    **edit - They did a wonderful job getting me back in and fixing my nails a couple days later.Kim did an amazing job and I am really happy, thanks Super Nails!I’m not one to write bad reviews but, i went in to this place hearing great things but unfortunately that was not my experience. I told her if I had time I would do my toes. My nail set was rushed and looked like it had already been grown out 2 weeks, and the gel on my big toe so thick. Went back and my big toe is still the same and one of my nails is lifting already. I also left with 3 cuts into my cuticles, one that still hurts on my foot very bad. This work was done by Samantha. I will be asking for a refund tomorrow.

    Consistently professional service. I have been using this salon for manicures and pedicures for a few years. I am seated immediately when I have an appointment and only a short wait when I’ve been a walk-in. I usually see Tram for my services but I’ve seen different technicians and always received top notch services. Today is a luxurious gel cat eye.

    McKasie is my favorite! She wasn’t there today and I had my fill and reshape done by a new employee named De, he did amazing! My two favorite by far. Great job! :)

    This was a last minute decision and it was great service! All the ladies were super sweet and very interactive with us. Price for service is great. Very clean & neat. All the chairs were working great. I definitely recommend this place. (I already recommended it to my sister) I got a pedicure for $45. (I had the CBD package deal & very much worth it) My niece got a pedicure & a manicure for $47.

    I was in yesterday and was so glad i got in. I had gotten my first sns nails at another salon and hated them, but with a broken nail gel wasnt strong enough. Jenni has completely restored my faith in this type of nail. In fact these are EXACTLY what I have been asking nail techs for every time. The shape is spot on and they are not clunky and chunky like mt last pair. I was having a rough day and I am sooooooo glad I stopped by. Already marked in my phone in a couple of weeks and I think I have found my new place. Thank you Jenni for taking such good care of my nails.

    I was in here almost every two to three weeks because my wife got her nails done and pedicures. Even I enjoyed the services a few times. Tracy is a dream, she is precise yet quick. The pricing is comparable to other salons but their work is good and the staff is very friendly. Its also close to all the stores in the Waterford Lakes Mall.

    Twee, my daughters nail lady, was very considerate and detailed! She made sure she got the design as accurate as she can :)) her nails turned out really cute and she is very happy with them! I definitely recommend going to her!!! :))

    Honestly not sure why this place isn’t rated higher! Ivy did my nails, she was able to take me last minute. She did dip powder with extensions and was so nice, even though I was so indecisive on what shape I wanted. They came out so great! While I was there I decided to also get a pedicure, which was done by Samantha. She was also amazing! My toes have never looked better. I will definitely be coming back here :)

    I was recommended this place by a friend who recently got her nails done there. They looked amazing so I knew I had to go. I called the day of and made an appointment for the afternoon. The lady at the front desk was super nice and they started my manicure right now. The lady was super gently and nice. My nails came out amazing and I am definitely coming back. I received a gel manicure with acrylic and the total came out to $41 plus tips which is a very good price.

    I got pink chrome nails done by Twee today, they look amazing!! I definitely recommend going to her to get your nails done!

    I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated immediately for a pedicure with gel polish. $45 seemed like a fair price for the service.

    I love this nail salon. I always go to table 08. She’s so sweet! She always does a wonderful job making sure they’re all even and the same shape. A full set has lasted me 3 weeks (since my last fill) and not a crack or lost nail yet!! And the prices are not bad at all!Ok so I posted this about 3 moths ago. I haven’t returned. I was so loyal to my tech and I gave her 3 chances. I was rushed so bad the last service I received was my last! Not to mention I made an appointment but the customer before me was late to hers so I had wait about 45 mins after my scheduled time😡 My polish had still not set after about 20 mins under the dryer. Come to find out she knew it wouldn’t because it wasn’t gel. I didn’t know I was told to pick a color. Then after having to sit back down for a different person to take it off because she was just “too busy” I was told when you have ombré why you not wear this? 1st of their my nails, it shouldn’t matter what’s under the polish. That’s not what I asked for and it coming out of MY POCKET!!!! I was even more upset at the fact that she didn’t use the same color ombré to fill my nails so could see a fill line that looked absolutely horrible. I had to soak my nails off about 3 days later because the corners broke due the acrylic being so thin, even tho I asked was that ok and she said yes. So there was money down the drain. My grandmother tried to give them another chance and went back to see Anne, her service was also rushed that day. She asked me soak her nails off and on almost every finger was a nail fungus. I bought everything I need to do our nails and we saved so much money and hassle. Just sad that you can be so loyal to people and your still viewed as a dollar sign. No longer will they get my money. Ever since Trina left the place has declined in customer care

    This is the only place I trust for waxing my eyebrows and a clean and awesome pedicure. I have been coming for about a year now. I never make an appointment, but the ladies are always greeting and seating me immediately. They also understand when I am in a rush to get my eyebrows done. It only takes 5 minutes and all the prices are very reasonable. Try them! You wont regret it.

    Ive been a customer for a few months and have 0 complaints. I love my tech Tracy, always accommodating, my gel nail polish always last past 2 weeks without chipping. I could only say, Im a happy customer.

    The lady that took care of me did a great job with my nails and my eyebrows. I did a Gel polish in a deep red color and it lasted more than a month with no chips or peeling and my eyebrows were on point. The shape is perfect.

    Went in to have my gf pampered for her babymoon celebration, ended up getting a pedicure myself and thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair and kneading hands of the staff. Although I could care less above how my feet look, she did a great job cleaning up my ugly feet, removing dead skin, and relaxing my feet n legs for the duration of the service. Decent prices too and everybody was very friendly. Thanks for taking care of us!Best,~S

    Came in today for the first time— amazing job!! Ask for Jenny, she is the sweetest and most gentle tech I’ve ever had. Had me in and out in less than 45min. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

    Tracey was so great my nails are really neat. My natural nails weren’t all the same length because her acrylic over lay was perfect and very neat. Me being new to Orlando I love her work. 😍

    If I was less human I could rate this place lower but what I did see was when they made a mistake, they went above the top to fix it. The first visit was my fault. I didnt know there were differences in pedicures. Tonight was my second time going. I had a new girl. And the issue wasnt her fault, but that the top coat for gel didnt dry right. Ive had this happen at another location and in no way was it the techs fault. What they did do was guide her and help her and s few jumped in to help redo the top coat. Then for my pedi, Mai and Phuong helped her. It was so nice of them to stay and help cuz she looked tired. What I do see at this place is great teamwork. I see them willing to fix things and even though there is somewhat of a language barrier which is common anywhere in Orlando, they try to make small conversation and make you feel comfortable. After going two times, I will go back.

    I love this place. I always ask for Ivy. She really takes her time and does a great job. Best manicure Ive gotten in Orlando. The times that she hasnt been available, I still have had a great experience.

    I disagree with some of the other posts. Ive never been rushed and i receive great treatment. If u want to get ur nails done right- ask for Sandy- shes the best!

    Mal is great! My gel manicure lasts a whole month without lifting or peeling. She works very clean and fast. Highly recommend!

    I went there once and it was excellent! i plan on going there more often, they did a great job on my mani/pedi, i went with my cousin and grandmother, my cousin messed her toe up and they fixed it right up and my grandmothers eyebrows were nice and clean looking, there was no rush, and the people were very nice
