    I had to change my hairstylist because she kept giving me the run around every time I tried to set up an appointment. My old stylist overcharged me… until I started going changing lives salon. Great staff. Friendly and inviting.They always check to see if I am doing alright. They offered me coffee and water during my appointment. They are affordable for those trying to stay on budget. I definitely recommend this hair and nail salon. They also do men’s haircuts as well.

    Lora is a true professional who not only does an incredible job styling my hair, but is also invested in the health of my hair. She is very pleasant to interact with and makes getting my hair done a very relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend Changing Lives Hair Salon.

    Lora is very talented and professional. She is a diverse stylist and has done several different types of styles for me over the last year. I have short hair and she cuts and styles it very well. I let my hair grow out during the pandemic and she did extensions for me which also looked great. I have also watched her style different hair types and textures. She is friendly and overall I enjoy going to her salon. I would definetly recommend her services.

    Lora has gifted hands and a warm and pleasant spirit! She’s personable, friendly and listened to my request for a hair color and styling. The end result was better than I imagined and that’s saying a lot. I have natural hair that is thick, very long and sometimes hard to manage. Lora not only welcomed the task, but crushed it! She spent dedicated time making me beautiful. She also silk pressed my daughter’s hair, who said afterwards it was her best silk press yet. If you’re in a need of stylist who is talented, cares for your hair and versatile. Please go see Ms. Lora!

    I started coming here during the summer for plaits, but found out they offered locs services. So I had my sons locs retwisted here. Cleo did a very good job but is longer there. Nonetheless, Lora the owner I’ve watched do all kinds of hair and styles. She’s amazing. I now go regularly to have my blowouts done by Nora (front desk assistant). My hair has grown and become so healthy since she’s been doing it. She’s so sweet and we always have genuine conversations when I’m in her chair.

    Lora is the best. I have natural hair and was having a hard time finding a consistent stylist. I live in Leesburg and tried calling salons, Facebook, and even word of mouth to find a stylist who cared about the integrity of my natural curls. I walked into Changing Lives salon based solely off the the pictures on the window. Lora greeted me and told me to come back in a hour. Upon return, she immediately began my services. I was very impressed by her shampooing, styling techniques, and professionalism. Lora did not complain once about how much hair I have (being that is very thick with tight curls) or my style of choice (most stylists want to alter my natural curl) . After completion, I made a reoccurring appointment and she goes above and beyond with each service. I would highly recommend anyone to get their hair done at Changing Lives.

    Today, 6/9/20 was my first time going to Changing Lives Salon since moving to Orlando. I got a balayage and trim done and it came out beautiful. Carmen was my hair dresser and she was so sweet, professional and nice as well as the other lady (didn’t get her name but I think she was the manager) who assisted with what I wanted done to my hair. Salon was clean, they played great music and their pricing is awesomely fair haha. Overall I had a relaxing time here, didn’t have to wait at all to be serviced and my hair came out great. I will definitely visit again. Thank you ladies!

    I got a silk press by Laura and she did amazing. I also go my hair washed before the silk press by a different lady. She washed my hair very well and it felt amazing

    I love this place!!! Lora has been styling my hair since 2002.... she’s the best! Lora and her stylist are very professional and the salon is kept very clean. I wouldn’t go no other place. Even when I moved out of state I still came back to Lora for coloring and cuts. She has magic hands 😍😍

    I have gotten multiple styles from ms.Lora she’s so nice and kind and will ALWAYS slay you , I would recommend medium Knotless they lasted for 2 months if you like braids , and a sew in if you like that type of look my sew in lasted for 3 months and 5 months with a touch up .

    Myself and my kids hardly trust someone to do our hair, But we have found the professional we’ve always looked for. NOBODY else touches our hair anymore, Only Cecília from this place.     When I walk in it was very friendly and welcoming and the hairstylist who did my hair I make sure she knows how to work on natural hair because I’m all natural and she did a fantastic job, I had to take a picture of her work was she done and my hair and send it to another stylist who could not do what I ask for
