Ive been receiving massages from April for about 5 years. She is a gifted practitioner who truly cares for her clients. What always amazes me is that every massage is different. She is able to know exactly what my body needs at the time of the massage. Ive also received services from two other practitioners at Exhale Wellness. Caitlynn/Skin by the Sea: Her back facial is the best! Its amazing how healing and calming it is! Also, Trish/The Physics of Health: Her evaluation and recommendations are priceless. I was so thankful to have a practitioner evaluate all my supplements, as part of her evaluation, and make a plan for the future. Exhale Wellness is my place to go for continued wellness, growth and healing.

Sarah is amazing! She has a gift for understanding the structures of the body. Her background in reflexology and stretching is also an added benefit! I highly recommend her!

I have had 2 amazing massages at exhale wellness center. April is very thorough and knowledgable. Not only do I leave there feeling relaxed , she advises of things I can do during my every day life to make me feel better. A one stop wellness center. Beautiful, clean and calming decor. Professional highly skilled therapists offering everything from nutrition, massage, electrolysis, colonics, acupuncture, homeopathics, etc. This is my go to place.
