I was a walk in on Sunday morning at 11 am just as they opened. There were already several other women waiting. I was greeted by Lee and told it would be a short wait. I was there for about 15 minutes and I was seated. Honestly, I thought I was going to wait so much longer. Unfortunately, I dont know the young ladys name who did my nails but she did a great job. I was short on time but my visit was quick, the price was right and overall I had a great experience. I will be returning this week to have my overdue pedicure done.

Sooo happy! i usually go to a different salon across the street where it’s a little more expensive…but i will be coming here from now on! i think my nail tech’s name was leelee? she was suuuper fast and had great attention to detail. i also always ask for skinny coffin shape and she’s the first person in a longgg time that has finally shaped my nails the way i asked. THANK YOU!

I’ve been coming to Eden Nails for 3 months now and I actually like it. I have natural long nails and I like to dip powder to keep them strong and healthy. I libre the product they use because it last long. I usually wait 3-4 weeks to re-do the nails and they are intact until then. The place is a little old school, but i rather pay for nails that will last long enough than pay for a fancy place and job that’s only gonna last 1-2 weeks.

This nail salon is a hidden gem. My friend and I had appointments today for pedicures. This is truly a wonderful place! It was very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful, despite the many customers coming and going. They somehow manage to maintain an ambiance of complete calm. The staff focuses on what they were doing. They are not chatting with one another or on their phones as I have experienced in other nail salons. The technicians were professional, detail oriented, very kind, provided precision care, and practiced sanitary technique. Customer service was also excellent. We shall return!

Laila is awesome. She’s been doing my nails for almost two years I cannot complain. I typically only get my nails done about once a month and because she takes her time doing them to perfection they last that long. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I come here every two weeks. My nails always look beautiful and I get lots of compliments. Tracy remembers me and knows what kind of look I like. The work is also very good, Ive never broken a nail and jewels stay in place for two weeks even though I work. The one time I had a nail crack, she fixed it for free. I wont go anywhere else.

I go here only for Vanessa. Her services are always worth my time. I had a one time bad experience where I needed to fix a nail after it broke a couple days after me getting it done and also needed a eyebrow wax. Due to me not having a appointment and Vanessa being busy, Lee assigned a older lady to repair the nail and wax my eyebrows. Let me tell you...she messed up my one nail and eyebrows. After that I said never again will I come without making a appointment with someone who I know will get the job done right. In my opinion, if they are aware she doesnt do good work, she need to be stuck doing something else. I had to wait for my eyebrows to grow back after that experience because, she did not shape them while waxing. I already barely have eyebrows as it is. The good thing is I wasnt charged for my nail repair but I shouldnt have paid for my so called eyebrow wax either lol. Thing is, I didnt realize how bad they were until I left.

These past few months Ive been going to hannah who makes me feel like Im walking on air after a pedicure and does my nails to perfection! She does take her time with your nails and she is very gentle so if youre in a rush remember Rome was not built in a day! I refer everyone I know to this place!

I had a great experience here tonight. I arrived an hour before closing and wasnt sure if theyd have enough time to squeeze me in and I was told if you have time, well make time for you. I was very impressed with the customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond. My manicure and pedicure were great and everyone was very friendly. Ill be going back!

The service was great and prices reasonable but it took a little too long. It took an hour and 15 minutes for a regular pedicure and I even ended up having to ask my technician to wrap it up. I think a pedicure should be about 45 minutes or an hour at the very most.

I came to this establishment after walking out of my previous nail salon, MD Nails on Golenrod. I had been left soaking in acetone for 45 minutes when my nail tech of 2+ years, left me for a new customer(I had an appointment and even broght them a dozen Dunkin Doghnuts!). I walked into Eden desperate and they took me right away. I was very impressed with Kathy. She did a fabulous job on my stilleto nails! Friendly staff. I found an even better nail salon! The location is convenient and the techs are polite. I was greeted at the door and they saw me quickly. My tech was also polite and professional. Regrettably, the nails are not so nice.Update. I sat in my car debating if I could stand two weeks with my nails as they were. I decided to go back in and ask for a removal. I didn’t request a refund, because they took time on them but I wanted the nails off. Tracy offered to fix them and she truly did. She did some reshaping and I chose a different color.At first I was really upset about the amount of money I paid and what my nails looked like but they made it right. I would return here again and I would try and see Tracy specifically.
