I am absolutely IN LOVE with my hair. I recently did a big chop by myself and it was super uneven. I came in so Brandon could fix it for me and he really outdid himself. He was so gentle and he has my curls POPPING!!! Absolutely will be back for my maintenance cuts moving forward ❤️

For my 26th birthday all I wanted to do was have my hair and rollers which I haven’t had since I was in kindergarten. at the very last minute I booked with the salon the receptionist was very professional, and very kind over the phone. She even booked me with the owner, which I felt very relieved of.Coming in stepped through the doors about maybe eight minutes before my appointment I did not get seated into the chair until about 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I was informed that they were swamped with other appointments which I understand I was not in a rush.Karen, the owner was very informative and even asked me if I was all allergic to anything considering that I believe they use natural products. She wanted to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible asking me if she was a little too rough on me and I told her no. I did bring some of my own hairspray, clips and hair rollers, so that way I’m able to take them home. ( if you were bringing anything to let them know when you’re booking your appointment so they are aware).I think the next time that I book, I will be sure to inform my stylist to use a lesser temperature on heat because I was really worried about adding too much heat to my hair. Not sure if that’s because of the style that I was getting, but just a lower temperature next time.I do have to say my experience was very relaxing, especially with gospel playing in the background. And as a person who suffers anxiety, I was very relieved that there wasn’t much activity going on.Thank you so much ladies for the great experience. And also the Haven restaurant that I went to. It was really nice. It had maybe two points down but in all, I feel like it was a decent experience.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Monica today. She’s very informative, passionate about what she does and also gentle on my tenderhead lol. The atmosphere of the salon was extremely calm and soothing. Needless to say, I will be returning for my next appointment soon.

Had a great experience at this salon. The salon was clean and neat.My Natural hair care specialist was a pleasant lady named Myriam. She was informative and patient. I felt like it was just us two in the salon. She does amazing work. I had my locs done today and received great service. I had them colored cut twisted and styled all at a great price. My sister and I recently visited All Dolled Up Oviedo. We absolutely enjoyed our overall ADU experience!!! I cannot stop thinking about Mrs.Karen healing hands from the incredible much needed hair wash she provided. My scalp in singing hallelujah! Mrs.Tiana outdid herself with my extremely 10+ yrs long overdue blowout! My sister is still enjoying and slinging her silkout and looking amazing by Mrs.Karen and Miss.Mia finishing touches! Yes we are rebooking!Oviedo Stylists Rocks!!!

Karen, Tianna, and Mia were awesome. Not only did they curl, blowdry and silk press my hair with professional expertise, they were all so sweet and kind. Just what you want to experience from a long day at work. The ADU experience was awesome at Oviedo. You should check them out. Just pick one of them; promise you, you will not regret it.

I moved to Orlando about 7 years ago, from Fort Lauderdale, where I had one of the best stylist. Since moving, I have not had the pleasure of a great hair style until I met Kim. She is a gem 💎!!. Excellent stylist, pleasant personality and most importantly she’s so accommodating. Thanks for making my hair smile again. 😃 😊😊. Always on point now!!

All Dolled Up is truly a special salon! Emanah and the other stylists were truly supportive in helping me execute my hair vision on my wedding day! I had a terrible experience with another local stylist that cancelled on me the WEEK before my wedding! I called All Dolled Up and they were up for the challenge! They got me in for a trial the day before the wedding to prep and make sure we were all on the same page. The next day, they were on site, on time and created hair magic! Emanah had me check the style as she went to make sure it was exactly the shape and look I wanted. She was quick and professional too, had my hair finished in an hour and a half so I’d be ready for my photographer (which is exactly what I’d requested of them). These ladies are true professionals and we’re super accommodating of me being a bride from out of town with limited schedule availability. I would use them again for any event!

Andrea is an awesome hair stylist! I was able to book a last minute appointment for our 11 year old child night before 1st day of school. Andrea worked for 3 hours on tender head, textured hair child and gave her the exact hairstyle she asked for and wanted. She was professional and had incredible patience as well as a wonderful personality! Thanks to Andrea, the 1st day of school was a great success!

I scheduled an appointment for All Dolled Up Salon located in Oviedo on June 12th and received email confirmation that same day that the appointment was set. I scheduled the appointment for the date of Wednesday June 17th at 5:30pm with a stylist named Karen. I received an email reminding me of the appointment on June 14th and again on June 16th. I received a text message on June 14th and again on June 16th asking me to confirm the appointment and I confirmed it on June 16th and received a text confirmation back from All Dolled Up Oviedo thanking me for confirming. I showed up for the appointment on Jun 17th at 5:30pm and was told that Karen was not there yet. I was greeted by Kim and she told me she was going to call Karen to find out where she was. She left Karen a voicemail. Karen did not show up, nor did she return the call to Kim and she also did not send her a text. Kim was very pleasant and offered to braid my hair after she finished working on her two appointments and after I waited for 30 minutes I let Kim know that I was no longer able to wait and thanked her for offering to help me. At this point, there was still no contact from Karen. I thought this was very very unprofessional by Karen and to make matters worse, I received an email later that evening that I was a no show for my appointment. Karen never called or text me to apologize and ask me if I would like to reschedule. I completely understand that things happen and emergencies or unplanned situations arise, however, it would have been nice to have received a call asking me to reschedule rather than for her (Karen) to waste my time waiting for 30 minutes. Let me be clear, I am not faulting the stylist that did try to help me, named Kim, nor am I faulting the salon All Dolled Up, but I do feel that they are responsible for running a professional business and just as they hold me responsible for keeping my appointment and appreciate me arriving on time for my appointment and for waiting for a stylist who never arrived (I was also made aware of the cancellation policy several times in the emails that I received) I also would have appreciated the reciprocity. Ultimately, a disappointing experience.**UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST***I received a call from Fay, the owner of All Dolled Up Salons, and she apologized for what happened and let me know she had not previously been made aware of what had occurred. She has graciously offered a very reasonable resolution. I do appreciate her reaching out to me. Many businesses take for granted that customers will continue to do business with them even after being treated unfairly or taken advantage of. It is so nice to know that there are businesses such as this one that takes the time to reach out when they receive notice that a customer was dissatisfied. I appreciate them doing this and I happily update my review and change my rating. Thank you Fay!

I love this salon. The owner Faye was very sweet and helped me out. The stylist are wonderful and so friendly. If you are looking for a salon look no more, All Dolled Up is the one for you. If I could give more then 5 stars I would give many more. Thank you for your wonderful service and making a little girl so happy.

Really great shop with stylist that care about their craft. I came in on a Saturday last min and they were able to fit me and both my kids in. Their hair still looks amazing 3 weeks after the service!
