The salon is clean and everyone there is friendly whether you are their client or not.

Ms. Lorraine did my perm for me, she is the only person my mother and I will go to. She’s been doing my hair since I was 14, I’m now 23. Hairstyling is an art and a skill, Lorraine knows what she is doing, no doubt about that. I’m sure the other ladies that work here are very good as well as they are almost always busy. However I have to gloat on Lorraine for a minute because she just makes 3 hours go by so quickly, very personable. I met a young lady this time named Diamond, she was very helpful and kind, I liked her. Don’t hesitate, they will take care of you.

I had appointments for myself and my teenage son. There is no option when scheduling online to specify mens cut. When we arrived for our appointment, my son was turned away because the stylist does not do mens cuts. Fine. I get it, but there should be a way to specify when booking so we dont get turned away and have to scramble to get in elsewhere on a busy Saturday. The stylist did a good job on my hair and Im happy despite having to cut my appointment short to make it to a different salon gor my son to get his hair cut, too.

Even though the salon itself is outdated and needs a refresh, some of the stylists are AMAZING! I have been going to Patty for several years now. She is a master with color and highlights. I get compliments all the time. She took the time to learn what I like, unlike other stylists I have had in the past. I feel she has my appointments down to a science. She gets me in and out so I can enjoy the rest of my day. She is extremely professional!

Robyn, she is amazing!! Im a Robyn follower, as well as my teenage son. I go where she goes! Cant say enough wonderful things about her!! Highly recommend! I have super long straight hair, full highlights and cut are always just perfect! My son, super and I mean super picky about his cut, unruly curly hair, but Robyn is the Hair Hero!! Again, we will hunt her wherever lol

Wanted to try something new and got a coupon for a color and cut. I let my stylist decide on the final color and it was perfect! I showed her a picture of a layered style and she got right to it. She spruced my straight hair up with curls and I left feeling like a queen!However, the next day when the curls were no more, I noticed the layers were longer than I had wanted. I called the salon, they got me back in right away and corrected my haircut at no additional charge...what awesome customer service! I could not have been more thrilled with my cut and color!

I absolutely love Kayla. I met her just doing a walk in for my daughter to get a hair cut. I had just had my hair colored by a very well known salon on the southside. I paid well over 400 dollars for basically nothing. We had a casual conversation about my hair which led me to making an appointment with her. That was well over a year ago and I refuse to go to anyone else. My highlights are always on point and Ive gotten more compliments on my hair since shes started coloring it than anyone else Ive ever been too. Her talents far exceed her prices and she is always fun to talk to. I absolutely refuse to go to anyone else.

I live in Houston, but was in Ga. for a funeral. I was a walk in client for Izola. I love the way she did my hair. Izola is very professional! She asked me to tell her about my hair. She told me everything she was doing to my hair. She asked me if I had any questions about my hair. Izola did my hair exactly the way I told her to and the way I like it done in less than 2 hrs. I am still loving the way my hair looks. Izola told me how to maintain my hair. She is an experienced stylist with a lot of knowledge about hair. I felt comfortable with her doing my hair and I was pleased with the outcome. We both shared some personal things about ourselves and found that we had a few things in common.
