I’m so glad I decided to start my laser hair removal journey with Semper! Everyone at the Phillips Crossing location is so kind and professional. Fatima was very communicative and transparent about their packages and pricing. Both Aubrey and Courtney were absolutely amazing technicians who practiced outstanding professionalism and made me feel comfortable as I was receiving treatment. Everyone in their office is personable and relatable and that made me feel so comfortable knowing I could talk to them without judgment during this new experience. Can’t wait to continue this journey. I wish I had started sooner!

I transferred down from the (amazing) Maitland location due to moving and this one being closer. I could not be happier! Semper continues to be incredible. The atmosphere is great and comfortable. The people are all very pleasant and make you feel like youve just always know them. The treatments are easy, quick, and not too spicy ;) Im treating multi-face, underarms, and Brazilian and will definitely be adding areas! If youre on the fence, get this as a present for yourself. Also the techs Courtney, Amanda, and Aubrey are fantastic!My only complaint is when you book with a specific tech and they change techs without telling you if something comes up. If you dont care who sees you that isnt an issue. However, since certain techs have specific settings on their machine I find that it matters for my visits and wish they would let me know and get me in with the next available appointment with the tech I requested.

Came in through the 8 free sessions and loved it. Ended up purchasing more area packages through another promotion they had. The machine they use is simply the best and the only I ever seek treatments with which is Candela Gentle Max Pro because it legit gets rid of hair! Lizzie is the best, always so sweet and cheerful and she hooked me up with a free small session so that I could test it on my hairy feet hahaha. Best laser removal service I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many!). Book your appointments in advance tho, cause they are usually fully booked, cause it’s that good!

The treatments are working effectively so far. The laser technicians are amazing.I’m just having trouble booking appointments since my schedule at work fluctuates a lot, and they only have appointments a month in advance. If I can’t make my appointment, i have to book even farther out. When I call to see if they have a last minute opening, I usually get a whole speech about how they are booked a month in advance, which I’m aware of, I’m also aware people tend to cancel last minute as well, so I think it doesn’t hurt to ask, but I’m usually met with attitude.

From the atmosphere to cleanliness to the professionalism yet fun energy of staff.I have been going to Semper Orlando for almost a full year now. I have seen tremendous results over the past 5 visits, like little to no hair left even between sessions (3months!)I am African American and I worried about being burned or hurt by the laser but that has never been the case here. I get my full Brazilian and Underarms done at every visit. Andddd What sold me was the life time insurance they offer if you get the full package. She is truly so kind and really knows what she’s doing. I’m now going on my fourth treatment and I always make sure it’s with her. I got IMMEDIATE results and its way less painful and way better results compared to waxing. I have dark skin (African American) and they have the right laser for our skin tone as well!
