There are not enough words to describe Carols attention to detail, professionalism, personal service, skill and artistry. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon areas were superb. There is no double booking so you may be assured of a safe, sanitized, and secure environment where social distancing is definitely in practice. I had an amazingly relaxing experience and I would recommend this salon and Carols services highly.

I enjoy my experience at Carols R & R Salon because of the customer service and professionalism. She doesnt double and triple book appointments and therefore youre not spending your day at the salon. Shes very conscious of the time you spend there and the service she provides. The salon prices are comparable to other salons in the Jacksonville area. She has done wonders for hair. My hair no longer sheds, it is the healthiest it has been in a while. My hair agrees with her hands and the products she uses. If you are looking for someone on the Orange Park area, stop by and experience R& R Salon.

I have been going to R & R Salon for many years and the service has always been outstanding. Owner is very professional and efficient and really values your time. Normally able to be done with my appointment quickly so that I still have time to enjoy my day. Not sure what Tanika is talking about in her post.

I came to the salon based on previous reviews. I came for a consult and ended up staying to get my hair done. Carol was nice enough to stay even though she was scheduled to close. She listened to my concerns and requests and was very understanding and had some great ideas for my hair. I decided to get a dark burgundy/cola colored semi permanent dye for my gray strands (there were plenty of them). I enjoyed the experience and will return for any hair care needs. I asked for a trim to cut the dead ends and it helped improve the look of my natural hair. The only reason I am giving 4 strars instead of 5 is because of the price. The trim cost me $20 which I wasn’t expecting. My hair wasn’t cut in a style, the ends were just trimmed and I thought it would be included with the style. In the future l will be sure to ask before receiving a service to be sure I am aware of any additional costs that may be added.

Awesome! You get in and out. Carol cares about her customers. Shop is clean and cozy and most important, I am very happy how my hair is washed, conditioned and styled. If you are looking for a hair salon, try R &R.

I will not let anyone else do my hair ever again. Since i have been getting my hair done by Carol, the owner of R & R Salon, it is the healthiest and longest it has ever been. Carol acfually cares about your hair. She is not just about doing hair.
