I have been coming here for over a year and the service is great. The place is very clean and treatment is top notch. I have been getting my underarms done and the treatment has helped so much with bumps I got from shaving, and after 8 treatments I hardly grow any hair. Staff wise, I have been seeing Virginia to give me the hair removal and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. Judely has helped me with pricing and appointments and her service is professional, warm, and welcoming. Definitely highly recommend.

Great new location! Staff is always super friendly and prompt with appointments. Staff has been great during Covid with following safety procedures while still allowing appointments to continue. My face always gets super red after treatments, so they make sure I get a good amount of gel on before I leave. And they always make sure Im feeling OK and ask if I need breaks throughout. I was always hesitant about the price and experience, but Im so glad I decided to pull the trigger and do it. Best experience and value so far!

Long story short, the center Manager, Lindsay, completely ameliorated the situation in a matter of minutes. My experience has been great, first appointment was not easy or smooth I guess I wasnt really prepared for it but interaction with the nurse that first day was not engaging; she seemed a little cold and not talkative so it was hard for me as a first time client to deal with the pain or discomfort; she briefly explained the procedure and went on. Second visit went much better specially with the nurse I had assigned that day she was fantastic and kept me distracted while the procedures and that helped me to take my mind off the pain a little. The only downside is the fact that I can not be given a numbing cream specially for my bikini area since that is the area that hurts the most. I was told by the first RN that treated me the same day I signed up that I was absolutely not allowed a numbing cream bc it interfered with the seizure medicine I take... which I find it very odd that a topical cream will interfere but anyways, thats the only discouraging thing I have to say about my experience. I look forward to completing my treatment BUT requesting ALWAYS the same nurse I had this last appointment. Thanks

I started my treatment at the Waterford location November 2016. I have had really great results since the beginning of treatment. It’s two years worth of treatment and I come about every 10-12 weeks. I haven’t had to shave since I started my treatment. Maybe because my hair was thick and dark it’s considered to be ideal.Front office staff has always been great to me. I tend to call after hours and leave voicemails to make changes to my appointment and they always returned my call first thing in the morning.Coral and Kathy are my favorite nurses. They understand if I’m feeling pain they give me a little break or the ice pack. There was one other that I wasn’t too found of bc she didn’t understand that part. They’re always friendly. Coral actually remembers little things about our previous conversations. It’s nice to receive that kind of customer service when not too many ppl care about customer service.

I started getting laser hair removal treatments at this wonderful ideal image location several years ago. Each and every time I go I am greeted by the sweetest staff from the front desk to the treatment nurses. I intially started with full leg treatments and fell in love with the results. I now shave here and there because I don’t have a lot of hair left and what’s left is very fine blonde hair that is hardly noticeable at all. I continued with additional treatments on my underarms and stomach. It is an investment but I am so happy I did it because I now feel like my hair isn’t in the way of me feeling like a “normal girl”. I had very course dark hair so i find it worked like a dream. I definitely recommend and love the lifetime maintenance plans!

This location is awesome! I’ve had three separate areas done and I am not disappointed. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Coral and Kathie are the best! They always get my treatments done so quickly and make me feel comfortable.

Switched to the Waterford location after moving to the East side and absolutely love it. The staff are genuinely welcoming and the nurses are very informative. Always in and out within minutes. Fast, quick and friendly service with great results!

The staff is very professional, never uncomfortable!! The results are amazing. It’s not a cheap service, but you get what you pay for! I finish my treatment at my next appointment and would spend the $ all over again!

They are very methodical with treatments. Very rarely do I have an issue post-treatment with the area that was treated. They be sure to answer any and all questions thoroughly and are honest with quotes and assessments! I had the consultation back in September with Jennifer. Jennifer was very flexible about my situation and took extra steps to take care of me. I got my treatment today and Rachel (the nurse) was very friendly and encouraging. I can’t wait to see the reawarding results.
