Amazing Experience Every Time!I’ve been coming to Susan’s Nail Salon for quite some time now, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else! From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and they always make sure I’m comfortable throughout my entire visit.The nail technicians are true artists – they take the time to understand exactly what I want and always deliver flawless results. Whether I’m getting a classic manicure or trying something more intricate, I know I’m in great hands. I came here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I was Services by Carlos who had a keen attention to detail and precision. Plus on Mondays they have 10% off a full service. Tony will welcome you and explain all the options clearly. Definitely recommend this beautiful salon. :)

I was very impressed coming here. In the past I have had such terrible experiences that it made me not want to get my nails done. I decided I was going to go get a pedicure for my birthday and when I saw the reviews I decided to give it a try. Wow what a surprise they were so kind and welcoming and got me in right away. They didn’t file my nails down to nothing which is something I have experienced in the past. Orange is my favorite scent and that was the pedicure I picked. I wasn’t expected to have a real orange. But I LOVED it. Thank you for such a great experience I can’t believe I’m back to being excited again about going and getting a pedicure Thank you. I will most certainly be back

It was my first time visiting this place yesterday and I highly recommend it. I hadnt done my nails in over a year and a half due to school policy but since I am graduating next week, I wanted to celebrate with a set. I had my pedicure done by Mimi, she was very sweet and took her time to massage my feet and legs. My manicure was done by Messi and it turned out absolutely beautiful 😍. He really took the time to listen to my requests and was very adaptable when I changed my mind about base colors or wanting anything adjusted. Because of these two, I will return. Excellent service and quality.

Every time I go it gets better, they sent me away with a lovely cuticle oil after my last appointment. I’ll be back for more per usual! I’m here twice monthly and everyone who’s done my nails has been lovely. I love the bone ivory gel color. A steal on costs. Great service all around.

🌟 THIS PLACE 🌟I can’t speak enough good about Susan Nail Spa. Susan and Tony have always done a wonderful job on my nails. They always last and never lift. My last set just lasted a whole month. In addition to that, they go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. On more than one instance they have reached out to me and accommodated to my schedule or if I needed something fixed. This is a fantastic salon ran by amazing people!

I have never been happier or this satisfied with a nail salon until today!! And I get nail extension, filling every 3 weeks or atleast 3-4 times in 6 months. I am not an easy client, have lots of requirements and particulars. And these people were able to make me 100% happy. Got an Aloe pedicure that was amazing! I’ve never had a salon that had this type of pedicure, a real aloe plant was rubbed all over my legs! my nail tech is named Bella she’s very good at massaging, and giving people a relaxing time! everything at this salon is clean. If you’re trying to come for a relaxing time please stop by this salon! Everyone is great. Tony and Susan is very sweet!

Fantastic and masterful service all around. Super friendly, very professional, incredibly talented, and very efficient. Mimi gave me a fantastic pedicure—best Ive ever had. She was very sweet, attentive, and excellent at what she does. She was very careful with my skin and did a great paint job. Tony did my nails and eyebrows. My nails came out looking super clean and he did them so fast! I looked like a whole new person after he did my eyebrows, too. The prices are more than fair. I will definitely be back for more services!

I had such a great experience. Right when you walked in you’re greeted. They help get situated and offer you a drink of your choice. My nail tech Eric was really good! He was thorough and did not rush the process. I got the Aloe Vera special, and it was so worth it! I’d really enjoyed chatting with the other nail techs, it was really a nice experience. I will be a regular here.

The very soft handsskilled to deal with ingrown nails Ms.V, worked on my nails way better than a doctor.The massage on the calves and feet took away the swollen, and veins were so relieved. My feet looked like new. My daughter had her eyelashes done perfectly as well as her eye brows. She looks divine. She doesnt need makeup.!

My powder dip nails came out beautifully nice and thin and smooth.i have no complaints for my first visit.We have been looking for a nail place in Orlando that we feel comfortable with and does a great job without nickel and diming, or should I say 5 dollaring you, for every little thing done on your nails that should be included.This is a great salon with reasonable prices without sacrificing quality work.My daughter had Susan and she was great too. Shape and design was exactly how my daughter wanted.Although we are not near this salon I would make the 30 min drive to have our services done here.

This was my 1st visit back to Susan Nails in Whisper Lakes since 2018 now that its under new management. Emily was my nail tech on a Thursday. I had the Basic Spa Pedicure (includes foot soaking, toenails shaping/filing, cuticle removal, softening of calluses, scrub, lotion and foot massage) for $32. I wanted gel color, so that was an additional $13.So $45 total (excluding the tip) was very reasonable based on what nail salons are currently charging elsewhere. Emily took great care with my feet. One of my big toes has a slight ingrown nail issue and she kept checking on me to see if I was having any pain.Emilys technique was pain free and her leg/foot massage was just right. Im definitely planning on returning to Susan Nails in Whisper Lakes more often. There were 3 other customers getting pedicures during the hour I was there, and all of them seemed to enjoy the experience as well.

Very nice nail salon! They use very high quality products here. The shop doesn’t smell like chemical at all. They can do almost everything here, from acrylic, dip, to builder gel, etc. The shop is very clean with comfortable chairs.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area or is visiting. Technicians all seem very friendly and you can tell they care about the work they are doing. I made an appointment, but I saw they also take walk-ins if they accommodate them. I highly recommend upgrading to the Deluxe Pedicure, its worth it and for $7 more than the basic pedicure, you wont be disappointed. I am new to the area but have visited 3 other area salons and this one was hands down the best experience. Dont let the plain decor of the salon fool you, they perform great work and I would choose here over the fancier salons any day because of the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the great customer service.

What I liked most that the salon was well staffed and busy, which tells me that they have loyal customers that keep coming back. it was all worth it and I will for sure be returning there.
