    At this place, Iā€™m in good hands. I felt apprehensive about getting laser hair removal, especially since I have a dark skin tone. Before starting treatments, I had a consultation appt in May ā€˜24 with the manager. She addressed all my concerns (I.e pain tolerance, skin irritation, scarring , etc. ) I started treatments that same month till now and my skinā€™s health condition have improved from following the their guide, along with my own gentle skin care.

    Love this place so much. The staff is so amazing and sweet. I have an amazing experience every time I come in. No matter the place you want to get done they will help you feel so safe and comfortable. Every friend Iā€™ve asked whoā€™s gotten laser hair removal (other companies) mentioned how it was so painful but at Milan they use this cold air thing and I kid you not feel ā€”nothinggggā€”. When I do feel something itā€™s a pinch, uncomfortable but nothing compared to the pain of wax and razor burn and this coming from someone whoā€™s pain tolerance.. isnā€™t. Donā€™t walk, RUNNN!! Both ladies and gentlemen.

    I have had several treatments here, all of which have been wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, and so are the staff. They clearly value making connections with their customers, not just business. I am currently doing my underarms and have had no issues whatsoever. Although small details, I even appreciate that they offer bottles of water in the lobby, as well as Dove spray deodorant and Aloe Vera gel in their bathroom for after treatment (before and during treatment your skin must be clean of any product). I will say, the treatments get a little more painful each time (because they turn up the level), but it is only for a second and the feeling is doable. Considering it is a laser treatment, I do not mind.If you are looking at other options, Milan is probably going to be your best bet. I did a lot of research on various businesses before deciding to do laser hair removal, and this was the place I chose. I do not at all regret it. Canā€™t wait to see the end results!

    All the staff in Milan are very friendly and fun to talk with. I had my second session today, and my technician (Morgan) is so good I didnā€™t feel any pain. My first session was awesome; I definitely saw a big difference already. My hair wasnā€™t growing in some areas anymore, and the other parts grew thinly. The hair started to fall out drastically in two weeks. Trust the process because itā€™s worth it.

    This facility just opened recently and I was already familiar with Milan Laser as I had purchased a package for 8 area back when I lived in NY. I ended up moving to Florida mid-treatment so I was waiting almost two years for the Florida Milan Lasers to open, and I am glad I did. I absolutely love this location!!! They are on time with appointments and staffed with amazing people. The two ladies who greeted me were very kind and sweet provided me with a bunch of information for an additional area I was thinking to do. They were not pushy at all, very informative, answered all my questions, and had great personalities. I love Milan Laser because the unlimited treatments is ideal for someone like me who needs more to get results and has not had children yet which can trigger some additional growth - so your touch ups are INCLUDED. My hair growth from my prior sessions with them had slowed down and I look forward to being hair free soon!! My treatment is not completed yet but I am very optimistic especially with a great NP like Karenne. She answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable and we had talked during my whole treatment - which I prefer over sitting in silence. We talked about general things in life along with information on my treatment process since it has been some time since my last one. Karenne is an absolute asset to this team and answered my questions with no hesitation and was quick with treatment and made sure I was comfortable with the process and asked how I was doing multiple times during the session. I look forward to my next treatment!!! I am so glad to be their first review since they opened a few days ago. This team and location is great!! I will happily continue my hour commute to come back here for my treatments. Prices are reasonable especially for a lifetime of upkeep if needed.     Seriously the nicest people everā€¦ All of the staff were amazing. I came in today on my 16th birthday to get treatment done for my lower legs. When I arrived, they had a paper on the front desk saying ā€œHappy Birthday Sky.ā€ It may be small, but it felt incredibly personal and it was SO sweet of them. It was almost 6 months after making my appointment and they still remembered me. The laser technician who performed the procedure on me was very comforting and helped me through the pain (and tickling) the entire time. I canā€™t wait for my next appointment after that.

    I know Milan pride theirselves on reviews but itā€™s been months and I can not get my original consultation out of my head. It was AKWARD and felt sooo SKETCHY. When it came to pricing and services thatā€™s were the sketchiness began because she automatically wanted me to sign up for ally to get a loan without even going over pricing and packages. That was soo weird. Ideally I definitely would have liked to compare prices to see if I could really commit and afford laser treatments. In a dream world I would have went for my neck, chin, cheeks and my private area (which Iā€™m pretty sure would have costed a care note). All I know is that cheeks and neck was between 4-5k and I just went for neck which cost me a little over 2k. I deducted 1 star simply off of the consultation and itā€™s expensive! Theyā€™d advertise about it not be expensive on their site but babyyy the truth is that it is EXPENSIVE. Mind you my hairs arenā€™t thick their sparseā€¦maybe paying 2 grand to have unlimited treatments would have been a better deal for a person that actually had thick hairs. In that area. Iā€™d like for you guys to include my cheeks for the 2k price that Iā€™m paying.

    Hands down the best laser hair removal company out there. Iā€™ve spent thousands on laser hair removal since I was a teenager and nothing worked well enough and never lasted. Milan laser has given me the best results and my favorite part is that I can come back years from now and get treated again for no extra cost. Iā€™m set for life. They also have the nicest staff and your safety is always their priority. Not to mention they have the cleanest facility too.     OMG! This place is amazing. The staff was/is super professional. The treatment rooms are very clean. I will point out that the rooms are a bit cold so wear a sweater or socks, depending what youā€™re getting treated. I highly recommend this place! Iā€™m excited to be a client and live a hairless life!

    I love this place! After reading the reviews from their many office locations, I decided to go to their new Millenia location. The staff is extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Any questions I had they answered and I didnā€™t feel like they was just trying to sell me a service, but that they really care about my needs. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get laser hair to come here. They specialize in laser hair removal only and uses a laser that can be adjusted to treat various skin colors and as someone with darker skin that was very important to me. I canā€™t wait for my next session, Iā€™m already seeing results!

    Where do I begin. The service was phenomenal at this location. My consultant Demi was very informative and was able to narrow down what my needs were and what the best course of action was to achieve them. Following the consultant, the technician that assisted me Karenee was one of the nicest people I have met. I donā€™t think there was a single moment where she wasnā€™t smiling and giving me a good laugh. All in all I highly recommend getting laser hair removal at this location!

    I absolutely love this location! I first started with Milan laser in NY and was anxiously awaiting openings in FL. Before I even stated my treatments at this location, Karenee called me to get the full backstory to make sure my future treatments were being handled properly. During my procedure, Karenee thoroughly made me comfortable with walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She is extremely personable , making an otherwise slightly uncomfortable procedure actually pleasant. So much so, I signed up to do my Brazilian.     I started my treatment in TN and when I moved to FL I had to go to Savannah, GA. When Orlando opened I was so excited! I have to say out of all three Ive visited this has been the best location.
