    I had an amazing time here. Takisha my massage therapist knew the right pressure during my service. I have bad back pain, she was not intense and gave me a massage leaving me impressed. I also had an express facial, I loved that the bed was warm. overall very good experience and service.

    Its very good for the price but it doesnt say that it doesnt include the park that appears in the video. You have to pay $25 per person. I really dont know if there is a different price that includes it. I arrived thinking that the price I had included it.

    5 stars! Highly recommend. I got a back massage by Takisha it was amazing. I left so relaxed and refreshed. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff were all so friendly and really nice and clean facilities! Definitely will be back

    Had a Couples Message with Takeisha & Lissette at Serenity Spa by Westgate. We were pleasantly impressed by both of them! Very professional and attentive! They both knew which problem areas on our bodies to concentrate on!We also got the Back Scrub Service as well! I highly recommend that service too!We would definitely recommend both ladies! Serenity Spa was reasonably priced for what we received! Thank You!

    Had a 1 hour Swedish massage following next with a 55 minute facial. Felt total relaxation and pampered. Loved it!

    This facility was incredibly clean and calming. We took our daughter to get a pedicure and they were great with her. My husband even got colors!!

    Excellent experience - we have had two couples massages here and both times the therapists have been professional and attentive. Had gel manicure and technician was a joy. Full access to sauna, steam room and jacuzzi as a spa guest.

    The best facial I have ever had in my life. Marlene did an amazing job; She used amazing products that did not irritate my skin at all. Her hands are the best! Loved the conversation with her. Sweet lady! The staff is super friendly and welcoming.The location is great and they have a free parking garage.

    Best birthday massage I have EVER had!! Takeisha is not an ordinary masseuse…she’s a magician!! She literally made my woes disappear with every touch!! My birthday twin had the pleasure of having her 1st massage with Pam and the same rave review goes for her also!! If you’re going for a couples (or any duo) massage, these 2 are thee royal pair!! I’ll certainly be back again and again. The staff in total were all super friendly and very professional (Ashley is a sweetheart)

    Totally worth splurging a bit, after the body scrub, aromatic oils, Pamelas magic hands and Lins soothing facial I left feeling so relaxed. To top it off, they gave me an amazing smelling bath product for coming on my birthday. Will definitely visit again in the future...

    This place is beautiful there is plenty to do for both children and adults. I injured my ankle while on my getaway and they were all very accommodating and concerned. They kept checking on me and making sure I was doing well. I have been here many times and its pleasant every time. Very affordable as well.

    Lin Lou is awesome! She made my wife, myself & daughter feel very special! I had a great experience with the staff and therapy! Highly recommend Lin Lou for manicures and Pamela for massage therapy! We will return for more relaxation soon!Thank you for the professional therapy!

    Came with my girlfriends for a spa day after the half marathon. It was a little difficult to find, but we enjoyed the amenities. The massage therapist were awesome and they did not overbook allowing us to enjoy the spa, sauna and steam room with just our small group.

    Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I got a body scrub from Lin and a massage and facial from Liz. Both women were very sweet and helpful, as it was my first time going to a spa. Liz gave me great skincare advice, and recommended a BioFreeze product that has done wonders for my back pain. I would definitely go back the next time Im in Orlando!

    Beautiful facility, friendly staff, great price and high quality service. Kelly was indeed one of best massage therapist I can say as I am an RMTs as well. Will be referring my family and friends there. Highly recommended!

    Definitely a five star place. Very relaxing and very friendly staff. My husband and I did the couple massage for 25 min. Def not long enough so we are booking another one tomorrow for a 50 min one. We will def be back over and over again.

    This is the ultimate facial and massage spa!! Ask for Suki. She is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Everyone here are very very friendly and covid conscious. I will definitely return here when I return to Orlando.

    I always love my time spent at Serenity Spa!!! I usually see Alicia for my deep tissue/pain focused massage but got to see Pam this time too! She is the BEST for lower back pain and leg trouble. Alicia is absolutely phenomenal for shoulder and neck pain. Lin does super relaxing facials and mani/pedi’s. And as always Sharon is the most accommodating and helpful manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. All in all, still one of my favorite places to visit!!

    Dont advertise a male masseuse when you never have one .. other than that awesome.. but would be nice to have a male once in a while..But i love the team and will go again and again... would be nice to get a discount tho for repeat business for Florida residents..

    I have been on many vacations but this by far was the best to date... I wasnt ready to leave WestGate Lakes in Orlando.. My family thoroughly enjoyed. Everything you need is on the property. The best 7 days ever... Clean and nice, bed was comfortable, the Villa style is how Im riding every year from now on... One day I will own a time share...♥️♥️♥️
