I was in Great Clips a couple of days ago when my wife was getting a haircut. A young boy around 5 or 6 years old with Down Syndrome came in to have a haircut. The girl who I believe was Melissa was exceptional with this child. She was patient, quick, and put the parents at ease with her exceptional attitude. I dont usually do reviews but I have a great granchild who also has Down Syndrome and will definitely be recommending her to anyone with special needs. I sometimes think that people will go out of the way to write a bad review but dont when it would be a good review. Anya cut my wifes hair and she said she will be going back she was pleased with her haircut.

Good location,I like how easy it is to get in their waitlist, track your number and than arrive as it suggests.Not much wait.The lady who cut my hair was very friendly, polite and offered good suggestions and also recommended how i should maintain and other details.

I meant to add context to the review but got busy. After speaking with management and how the apps works I updated my review. I have been using Great clips for a 3-4 years now and this location is as good as any other. My initial review stemmed from how the App queues you and differences in how you are queued after you come in. I still think that the app is somewhat misleading but the franchise locations are not responsible how the app functions.

Came in an hour before closing with my girlfriend just to see if they could us in and we didn’t even have to wait that long! I was extremely satisfied with my haircut and beard trim and the price was very reasonable! My girl got split ends trimmed. I’ve received so many compliments this week about how good my hair looks so needless to say I’ll definitely be coming back!

Update...2nd time at this Great Clips and I requested Celeste. She did a great cut again. Very happy. Definitely my new salon and new hairstylist. Visited 6/27/24.I read the negative review and wasnt sure whether to go or not..decided to try for myself. I had Celeste and she was great. She paid attention to what I wanted. She was professional, courteous and friendly, but not overly. I had a great experience. People Cant go by one negative review. Would definitely be back to see Celeste. Try her out. Clean place. Visited 5/14/24.

First time at this place. No wait. I asked for Celeste since my wife went here earlier and suggested I asked for her. Celeste knew exactly how much to cut from my cowlick, so my hair would not stand up. She did a great job.

Today, I got a haircut from Corey, and it was an amazing experience. Corey did a fantastic job—he truly took his time and ensured every detail was perfect. His attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s clear he’s not just skilled but a true perfectionist, maybe even an artist. The result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ll definitely be going back to Corey for my next haircut! Highly recommend!
