My electrolysis experience with Diane has been wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The problem area I was focused on is no longer growing those pesky hairs and Ive only had two treatments, a month or so ago being my last one. Diane is also very kind and personable, and easy to talk to. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in electrolysis.

Diane is amazing! In the past, laser never worked for me due to hormonal reasons. This lead me to do more research on electrolysis treatments and that is when I found Diane. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease and very comfortable throughout the process. I am still getting treatments and both Diane and I have seen such a great improvement! My only regret is that I wish I started sooner!

I was admittedly terrified the first time that I went in for my appointment. Id never had any type of laser hair removal but I really needed to get rid of some unwanted facial hair so I figured Id give it a shot. Diane is super friendly and understanding. She is communicative and really does her best to make me feel at ease with minimal to no pain. Diane thoroughly explained the process and to date, everything that she has informed me of has been spot on. I have had a couple treatments now with Miss Diane and she is amazing! Ive never thought I could get rid of the hair. She answered all my questions, areas of concerned and made me feel at ease about the process. I cant thank her enough for the encouragement to start the process. Everyone is different but for me... within 1 treatment there was a total change in my skin where my treatment was done. My treatments are practically painless and very short where Im in and out in about 15-20 mins. And still have the whole day to do whatever I need to.The facilities are very clean, calm, relaxing and they take all precautions necessary for me to feel safe and very comfortable. I recommend this to EVERYONE that has that issue of stubborn hair that you want to get rid of anywhere on your body no matter how small or large of any area. 5 stars is such a low score to give. Tbh I’d give 10 stars if I could! Being that I am a woman of color, I have found it extremely hard to find someone that I could trust in dealings with darker skin complexions. I’ve tried laser hair removal before in the past and had results where my skin looked worse (dark scars). Afraid of doing more damage I never went back. As a woman you never want to feel that prickly feel on your chin (but let’s face it it happens) and I decided to give electrolysis a try. Diane was a true God send because she understood how to work with ALL skin types and skin tones. We had great conversation during my appointment and she made me feel so comfortable during our session. She went into great details about what she was doing and why and explained everything thoroughly. She was very sanitary and the entire place was clean. You can tell Diane truly has a passion for what she does and she doesn’t try to push anything on you that you don’t want. Her prices are so very affordable and she has services for all budgets.
