Paris did my nails and toes today and yall…. She is pure talent! She down phenomenal designs, what I got was pretty! She does character designs and the options are endless! My nails are shaped to the gods and I’m beyond pleased with them! I highly highly recommend!!!!

Since i started coming here, ive gotten endless of compliments on my nails at work. my nail tech Paris is great, the designs she does are beautiful, there’s never any lifting on my acrylics and the nail polish doesn’t chip off easily like other places, i will say the prices aren’t super cheap here but it’s soo worth it in my opinion :) (the designs below are the ones ive gotten done by her)

I was out running errands & just decided to come here to get my nails & toes done & I do not regret it! This is such a nice salon. Looks wise & service wise! I didn’t have to wait too long to be serviced (on a Saturday afternoon at that) & was greeted with complimentary water & chardonnay! My husband & baby were with me & the staff were even attentive to them making sure they were comfortable as well. Elly is the tech I had & she was absolutely amazing. She was so personable & we had some amazing conversations. On top of that, she did my pedicure & manicure so well & was very good with keeping me updated throughout the process on what she was doing & why. I was sooo nervous to come back to a nail salon after going to a private nail tech for so long but this experience & Elly made it so worthwhile! Love it here & I’ll definitely be back!

Nice nail spa. The owners greeted me at the front and saw to it that I had service within minutes. The pedicure area is very relaxing and visually appealing. The nail tech. did a great job and was very kind. The area where they do the nails could be made more comfortable and kept cleaner. They still had the clear barriers from Covid, but they look dirty. Overall, its a nice salon, and Ill most likely be back.

Had a great experience with Vanessa today. First time here and I got dip for my nails and a gel pedicure. She helped me get exactly what I wanted and she made it very nice. The massage chairs are heavenly as well. I was offered beverages too. I will be coming back as this place was very fast accommodating you without an appointment and was just a great experience overall.

Sonny is the BEST! After trying a few other nail salons, Maxim is my go to for a little pampering. Theyre professional, safe, and clean. They wear mask and have shields at every station. Huge color selections and they have done an awesome job with every design I through at them. Ive done holiday designs from marble easter eggs, shamrocks, and more. Vivian does my nails perfect every time! Ive had a few other nail technicians who have done great job too. I love this place and you will too!

Mary was phenomenal. I had a gel deluxe pedicure and dip powder with tips on my nails. For both the manicure and pedicure services, she paid attention to detail and helped me with a minor ingrown toenail. If you have any issues with overgrown toenails, see Mary! She also took the time on each nail to get the shape and length. I was impressed with her attention to detail on both my hands and feet. I’m pleased with my service as it is what I asked for, which was a simple, natural look.

LOVED the service I received at this salon! They had the exact gel shade for my toes to match my dip nails and that was cool. The lady who gave me the pedicure made my day so special and took so much time to make my feet nice. Definitely the best pedicure I’ve had to date. My dip nails look like they are solidly on my fingers, and I’m really hoping they last if I take good care of them. My only complaint is that the shape of the nails could have been a little better, but honestly that’s probably on me since I didn’t request a shape at all 🤷‍♀️They were extremely accommodating and even let me add a pedicure in last minute side by side with my friend. They went to lengths to keep us together and I really appreciate that. They offered me a variety of drinks a couple of times, and I thought that was lovely.I didn’t catch the ladies names that helped me, and I’d love to give them a shout out on what a wonderful job they did. If management has record so that I can mention them I’d definitely like to do so 🙏

My mom and I came here two years ago out of a whim, and we had such an amazing experience we have never gone anywhere else. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful, the people are so nice and sweet. My mother gets a gentleman name Sonny and I have have a lady by the name of Linda. They both are amazing and make sure you always leave happy. Such a great place can’t talk more highly of the place.

Had a nice experience; I got the maxim pedicure with hot stones. Everything was great except I had to tell the nail lady to make the water cooler, towels cooler, and stones cooler. Other than that, everything turned out nice, I got French and it doesn’t look bad. I’d probably come back here again the next time I’m in Florida.

I absolutely love this place! Every time I go I ask for Kenny. He is so detailed, always checks in and makes sure I am comfortable, always asking if I need a drink, does an outstanding service every time. I am never disappointed by him! Everyone needs Kenny for a nail tech. Amazing work. The environment is so clean and quiet, the lights are a bit dim, never too hot or too cold. Very welcoming. Their pricing is beyond reasonable. I love Maximum Nails Day Spa!

I LOVE MS. LILY. She is the sweetest lady, always smiling and making sure I’m comfortable. She’s also very accommodating to my needs and wants (These are my natural nails and shes very good about helping me take care of them. I ask for them a little bit thicker as I do work with my hands so I need them to be durable. So far they have not peeled or broken). Im new to the state and it’s been hard finding my beauty stuff. However, after going to a couple different places I’m so blessed to have found her! In fact, I’m moving to my new apt soon, about 35 min away from her, but trust me I will be back to see her every week!!! She does my toes with the most amazing foot massages and my hands. Her Ombre nail designs are beautiful and she works very fast. I usually do my feet with 20-30 min massages, dip powder nails, and eyebrows and I’m usually out within 2 hours which is perfect for my busy lifestyle. In conclusion, I love Ms.Lily and if she is ever employed elsewhere, she will definitely take my business with her.

I don’t know what is the average price in Orlando because I don’t live in this area…so I’m not going to comment on the prices or value. I will base this review on the customer service, quality of the service, and the spa itself. The receptionist was very friendly and was courteous when showing me the colors, he was very accommodating when I explained what kind of color I wanted. He even offered me a drink once I sat down for my pedicure. The nail technicians were very professional and efficient. The spa was clean and the equipment was pretty upscale. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in town mainly for their customer service.

Amazing nail artist. She did an awesome job and we had a good conversation… but the owner was there and he was rude to his employees. There were snacks on the chair that they were restocking with and he threw the snacks off the chair because they were in his way. Just the way that he talked to his employees and the way he was interacting with other customers should be allowed. He was very rude to everyone. The nice I was ready to check out, he was doing something and got mad when the nail tech told him I was standing there… so he got up, rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed like it was my fault.

Mary provided me with a nice deluxe spa manicure and pedicure this morning. Very kind woman and professional. Ive visited this salon several times over the last 10 years. I did notice on this visit it wasnt as clean at the nail stations for manicure and hand services as Ive observed in the past. Saw a layer of dust on the tables, not sure if it was debris from nail tools as nails are buffed, trimmed down, filed, etc. Also noticed the fan to dry my nails had alot of dust/debris in it. It looked like a good, deep cleaning of the manicure stations is needed, from my observation. Again, Mary did a wonderful job.

Great experience! Friendly, professional, the best acrylic gel manicure I’ve had in a very long time! My only question is about the price. On the menu a fill with Gel is listed at $40, but at check out I was told $50. This has been happening often at multiple nail salons. They tell me the reason for the difference in price is bc of services like shaping of the nails. Isn’t that part of the service?? Maybe in the future I’m just going say no shaping please. Lol

Been looking for a good nail salon and I think I found it !!!! I’m a very picky person when it’s comes to my nails and I was impressed. The place was nice to look at and they played really good music . The staff was very polite and professional and also friendly. It was very clean and sanitary from what I saw. I went to a lady named Vivian and she did both my pedicure and full set and she did great . She made sure I didn’t leave there unhappy. I had a lot of “demands” with my nails but she made sure everything was done . I also showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did it with confidence. Jenny did my son’s manicure and my spouse’s pedicure and she did great on both !!!

Great atmosphere and clean. Lots of decor and it doesnt feel empty when you enter. I was acknowledged when I enter the establishment and greeted by my nail tech in less than 2 mins. Definitely a popular place due to how busy it got around 1pm but there were enough staff to care for everyone. I believe the manager also took care of me when I was paying. Ill definitely be back and recommend for others.

My technician was Sunny who was exceptional and worked very efficiently as well as being friendly. The only bad thing I can say is the quality of the nail polish was old and he thin it out but I believe it should have been replaced way before. This was not Sunny’s responsibility but the manager to over see the products quality not just to sit and greet people.

I absolutely love the place! My first time there and I was attended right away with smile and kindness. The salon is beautiful inside and very clean. I had a lash appointment this morning and it was by far one of the best experience I have had yet getting my lashes done. It was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever done the music and ambiance was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will definitely be back very soon. Jenny did an excellent job in my nails, she was very gentle, friendly, professional and overall amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They did take your temperature before entering the building which means they are definitely being safe with COVID guidelines and that’s a plus! Jenny also did my eyebrows and she definitely aimed to please, I am very pleased with how my eyebrows turned out. The whole atmosphere of the building is relaxing and spacious, and clean. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. I am most definitely returning and would recommend this salon to anyone.

The place is beautiful and well lite with nice ambient. Oanh helps me today with a hot stone massage pedicure. I loved it very much the way she massaged and care for my feet/toes. Overall, it was a pleasant/relax visit and will comeback again.

Went in today last minute right before heading out to the airport and I was greeted by Sonny. He did an amazing job on my feet and when I tell you they were bad they were bad. I work too darn much. I need to start taking care of my feet more lol! He was so courteous and kind. We had a great conversation and my toes/feet look brand new! I will definitely go back and have him do my pedicures. I walked into the salon 30 min until closing time. They gladly took me in to do a manicure. My tech took her time even though it was close to closing time! She did an awesome job and give me a beautiful design! It has taken me over 3 years to find a good nail salon in orlando and I think I have found my go to spot! I will definitely be back!!!

The largest assortment of colors I’ve seen at a nail salon! Regular polish, dip, gel! Linda is always so great and so pleasant! My pedicure , gel polish and eyebrow wax always exceed my expectations! I came in as a walk in, let me just say how professional and clean this salon was. They were willing to stay later to do my toes after but I refused the amazing offer. I got my nails done with Jenny Chan! She’s a beast! Super fast! And effective with a keen eye to attention.. super nice and funny! The salon really takes serious their COVID guidelines and everyone is constantly cleaning and wearing masks. I’d come here again in a heart beat! Also, prices are pretty good for the area. Love this place. The aesthetic and the service is great. Had my set done almost 2 weeks ago, and they’re holding up great! Got lots of compliments on my nails after my first visit. Thomas is definitely my go-to guy to get my nails done. Definitely takes his time to get to know his clients. Hellen is also very pleasant and sweet. Really gentle with the pedicures. Very friendly staff and overall pleasant experience! Highly recommend ♥️

My husband and I made it in on a Monday morning. It is a nice, clean place with kind people. We each had a pedicure and picked different options. He enjoyed the Hot Stone Spa Pedicure and I enjoyed the Saigon Spa Pedicure. A nice little treat for ourselves before returning to our kids!

On a whim, I went to this nail spa for a pedicure and manicure. I was randomly paired with Anyel. If you are searching for a tech who listens to you, follows through and cares about the details- then look no further.I specifically asked her to really work on the foot callus and leave the remover on so that it was effective. She diligently worked on the areas and left my feet so soft. The massage was perfect with sufficient pressure.As for the manicure, I like to have the excess cuticles removed. She delivered and took her time and made sure I was happy before she painted the nails. Its been awhile since I have completely enjoyed a mani/ pedi. Thank to Anyel s service, I walked out 100% satisfied.Thanks to Anyel, I will return.

Overall the service is very good and I like using this place but honestly it depends on who you get. When I go to get a pedicure I want to relax so generally I put my headphones on and listen to music but there is one tech that does not get the hint and incessantly talks. Not only that but rudely asks how much you are going to tip.

Update: The salon owner called me directly to apologize and explain. I appreciate his ownership of the misunderstanding.Not a good experience for kids with sensory issues.Have been patronizing this salon for several years. Took my tween with me tonight who just wanted to soak her feet and have polish applied to her toes (while I got a gel pedi). They have done this for me and both of my daughters many times before but charged me minimally.Tonight the hostess informs me it will be $12 for the polish and $15 for soaking.....a full pedicure is $30. Due to sensory reasons, she doesn’t want cutting, filing, exfoliating, massage, etc. I let the hostess know it’s not reasonable pricing and I would NOT be back if that’s the charge. Hostess called her manager and would discount soaking to $10...proceeded to try and charge me $15 at checkout anyway.Sorry, won’t support a business that doesn’t value my business enough to be reasonable:(

My sister in law recommend this place so i drove about 30 minutes & went in for the saigon pedicure. Hannah took care of me, she was absolutely amazing and did a phenomenal job from start to finish and will definitely be my permament pedicurist! The owner front desk guy was great as well! We went on a Saturday so it was fairly busy, but we got in quickly with our appointment. The staff were kind and did a beautiful job!! Definitely would go again. One thing that warranted less stars was the guy at the front who seemed to be the owner was openly rude to the customers and noticeably disrespectful to the staff, the staff are very hard working so would really value them being treated better.

Vincent did my nails. I felt I needed a full set as some of them were lifting. He soaked them off rather than forcing them off like most salons. He was gentle (most men are not). He gave me a bottle of water and engaged me in conversation. The cost was a bit higher than my previous salon, however it is all about quality. I am happy with the result and will return.

Came here for a facial and SNS. The facial was wonderful, the woman that did it was great, and communicated well with me, made me feel comfortable. I got a French manicure SNS, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was older woman and had good personality, and made me laugh, she was funny. She did a wonderful job on my nails, they look beautiful. Good attention to detail. I appreciate they’re cognizance for safety for all patrons. Very professional from the moment I walked in. I have been to this location before a few times before the pandemic, this was my first visit since. It was my fiancé and I, we got the hot stone pedicure and it was the perfect experience. It was my fiancé’s first pedicure ever and I think I got him hooked starting him off the right way. Would definitely recommend this service, it was my first time receiving this specific pedicure there and I was relaxing and refreshing from start to finish.

My husband and I went to get a pedicure and relax from having a stressful day. We stay 40mins away but we wanted good service and that what we got. We allowed our techs pick the type of pedicure we needed and we got hot towel, hot stone and hot wax with an amazing massage and pedicure along with a glass of wine and a great atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back oh and our feet look and feels like a babies bottom. And there wasn’t a language barrier. I felt bad leaving only a $20 tip for each tech but that’s how pleased we were with the service.

I have been going to Maxim Nails for over 10 years. I like it because of it’s relaxing atmosphere and privacy. The pedicures chairs are in the next room with fountains and subdued lighting. It not all in the front like most nail places. They offer all the nail services and permanent make up. I recommend it to all my friends. Helen, Vivian and LeeLee are all excellent nail technicians. Top notch from the moment I walked in! Got a walk-in pedicure and as soon as I sat down was offered a beverage. There were just enough options for feet care so as not to be overwhelmed and the glitter pages were a nice touch!Sat back and relaxed to the sound of the trickling fountain and almost dozed off once. My feet were so refreshed and the paint job was on point. Highly recommend!

I thought this place was very nice loved the massage chairs and love that they offered wine, champagne, soda ,water ,coffee and tea. My gel nails came out perfect and my pedicure was nice but I give my guy a 4 star. He rushed through my pedi and barely scrubbed. I will try another person next time.
