    Love the PA-C that I saw, she is always wonderful and very thorough. However, waited 30min past my appointment time to be pulled into a room to be seen for 3 minutes.

    My experience with Advanced Dermatology was great. The waiting was 5 mins or less and friendly staff. I saw the PA, M. Perry , and he made everything easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable before the procedure. I knew exactly what to expect for hes very thorough on his details. I left understanding everything that took place and how to care for the skin. I will go back for further treatment if needed.

    The office staff was friendly. The wait time was short. And Dr. Brown and his nurse were informative, professional and helpful. They both answered my questions, listened to my concerns and gave me helpful info on both.

    EXCELLENT experience!! I needed to establish care with a new dermatologist as I was not happy with the care I was receiving at my current doctor (long wait times, never on time for appointments, a general lack of concern and poor followup...) After my last appointment I decided I would not return...So glad I made the change!!! Advanced Dermatology is really wonderful... I was able to get a quick appointment (no small feat)!!     I loved every thing about this office. The staff was amazing, so kind, personable, and professional. On my first visit I had the full body check where 9 precancerous areas were treated. There was also a small warty tumor on my scalp that was removed and sent in for biopsy. It came back cancer so I returned to have MOHS surgery. Of course, I was nervous and worried but the staff was just outstanding in making me feel at ease. And the surgery was successful. And painless!

    So impressed! I just had my consult with Kristy Schweighardt PA-C. They brought me back and saw me very quickly, she was detailed and thorough. She used a dermoscope to really look at the area I had in question, gave me detailed information regarding it, answered all of my questions. Her MA Kristine was also great. They were friendly and prompt, but game me all the time and detail I needed. Great experience!

    Dr. Brown has been my dermatologist for many years now. He is excellent. I consider him to be by far the best in the Jacksonville area. The scheduling department has had some minor problems. Hopefully these issues will be fixed soon.

    Very impressed with this office! Very efficient and professional, was in and out of new patient appointment in less than an hour! (I tend to put off making appointments with other practices because I usually end up wasting half a day sitting in an office)They checked my insurance coverage so I could make decision regarding suggested procedure. Also, listened and responded to all my questions and concerns.

    Consider 3 stars average. This was my first visit. Wait time was about 30 minutes (appointment was at 11:00) so that was about normal. My first time visit with Dr. Brown who was all business. Application of Nitrogen was a bit heavier than I was used to but doesn’t mean that it was wrong. I believe that this stronger treatment would be more efficient to handling my pre-cancerous spots. Next visit is in 6 months so I will have something to compare to then.

    Everyone was very professional. Dr. Brown came in and looked at the spot I thought might be another cancer. Told me he didnt think it it was. He then explained that he was going to just freeze it and that would probably be all it would take. Said if I had concerns or questions in the weeks to come to call the office.     Glad I was seen by a Board Certified Dermatologist instead of a Physician Assistant. Only wished the Dermatologist would have suggested other treatments I might be able to try to mitigate the progression of frontal alopecia fibrosis if the current treatment didn’t produce any results. I had to ask about certain treatments based on MY research on the condition. Also would have liked to see If the Dermatologist was aware of any innovative treatment or recent study results on the condition. I checked and there are no African - American Dermatologists in the Jacksonville area that specializes in the treatment of various types of alopecia in people of color that might be a tad more experienced in dealing with our ethnic group. All in all I was treated with courtesy and the staff friendly and professional.
