    Had a great experience! Was offered water. My nail lady was kind to me and really took the time to shape my nails properly. Inspo vs product for $67 plus tip. The design wasnt exactly like the picture, but I still thought it was pretty, and she made sure that I liked it and offered other options.

    Song has been my nail artist for over 5 years!Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work is beyond compare. Ive moved and still travel across 3 counties to get to her because she is the very best at her craft!Everywhere I go people literally stop me to compliment me on my nails. No matter how detailed or intricate the ideas I bring to her she never disappoints. Her work is very neat and a true tribute to her passion for what she does.

    They took two of us 30 min before close and gave us full treatment! :) but then I had to return it didn’t even dry within the he hour and it was ruined , the nails were too short etc upon returning today the lady redid it all I paid for gel but she fixed it and redid it from scratch! And also they are glow in the dark!

    Great service! Always so nice and detailed. They take their time prepping, shaping, filing, and painting your nails. They also do a 10% off discount for UCF students. Will definitely be back!

    Made an appointment for a pedicure (Amy) & Gel-X full set (Ken). When I got there I was notified that Amy left the salon to go pick up her kids from school and was no longer available for my appointment. Not a super huge deal since the salon was empty, however thats not a great first impression on new clients that the appointment was confirmed, just to get there and the tech not be available. Luckily another gentleman was available to do my pedicure, so it worked out after driving 30 mins to this side of town.My nails turned out nice, however they were not the Gel-X extensions I booked for. I expressed I wanted a classic manicure beforehand for my cuticles & he just filed them off to proceed with my nails. When he pulled out regular tips, I stated I booked for gel extensions & after attempting to clarify multiple times, he tech still used acrylic. Maybe it was a language barrier so he didn’t understand when I kept saying gel, but after 10 mins of back & forth while getting my pedicure, I just gave up. He told me he understood, however there is no such thing as powdered gel. It was simply acrylic with gel polish on top. Aside from the flooded cuticles (a bit more filing wouldve corrected that) & shaping (asked for coffin/ballerina & got square), the nail design came out nice, it just wasn’t the medium I wanted (acrylic vs hard gel). Ive included a pic of what I asked for in comparison to what I got.Overall, its not enough to say I wont return... Ill give it one more shot to see if they actually service GEL-X extensions as indicated.

    This was my first time going to this nail salon and it was amazing! Emily was so sweet and did my nails perfectly and exactly like the picture. She treated me extra special for my birthday and I really appreciate it. Definitely will be coming back! Also love that they give students at UCF a discount!!

    I would give 5,000 stars if it was possible! I got my nails done with Nancy and the attention to detail was out of this world! I’ve gone to many other salons and my nails have never looked as good as they do after going to Crystal Nails and Spa. I’m so impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and they even had a movie on while I got my nails done, so it passed the time! Great ambiance and I will be making Crystal Nails and Spa my go-to for lashes and nails!

    My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for this place for valentines day. I walked in and got a full set acrylic manicure and a pedicure.I did not do Gel color or anything extra. Service was wonderful. Super nice and kind. The nail tech noticed some tenderness on my big toes and was gentle during the pedicure. When doing the acrylic nails I asked for a rounded shape. The only thing I would note is that the shape of my nails is a little inconsistent on each nail. Not a big deal. Still absolutely loved going there.

    This is my second time having my nails done with Lindsey . She’s the best! She’s so nice and professional! She does beautiful designs! She’s very clean when doing my nails and makes sure I’m happy with my nail shape , design , and color . I’m a bit picky with my nails because I like them done a certain way and she understand and does them just how I like them.     Overally I was highly satisfied with my nails, everyone was nice and welcoming. I wouldve given a 5 star, however I was waiting for 15 mins from when I walked in the door, no one was at the front desk and no one acknowledged me until they were finished with the client. I understand it mightve been a busy day ..there was a group of sorority girls that came in together but I waited 45 mins while soaking my feet. The staff did apologize and was accommodating, however I feel there could have been minor tweaks and adjustments to improve my experience. But overall, everyone was polite, and I may be returning to give them another chance.

    Love this place. I go for the nail art specifically. I’ll find a picture and send it to them on Instagram and they try to recreate it. They are easy to talk to to express your desires, expectations and nail concerns. These were the combined work of Jade and Emily.

    TL;DR: $68 for full set acrylics, no wait time despite not having an appointment, 51 mins for a simple design, great professionalism and clean place. SORA did an amazing job!Had some time to spare and walked in to check their prices. $68 for a full set of acrylics. I had to go to work in about 2 hours so I asked how long it would take; they said roughly an hour and that I could get started right away. The design I wanted wasn’t too complicated so it got finished in 51 minutes. It was a design from a picture and it was replicated almost exactly like the original. SORA was the one doing my nails and she was very nice. We didn’t talk much, but she answered every question I had really well, and her professionalism shined through with making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The place is overall very clean and accessible and they seem to have lots of professionals ready for when clients come in. Will definitely come again and ask for SORA so I can touch up on what I got today.

    I came for a mani/pedi and when I tell you they know what they are doing! Vivian did my pedicure and was successful in getting my ingrown nails with no pain at all and got it all rather than cut off part of it. Plus she has magical hands.     I would like to say that the service that I always receive from Sandra is beyond amazing. Sandra is super professional and fast at doing my nails and pedicure. She amazes me with all the nail art she can do. I never know what I want on my nails so I leave it in her hands to create magic. I live 40 minutes away from the nail salon and I will continue to drive 40 minutes just so she can take care of me. I’m so happy that I finally found a nail technician that values her clients and knows that a little pampering can go along way. I definitely recommend Sandra.

    I got my nails done by Lindsey! I came here for a full set and a pedicure. I got here early, and they took me almost immediately. The pedicure was amazing, I got gel polish for my toes, and at a great price, too!My nails came out AMAZING, Lindsey really took her time with my nails, and it shows. This is the best theyve ever come out; I was really looking for a new place to get my nails done after the other places Ive gone to that have overcharged me for shoddy quality. The attention to detail was amazing, and even two weeks afterward, my nails are still holding up with absolutely no issue.     I love Sandra! She’s amazing and always take care of you with 10/10 honesty. Kinda gross but a previous nail salon gave me a really bad fungi and she was amazing and helped me cure my nail without it falling off. This is where the honesty comes in, she could’ve easily giving me the service I asked for which was more $$ for her instead she told me she wouldn’t and asked if I was okay with it because she didn’t think I was making the right decision. If you get acrylics like myself, then she’s also your girl her shaping is amazing and her nails never ever lift.

    Always a great experience whether I have an appointment or I’m just walking in! All the girls are wonderful and I’m super happy with their work. I’ve gotten quite a few services done here from full acrylic sets and dip manicures, to different types of pedicures and waxing my eyebrows. Every tech has been delightful - welcoming, friendly, and top notch at what they do. I also really love how clean it is in there! Unlike most salons, you can actually breathe inside without heavy noxious fumes. Very grateful to have found this spot!

    I have been getting pedicures from this place for about 3 months. Service and quality have been great. And now they have a client for life. She listens, she’s friendly, and didn’t rush. Emily did my full set and she’s super friendly and professional; her work is amazing! Her shaping is top notch and she works fast also. Definitely will come back.

They take walk-ins just as quickly because with each client, they are quick and efficient and provide such excellent services with gorgeous nail art! I received a gel extension manicure and gel pedicure for an event. The extensions were placed on with precision and the pedicure massage was extremely relaxing!     This is my favorite nail salon in Orlando!! If you live by the UCF area I highly recommend getting your nails done here. Tammy is a nail guru, and she is so sweet! The other employees are just as amazing and nice, honestly I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. I was recommended by a friend after I went to several other salons that just sucked. But every time I go here I am pleasantly surprised on how much I love this place! The prices are reasonable for a nail salon but with how great they are it is worth every penny. If you haven’t been to this salon yet, what are you waiting for! Go NOW you won’t regret it! ❤️❤️❤️

    Jade is by far the best, sweetest, and most patient nail tech I have come across. She really took her time to listen to my concerns, what I wanted and needed, and explained everything. She was gentle when needed especially since I came in with very thin and weak nails that I messed up, so she introduced me to polygel and will worl with me to get my nail health back. She was also THE best pedicures I have ever had. She touched my toes right away and knew I had in growns and dead skin that cause my skim to become hard. Her pedicure was do gentle and I even had an infected in grown that she took her time on and told me to come back in two weeks to check on it. I would recommend Jade 10/10. Also the vibe at the salon was awesome. Kind staff. Music. Beverages. And movies. This was the first time I went home with what I asked for and since I have been home I have not touched a nail filer to my nails to reshape or shorten because Jade gave me exactly what I wanted. Thank you Jade, youre amazing!!

    I 10/10 recommend this place to everyone when they ask where I get my nails done. I got a French tip by Lee and he did such an amazing job. Everyone in this place is so friendly, they make you feel comfortable. I used to go to other nail places and none of them did the job right but this one. All my friends and I always come to this place because of how good of a job they do. And no matter how much time you wait or how long they take its so worth it!

They didnt offer any premium services, which I would have purchased. I just got a basic pedicure when I was looking for something a bit more special. When they say they have every color, every type of glitter, stamps, you name it. What you need, they have it. I’ve recently returned to this salon after finding out there was new ownership.
