    Eight years ago, Cathy took great care of me, and I was very happy with the results. I always planned to bring my daughter in when she turned 18. When the time finally came, I was pleasantly surprised that she offered the same price I had received back then. I appreciate being able to pay per service, which is uncommon for laser hair removal.

    I loved my experience with Ms. Cathy. During my consultation, I was nervous but she was very knowledgeable. I completed my initial 6 sessions on the pubic area and now Iā€™m back receiving laser on a new area because I love my results. As far as appointments and wait time, Ms. Cathy and her staff are so accommodating. Whether you are running late or need to be worked in they will get you in.     As a woman with PCOS and hirutism, I had given up on ever getting rid of the excessive hair on my face. I was actually preparing mentally to grow old with all the hair visible and just become a hermit. After visiting LCO, I can confidently say those plans are gone and I know my quality of life only goes up from here.I had previously tried laser with a doctor years prior to LCO, the experience was awful and came with no results. I decided to try again with LCO and after just the first treatment, I was without the unwanted hair. Leading up to my second treatment, the next cycle of hair was drastically lower then the first time. Yes, it can hurt, but Cathy is informative, patient, and kind in the process. Shell stop if you need a break. Theres even numbing cream she recommends that could make the experience a bit better! To me though, any of the pain is absolutely worth it.To all my fellow ladies with unwanted hair in places that make them feel less feminine... you can get rid of it! This treatment works and I hope you explore it at LCO especially. Cathys continued knowledge and expertise allowed me to trust her process and move forward into treatment. Within just the first 6 weeks, my life has been considerably better.Cathy, you change lives for the better!     Cathy was phenomenal. They had me come in for consultation to determine if I needed electrolylsis or laser hair removal first. Cathy then gave me a thorough explanation of the hair growth cycles and contributing factors to hair growth, and also explained critical care factors after and between treatments and why. I saw immediate results after the first session and it only took 3 sessions to complete. Service was thorough and consistent and the office made sure to follow up with me between treatments to determine if I needed or wanted any touch ups between sessions. If youre considering laser hair removal or electrolysis I highly recommend Laser Center of Orlando. I definitely plan to go back to treat other areas!

    If you are thinking of getting laser hair removal - do it and come here! I put off doing this for 10 years and could kick myself everyday for it, but I am so glad that I found Cathy! She is extremely knowledgable, professional, and passionate about making sure her clients receive the best possible service. After reading tons of reviews for Laser Center of Orlando and putting the call off for about 1 year, I finally pulled the trigger and scheduled my first appt. and just WOW! I had never had laser hair removal done before so I really wasnt sure what to expect. I am 3 sessions in and it just shocks me how much of a difference there already is. I feel and look like the old me. I feel more confident and comfortable going out and I have Cathy to thank for that.     I dont really do reviews but for LCO I wanted to. Absolutely wonderful experience. If you want the hair gone, this is the place to go. 3 sessions in for my face and ive gotten results I didnt think were possible with laser. Cathy will educate you, create a personal plan for you, execute it and be available for aftercare needs as well. The prices are incredibly fair because youre literally getting the best. Cathy and staff are wonderful and accepting, 100% LGBTQ friendly, this was a must for me so if its a must for you look no further. If I could give 6 stars, I would, Cathy does life changing work and takes it seriously. I cant imagine going elsewhwere.

    A client of my suggested I should book with Cathy because she had amazing results with her, so I decided to give her a try. I started to have hair growth on my face that I never had before and I hated it! after having a consultation with her, we came to the conclusion that I should get my hormones checked because I might have pcos. When I got checked I found out that my testosterone levels were a little hire than usual and thatā€™s why I had sudden hair growth in places I didnā€™t before.Cathy has been amazing during this process and Iā€™m seeing less and less hair growth with each session.     I looked for the location for hair removal and already on the phone I was super well informed by Lauren.Then, it was my appointment and first session with Cathy. She gave me a valuable lecture on hair, hormones, skin and laser. Extremely dedicated and detailed explanation.Ive had laser done a few times, but never at this level of professional quality and machine quality. It was hard to find a good reviewed clinic or a good professional. Also, it took me a long time (almost 2 years) to do it because the prices of most places were exorbitant, overpriced and it was necessary packages with a minimum of 10 sessions, in advance.Upon arriving at the place, I was already well received by Michel, very kind and gentle receptionist. The same with Cathy. She takes the work ethically serious, because she wants to see the result and charges fair values. She gave me her personal phone number for any queries. How many professionals do this?She also took pictures of my before with my cell phone so I could have my traking. Definitely recommended!Update: Now Ive been doing my sessions for 6 months and Im loving the result.

    Iā€™m one that always do my research on businesses before becoming a customer/client. This place was by far one of the highest rated laser hair removal location in Central Florida. Unlike Ideal Image, you pay as you go per treatments you need. I highly recommend if youā€™re looking to never have to shave again. Cathy is awesome and knows exactly what sheā€™s doing. She walks you through the whole process and makes you feel comfortable. Lauren is also great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I love not having to worry about shaving again.

    I am so happy I found Laser Center of Orlando. Cathy is amazing and from the beginning she was very thorough and explained in detail the process. I had a clear understanding of what to expect. I have PCOS and the hair growth on my face became very hard to manage. It came to the point where I was almost having to shave daily and began to get a lot of in grown hairs on my face. As you could imagine for a woman that is very difficult which had a huge impact on my self-esteem. I did a lot of shopping around with other laser companies however Cathy and her team were very empathetic and informative with the process and price points. They truly care about you! The other great part is they charge as you go versus having to pay the whole amount upfront and possibly paying for unnecessary work like some of the others.By my second treatment my in grown hairs were gone and the little hair that was growing back was not dark and thick like before. I completed my seventh treatment today and can say that my confidence has increased dramatically from my very first visit with the Laser Center of Orlando. Thank you Cathy and your team!     I am very happy with this place! I start with upper lip treatment and now I want to do more parts of my body. After having experience with businesses where only money were to care for with package plans of 10 treatments when you really dont need all of them I am super glad to find this place. Cathy is honest with you and truly wants you to be happy with her job and to not spend your $$$ unnecessarily. She is amazing!     Three years ago I went to one of the large chain laser hair removal places for a consultation and after they took a quick look they determined my hair was a mix of light and dark and theyd only be able to get the dark hair, which would leave me paying thousands of dollars for some hair to be gone. I left incredibly discouraged and disappointed that I had a life full of shaving/waxing/sugaring in store.Recently, I started looking into if there was any way at all for laser to work with blonde hair which lead me to calling Laser Center of Orlando to see if they might be able to help. I got Lauren on the phone and she was so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable! She mentioned that they get a lot of people who are told from other places that they cant be done and theyre able to do successfully do laser on them and suggested electrolysis as a backup option so I figured it wouldnt hurt to schedule a consultation.Michael at the front desk was so welcoming and kind and my consultation with Cathy left me feeling so excited! She took so much time with me today going over her impressive history and experience, how it works, pricing, and answering all of my questions. When she went to take a look to see if it was possible to do my light hair, she did something that my earlier consult elsewhere didnt...she looked at my hair with a magnifying glass which revealed it was dark! When I asked if it would be possible to get pricing to just do one thigh she looked at me as if I was crazy and asked why would you want to do that? so I explained my one thigh couldnt be done due to my tattoo which is what I had been told before. She took a look and said I could absolutely do my thigh, they would just laser around the tattoo and the price reflected that as well! Crazy concept!Cathy is a perfectionist who takes the time to make sure that everything is individualized for each person instead of applying a one size fits most method that leaves so many of us thinking were out of luck or leaving with shoddy results after investing so much time and money! I havent even started my treatments yet (and Ill update my review to include that later) but already my experience has been amazing so I had to share in case anyone is trying to decide where to go!

    Iā€™ve only had 2 treatments so far and the results are already amazing. After my first treatment, the hair began to shed about 2 days in and after they did i was hairless for a whole month! When the hairā€™s began to grow back they were very very thin and there was a lot less than before (I did the treatment on my face and neck area). I came to Laser Center of Orlando because of the reviews and thought I should write one myself. Come here if you are looking to do laser hair removal!! Lauren and Cathy are both super sweet as well.

    So glad I chose this place for my laser hair needs! Cathy is amazing. She really knows her stuff, and I trusted her as soon as we spoke the first time. She has been doing it a very long time.     Absolutely love this place! After one treatment, My underarm hairs are now like peach fuzz.I did so much research on which laser place to go and ultimately chose LCO. And it was the best decision I ever made on hair removals. Just like what other people said, Cathy always does a wonderful job! Before I start my first treatment, I did have a few lone hairs that I missed when I was shaving. Cathy took her time, trimmed those hairs, and made sure I was ready to start. Love her attention to details!After 21 days, I had a few stubborn hairs, But no worries, Lauren and Cathy tooked me in the very next day for a free touch up!     My experience at laser center of Orlando has been amazing, prior to my visit I have been suffering with facial hair and sometimes ingrown hairs from the plucking and shaving which became a hassle and took to much time!! Cathy made me feel very comfortable my first visit , she explained to me every detail and the steps of the process of how hair grows and what she can do to stop it!!     You guys, thereā€™s a reason every review is 5 stars!!! This place is unbeatable, their service and personalityā€™s are amazing. I just got what might be my last laser treatment and the results are great, they make me feel super comfortable. I drive 1hr round trip just to go here, so worth it and the cost is definitely reasonable. I donā€™t regret my choice at all to go here!! With each treatment which is spaced 6 weeks apart, youā€™ll see less and less hair grow back and it grows slowly and the hairs are much thinner(at least in my case they were and I have course man hair). So basically youā€™ll see results quickly and even though you have to do all treatments(at least 6 I believe), youā€™ll experience the effects of the finished result in the first two weeks after every treatment since it grows back slow(this may be circumstantial but if it worked for me itā€™ll probably work for you!!)     Iā€™m so happy I found Laser Center of Orlando! Both Cathy and Sharon are very kind. I had tried IPL hair removal before but it didnā€™t work for me. Since the first appointment Cathy explained the process and what to expect very well, after the first treatment on my face the ingrown hairs were gone and the new hair that grew back was thinner and less dark. After seeing the amazing results in my face I decided to do underarms as well and the results were impressive after only one session. Sessions are quick and Cathy is very experienced and professional, she really knows what sheā€™s doing. Iā€™m very very happy with the results so far!

    I had my first real facial done here and I can honestly say I was so impressed with their quality of service and level of professionalism. Sharon was super friendly and helped me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. I was a little nervous at first and was a bit figity during the extraction process, but she helped me feel as comfortable as possible with a ton of patience and understanding. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me personalized recommendations for my skin type. Cathy was also friendly and personally went out of her way to greet me, even though I wasnt scheduled to see her that day.     I canā€™t say enough great things about my experience so far at Laser Center of Orlando. Very long story short, I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18 years old and even after having 2 babies and normal lab values, I was still having to shave my face every single day. For over 10 years I have not been able to skip a single day of shaving. My facial hair was hands down my biggest insecurity and there were days I even wanted to shave twice a day for fear of a ā€œfive oā€™clock shadowā€. When I decided to go ahead with laser, it was very important for me to find the best of the best in Orlando. And trust me when I say, Iā€™ve found it. Cathy is incredible - a genius when it comes to hair growth and laser, and so intentional with her patients. I have only had one treatment so far (which was yes, extremely painful) BUT I am now going on 7 days without shaving. Itā€™s mind blowing! I honestly had a lot of doubts, as did my husband. And now every day we admire my ā€œhairlessā€ face in complete awe. Ha! I cannot thank Cathy and her staff enough for the genuine concern and attentiveness they have shown me.     Before I moved to Florida I was getting laser hair removal at a clinic further north. After almost a year of regular treatment I was seeming some reduction in thickness of hair but no noticable change. Coming to LCO was such a huge difference. After one treatment ALL of my dark hair was gone from my entire face. I just had my second treatment and am confident their original plan will get me to the point I want.     I did a lot of research trying to find a legitimate laser place here in Orlando and this is it! I did multiple areas and my hair didnā€™t grow back. Everything looks amazing and my hair is gone. I used to be able to see a dark area of hair even after I shaved my armpits. After laser my hair is completely gone. Itā€™s a game changer. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to really explain the laser process and hair cycle so you really understand how this all works. At the 21 day mark her office calls you to see if you have any hair left and if you do they will tell you to come in as soon as you can for a FREE touch up. This place isnā€™t like other laser places that try to scam you into buying packages. This is the real deal. One hundred percent recommend!

    Cathy and Lauren are amazing! Cathy is thorough, knowledgable, and very passionate about what she does. Lauren is organized, always exceedingly pleasant, and manages everything so gracefully! I had mildly low expectation before coming here for facial growth that has become ruthlessly stubborn and has only increased over the years, despite different ways of trying to manage it. I decided to give this place a shot after deep insecurity and frustration. I am so glad I did! After just the first treatment, my results were LIFE CHANGING! Im not exaggerating. I have dealt with such an insecurity for so long, I forgot what it was like to not obsess over my face. I cant remember the last time I was confident enough to let someone touch my face. I nearly tear up just thinking about it. When the second cycle of hair growth came around, I got slightly disappointed but even with new growth, the amount and thickness of hair was significantly less (i mean at least 50-75%). Now after my second treatment, my jaw is flawless again and I am trusting the new growth will be impressive. I anticipate I will need at least a few more treatments, but this place and the staff, are the real deal. Professionalism, authenticity, and overall experience is top tier.     Really happy with the service of Cathy and her team at Laser Center of Orlando. I have been going for laser hair removal and I am very pleased with the results.     I went in for a blemish I had on my nose and was greeted by the most amazing staff, I paid much less than I expected, and was informed there was a more expensive option but she preferred to do what was affordable and more helpful, upon doing my nose, she noticed several other spots on my face and body and quickly got to work informing me I paid for this time and sheā€™s gonna do what she can, by the end of it Iā€™m shirtless, but every blemish on my front upper body arms and face were gone, it was like being on an episode of Dr.pimple popper, Kathy was also very informative and attentive and informed me sheā€™d touch it up should the problem return at no cost to me, I almost hope it does just to get to her to visit again, I came in spending a lot less than expected, got amazing treatment, and left grinning ear to ear, I cannot recommend her services enough!     Hello,I am a 30 year old athlete, dancer, circus performer, stunt performer, and wife. I have thought of getting laser hair removal a few times now in my life but kept putting it off. I have always shaved, tweezed, wax, and Nair. I have tried a lot. I decided to give laser a try a few years ago through a groupon since I had heard horror stories of how expensive laser hair removal can be and how that can get you into contracts that in then end cost you thousands of dollars.I still spent a few hundred dollars on 12 or more sessions to get some small areas done and unfortunately the hair always came back. I was so confused because I thought surely after 12 sessions my small area like armpits and others would be hairless by now!So I gave that up and ended up pay $500 for a really good at home laser. Also a waist if your looking for results fast. My life is not always consistent so to have to laser myself every 2 weeks in the same areas for a year or more did not work out. I got about 12 or so sessions in with myself and said this isnā€™t working either.It wasnā€™t till a few months ago when I finally couldnā€™t take it anymore with certain facial hair. I was dying of embarrassment of people asking me whatā€™s going on with the side of my face and neck. I was constantly digging with tweezers to try and pluck these very dark hairs out of my face and neck which were very noticeably on white skin. Then I had big red marks and scabs that also did not cover well with makeup.I called and researched a few places in Orlando but Laser Center of Orlandoā€™s website seemed very honest, helpful, and explained so much more then on any other websites. When I called I talked to Lauren (the electrolysis) and for 30 min or more she explained and talked me through all the details to help me make the best decision. She was the sweetest and I just felt so comfortable. We went over the pricing (which was way more affordable then I was expecting) and all the little details so nothing blind sided me and I booked the appointment then. The beauty of this place is you only pay for what you need! No contracts, no huge amounts of money, just what you what. I really wish I would have found this place earlier, I would have saved a lot of money actually!To finish my story I went for my first visit. Kathy, the owner of LCO, went into great detail about hair follicles, sun exposure, skin, and how laser works. She made me feel very comfortable and again everything was on the table so there were no catches I didnā€™t know about. Needless to say my first visit was such a success for my face. I only needed one laser session and then Lauren just did a little electrolysis for some light or white hairs. My armpits are a night and day difference. I got a second laser treatment on them which is totally normal. Typically one would get about 6 treatments on dense hair areas. However after 1 treatment I was shocked at how little hair I had left!This place is a miracle worker!!! I will continue to go back for multiple different areas because the results are amazing!!! I have been telling all of my girl and guy friends about this place because it really does work that good and it will not break your bank!Call them and talk to Lauren if you are unsure.     I am not big on writing reviews, but I found it necessary to share this one with those who may have some doubts about having laser removal. Hindsight, I wish I had sought out Cathy much sooner than now.Ive had an absolutely amazing experience with Cathy and I cannot say enough good things about the cleanliness and professionalism of the center. Ok, I spent many years waxing & shaving. I got so tired of the hair returning more coarse and the areas getting darker. So, I was a little nervous about the laser removal. I have dark skin and I thought the laser treatment would cause blisters or burns. After the initial consultation with Cathy, I decided to proceed with the treatment. I completed my 6th treatment and needless to say, I am very pleased with the result.     The best part about this place is the proprietor; Cathy. She is easily the one of the most down-to-earth and professional people I have ever met.     Cathy and Sharon (the receptionist) are incredible! My first treatment was in September and now the heairs in my treated areas (upper lip and pubic area) are practically gone.     Laser Center of Orlando is the best laser center Ive been to so far (Ive tried 3 - one in Philadelphia and two in Orlando). She has the right equipment for all different kinds of skin tones, including the alexandrite laser which is the most effective on me with pale skin and dark hair. Shes thorough, and she has magnification equipment to be as thorough as possible. She has a lot of experience to choose the correct settings, and the 21-day checkup for missed hairs is so helpful to ease my mind when were working on an area that I cant see.The treatment itself hurts - but still, it lowers my stress level more than any other self care treatment I can think of. Its definitely money well spent if your body hair or facial hair causes any discomfort or stress.

    Iā€™ve been getting laser hair removal done here for almost a year, and I wonā€™t ever go anywhere else. Cathy knows exactly what sheā€™s doing.Itā€™s pricier than any Groupon deal, but I would rather pay a little more for better service and results - I have dark skin and some places donā€™t have the special laser that dark skin requires, and I suffered from swelling and burns from the dermatologist office I had tried years ago. Price wise, they do a tiered structure - you get a discount if you do more than one area. As an example, four areas (lip, chin, underarms, and bikini line) cost me about $400 total per session. Itā€™s pay as you go and you only need to do as many sessions as needed. My underarms have only needed 4 sessions, and Iā€™m not locked into doing any more than I need.Itā€™s quick and effective. Sharon at the front desk is super friendly, and Cathy makes me feel extremely comfortable.

    I went in for a tattoo laser removal. Initially, I called around to a few places and inquired online also. Mamta (who is wonderful), was courteous enough to respond to my emails with detail and when I spoke to her on the phone, was very clear and informative. Most places just want to get you in and try to pressure you into it. They had convenient times for their appointments.I came in one day just to do my paperwork and had my appointment scheduled that same week. The office is very nice, clean and professional. Additionally, they have a wonderful deal for smaller tattoos removals which was superb. Their pricing is generally a lot better then most places from what I have researched. Lastly, Cathy is willing to talk to you and level with you on what to expect and give you more feedback on how the process and procedure works.     I am by nature a skeptical person. I was receiving laser hair removal treatments for my chin from another place and I was told it would be 8 treatments and I would start seeing results after about 4-6 treatments. Not knowing much about the process I went along with it and had two treatments - It was like NOTHING was done. I relocated and was right at my six week mark for my third treatment and reached out to LCO. They were kind enough to get me in imediately. When consulting with Kathy she was extremely thourough in her explaination and what I should expect. She said while several treatments will be needed I should see no more hair growth after this treatement - contrary to what I was told at my other place. And so I followed her instructions and as advised and expected, the rest of the hair had to grow out. Usually I have to shave the hair growth on my face every day...Last time that I did so was on Saturday. Its Tuesday and my chin is BABY SMOOTH. I havent had that happen in years without shaving the spots of growth DAILY! I was so excited to realize - WAIT its been 3 days!!! Kathy you are doing the Lords work! To some hair removal may be trivial, but to those that suffer with hair on their face as a woman, it messes with your self confidence and it makes you extremely self conscious.     Kathy is a master and the *BEST* at what she does. I cannot imagine a more detailed oriented person handling this important task.     Im very happy with choosing this med. spa for my tattoo removal. The staff is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was a bit scared about procedure, but they made me feel at ease - it ended up being fun actually. If you dont tolerate pain well, I would recommend to get a numbing shot. Overall, Im pleased with this place.

    As apprehensive as I was about getting a tattoo removed, this place made the whole thing really simple. They occasionally offer specials and offer lidocaine injections to numb the tattoo before removal and the staff are very friendly and clearly experienced. The q-switched laser works great and they are upfront and honest about how many treatments removal may take, what the costs will be, and any side effects of treatment. Best advice is to make an afternoon appointment when the center is less busy, youll be in and out in about 20 minutes. Two treatments in and already seeing some results. Well worth it.

    This place is awesome! I just went in for my third tattoo removal treatment yesterday. The ladies working there are fantastic and very accommodating. Tattoo removal is painful but they do everything they can to keep you comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in the services they offer. =)

    Before beginning treatments here, I would wax and I had horrible reactions. I have really thick hair. The treatment area would even get infected no matter what after care I followed. Laser doesnā€™t cause that reaction and usually I leave feeling like nothing was done but hair starts growing back super thin after your first treatments and by the end itā€™s completely gone.

    I wish I went a LONG time ago! I have a condition under my arms where more than one hair grows out in one spot. No where else on my body, just there. No matter how close I shave, you can always see the black hairs juat underneath the surface. Not to mention ingrown hairs...Never able to wear tank tops. I thought I would need twice the normal amount of treatments because I felt like my case would be resistant to treatment. Just after one treatment, I was so amazed! Only a few hairs grew in singular form and very fine. So thin i didnt even need to shave. I just got my second treatment and Im so excited! It may seem silly to some, but this changes everything! I dont have to be self conscious anymore and I can wear any top I want. Love this place! Down to earth staff, makes you feel at home.

    I have gone to LCO three times so far for LHR and it has been absolutely fantastic. Since the first visit everyone has made me feel welcomed and extremely informative. Dr. Bukaty has been extremely patient, understanding, and always tells me when she is changing machines, settings, and how I am doing along the process. Theyre not just a professional business, they care about their patients. I always receive a call asking how I am doing after a treatment. And I love the text reminders for appts as well. I highly recommend LCO.
