I have had the best experience at ideal image sandlake. I went in only expecting to do 1 area but they offered me such a great deal I ended up doing multiple areas and I am SO happy I did. Not only am I thrilled with my results but I have to say the staff is INCREDIBLE. They are so so so kind and make you feel so comfortable with them which is imperative when the laser gets spicy. Overall I cannot speak highly enough of my experience but especially the employees.

Ideal image has been life changing for me. Ever since I had kids, I’ve had lots of issues with unwanted facial and neck hair that bothers me so much. So I need a place that would do an efficient laser hair removal treatment that would eliminate this problem once for all, specially after trying 3 different places and just spent money in vain.It is an investment in yourself, your self esteem, your confidence. They have a great staff that help you find the best course of action for your issue, financing options, a nice and clean environment where you feel well taken care of. I totally recommend it and after I finish my facial treatment, I will continue doing my whole body treatment with them!!

This was my first visit to this location. Everyone was very nice, great sense of himor but yet very professional, very knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable getting this first time procedure. I have other procedures scheduled so Im hope for the same experience though I do feel very confident in that being the case. I do have follow-up appts 4 my last procedures & then other procedures in about a month. So stay tuned. I am one who takes time to give someone a compliment for their true heartfelt efforts but I will be truthful about any issues that can be improved. I like to be fair. At this point, I am looking forward to my next visit & around the middle or latter part of January, my hubby of 40 yrs will be gettinga procedure. Very unlike him. That tells you how comfortable he felt. Ex-Navy! That does happen, hes always on suspicion mood. Thank you for serving my luv! BTW we very much need that bust-a-gut laugh we got that as well. I would like to start of by saying that Diana at Ideal Image at the Turkeys Lake office is amazing at what she does. She is an amazing person over all! She makes you feel right at home with her bright welcoming smile. You can tell she loves her career and is a people person. I wanted to give them all a 5 starts review today so I called the Turkey Lake office after my visit and asked for Diana’s title. When I called I asked them what do you call your Laser Tech technicians? The office said Diana is a Provider. If you are tired of shaving please don’t hesitate to book your next Hair Removal appointment at the Turkey Lake location. Their entire staff is very professional and cordial. If you are reading this review make sure you tell them that the best Realtor in Central Florida recommended them. Let them know Noel sent you! (By the way, my wife is very happy with her laser treatment too. She has been going to Ideal Image since 2005 at the Celebration Office before they closed. This has been the best decision I have ever made! The DP location has the best team! After just one session I saw a difference. I am now over a year in, I’ve kept adding body parts throughout my journey, and I couldn’t be happier. My results are absolutely amazing! They have the best lasers and that was a worry being a person of darker complexion having the right lasers is extremely important, work with your budget, and have the most professional team! Moving out of your hometown can definitely be hard especially when you have to find new places to get your normal treatments done must I say Ideal Image both in Dr. Phillips and Altamonte Springs were such a breathe of fresh air to walk into. From the moment stepping into the center the girls at the center were so welcoming. I’ve been treated by different esthetician’s and all have been a great experience. Jackie from Dr. Phillips is my favorite, she was the first person who treated me back in 2018 and not one time has she ever made me feel uncomfortable. First time ever going to Ideal Image. I was excited and nervous. I didn’t know what to expect for the consultation. I went to see if I can be a candidate for cool sculpting. I went there for my chin and arms. They were professional kind and are very knowledgeable in what they are do. They make you feel comfortable as well. It was just 3 weeks ago when I got my procedure done. I got my cool sculpting in my abdomen and arms. I wasn’t a candidate for the chin. Have always had issues with my lower abdomen. Looked like I had a moment pouch and I have yet to be a mom. I am 26 years old, petite and a dancer. Never the less, my nurse practitioner Tran! Was amazing she was super kind and made sure I was okay and told me how it was gonna feel the aftermath of it. She was extremely professional while we also got to know a bit about each other which made the whole experience fun. I loved having her I recommend you go to her and ask for her when you go there. She does more than cool sculpting. I go back in 3 months for my end results. Is it worth the money? Yes if your serious about it and wanting to feel, and see results in your workouts, are a mom, etc. go for it. I recommended it! They do tell you it’s doesn’t get rid of your fat 100% you can maintain the weight or lose. You can’t gain weight as that defeats the purpose and you would be wasting big money and time. in my opinion. My mom is going ti go there for Botox soon as well. Again ask for Tran! shes super great at her job. I also have seen results already going into 3 weeks. Not anything drastic yet but, I do see changes.

The best office in central Florida. The staff is really friendly, they accommodate you to your every needs. The front desk ladies all of them are so awesome. When you walk in they greet you with such happy and great vibes. Ms.Dianna and Ms.Jackie are the best of the best when it comes to getting your hair removed. They want to make you feel as comfortable as possible and reduce the pain that the procedure could have on you. I have been going for 2.5 years now and my hair in my areas that I got removed don’t even come out anymore. The best of the best and I highly recommend this location.

This was my first trip to Ideal Image. As I entered I was immediately greeted by an employee. I was immediately put at ease since I had never gotten any type of facial improvements. She was very reassuring along with being professional and pleasant! I was then introduced to my aesthetician, Tracie who was equally pleasant, professional and reassuring !She explained everything that she was about to do. She then explained every detail that was being done as she went along during the procedure . I felt no pain during procedure and she would stop for an instant asking if I was feeling ok. I feel she went above and beyond during the whole experience and my results were very dramatic, I felt like a new rejuvenated person.I would recommend Tracie and Ideal image at the Dr. Phillips center to everyone ! My Laser Beard Removal Journey! One + year and counting. A little over a year ago I was so frustrated with the painful, unsightly ingrown hairs and razor bumps literally all over my face as like many other guys with a full beard but struggles with keeping a clean shave without your face not looking like a lawn mower went over it. I was going insane after being ripped off at so many other places that claimed they can solve my problem, several hundreds of dollars later I see zero results and am stuck with the pain and overall killed my self esteem. I randomly went online and for one last time googled laser hair removal places and immediately IDEAL IMAGE Dr.Phillips popped up and I started to read the reviews and while I was impressed I was still very skeptical, naturally anyone would have after being ripped off so many times. I thought this will be my last shot at it. I emailed their customer service and sent a few pictures of what my facial hair and the ingrown hairs and bumps looks like. Later an appointment was set and I went in to do the consultation with the expectation that I will most likely not follow through as I assume they are just like the other places but boy was I so wrong. The laser technology they use are state of the art and they ensure that you are educated on what will be used on you, what to expect, the cost, payment plans etc. I left the office on my first consultation with a full laser beard Removal with my purchase of a package consisting of nine (9) treatments spread out over several months for 8 to 10 weeks interval. Long story short, I am EXTREMELY pleased with my results so far and Ive been hair free for a year and counting. No shaving, no ingrown hairs, no unsightly bumps on my face and talk about silky smooth skin. Ladies and Gentlemen I cannot stress how much I highly recommend this particular facility.They offer so many other skin treatments, theres something for everyone. I know you guys like to inquire about potential additional services, but the lady I was with today was almost insulting towards my sideburns and advised “it’s something I should consider or when I get older it’s not going to look good.” In addition, I am fine with being treated by different people, however I do tend to like consistency in the person I am being treated by when I get a service done, and the last 3 appointments I have had were all different people. However, today was the first time one of them left me feeling a little insulted and taken aback at how adamant the lady was to keep attacking the parts of my body she felt I should laser.

I’ve been coming to ideal image since 2013 and this location specifically and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and super friendly. I’ve done laser hair removal on a few places (my face, under arms and Brazilian) and I’ve received amazing results. My face has taken a little longer but that’s always prone to hormones, but on the other two places I saw results by the second visit! I’m loferally hair free. I’ve recommended this place to my mother in law, cousin and co-worker and their are all extremely satisfied with the results too. Definitely recommend Ideal Image and this location specifically. What’s next, my legs? Maybe!

With the new renovation the waiting area is a large relaxing place unwind before your appointment with spacious seating available. They have complimentary beverages to enjoy making time fly if you ever have to wait. In addition the front desk associates are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have. Rosie always has a uplifting vibe to add to your day completing the overall atmosphere of the place. I would definitely recommend anyone to seek out your needs at ideal image for the excellent service they provide.

The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because sometimes they do sound like used car-sales men trying to shove every service possible down your throat. Diana is a fantastic clinician, is that what they call themselves? Anyway, shes professional, knowledgeable, funny, and down to earth; after all, you do need someone to make you comfortable as youre spread-eagle on the table. Despite them being more expensive than some other providers out there, I would recommend ideal image to anyone struggling with being a hairy beast. I was once a hairy beast and now im on my way to being a sweet babies bottom!

After my complaint (see below), Ideal Image Dr. Phillips reached out to me.Their employee, Ms. Rachel, made an appointment and we discussed my contract. She was extremely professional and explained to me the lifetime guarantee and the membership in the contract.She politely answered my questions instead of just dismissing the way I felt as a consumer.A resolution was made where both parties were not completely unhappy.My learning lesson from all this is that we (the consumers / customers / patients / buyers), whenever signing a contract, have a responsibility to be more careful and thoroughly read whatever that we are signing!Please: ask questions before you sign... This might save you from the aggravation of complaining afterwards.Thanks to Ms. Rachel I will keep on using Ideal Image services. She reminded me why I chose them in the first place: they are the best in the area!Paid a lot more money than in other regular places for Ideal Image “Laser Hair Removal” procedure only because of their implicit promise that my satisfaction was guaranteed with a lifetime membership! After 9 sessions they told me: you are done! After a couple of weeks hair start to grow back on all treated areas. I’ve called for an appointment just to learn I had to pay “a small fee” to get the touch-up! The lifetime membership prices are the same or even more than what I will pay at other places, where I don’t have this infamous “lifetime membership”! I have already paid too much for a job they didnt finish up! Just want them to deliver on their promise!

When I walked in she was the first one to great me. The energy there starting from the front all the way to the treatment rooms is amazing. I had an appointment at 12:20 and was not seen till after 1pm, I eventually left at 1:40. They told me at 12:45 it was taking long because there were 2 people in front of me that had low tolerances, then I asked if I could go next door to grab a quick lunch and the front desk woman told me that if I left for 5-10min that they would move my appointment to 2pm! and Ive been there since 12:20. Luckily 10min later somebody saw how ridiculous that was and let me know that I could go get lunch at the establishment next door. Somebody even came next door to notify me that they were now available to take me, so that was nice
