Today my friend and I went in to do our first ever spray tan. We were so afraid!! Rebecca, I believe I remember her name correctly, helped us so much. She was so nice and even kept my daughter entertained. She made us so comfortable and we got exactly the results we wanted. -

Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Vicky and others are extremely pleasant and do their best to accommodate someones request.The owner should definitely change bulbs more regularly and Certainly get that bed fixed that has been down for along time.As with most companies you may not like all the rules or may not like State regulations but None of these are in the control of staff. So treating them like they are lower than you or getting upset when you do act like a spoiled child and they respond like anyone would that is feeling attacked, is unacceptable. They do not get paid enough to be treated rudely.I have witnessed the attitude they contend with as we want what we want and expect them to put their jobs at risk to appease our demands that usually are outside the plan they choose; or somehow magically override the computer that wont let you tan earlier than 20 minutes before the 24 hr required time as per State requirements. And my favorite swear someone who no longer works there promised them somethingand they want it now. HINT: IF SOMEONE PROMISES SOMETHING GET IT IN WRITING OR DEAL WITH IT WHEN THEY CANNOT DO IT INSTEAD OF BROW BEATUNG THESE YOUNG LADIES ALL TO GET FREE UPGRADES ETC. -

I have been tanning at this location for several months and am very pleased with my experience here. The facility and equipment is always clean. The staff is knowledgeable about the beds and lotions. Sabrina is amazing! Ive been going to this location for a few months. I always have a great experience but this last time was even better. I asked Sabrina what I could do to get darker, she recommended an $8 primer. I was able to get three shades darker after one tan. Please take my advice, ask her about it. Thank you Sabrina! -

Since the first day I came in Katy has always made me feel welcome. She is a great sales person and cares about her customers. She explained the benefits of different ingredients in the lotions they offer. She treats all her customers the same and greets them by name. She gives trustworthy advice and I would recommend this location to anyone! -

My favorite place to tan by far. Casey does a great job, always feel welcomed. Beds are always clean and never had any problems. I recommend this particular LA Tan to all of my personal training clients even if they live closer to others, its worth the drive. Be sure to check it out if youre looking for a great place to tan in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. -

Omg I have been to la tan off and on for a few years now and the young lady they just hired is absolutely amazing she explained products to new extremely well very polite and cares about her job so if u want an amazing tan experience go to La tan and ask for Arabella she is the absolute best -

The girls working there are really nice and helpful. I signed up for a membership for the level 3 beds but they only have one and the beds fans are broken. They have two fans in the room but one of them doesnt even work - it gets uncomfortably hot! -

I have been going to LA Tan, at 1105 Palm Bay rd Palm Bay Fl. Since September 2019. I was very skeptical when I first started, but the staff answered all my questions and were very helpful in showing me what to do ,since this was my first time. The salon is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful. I am a regular now , as I find the tanning beds very relaxing. Therefore I highly recommend LA Tan.......Thank You 😍 -

LOVE THIS PLACE! Their new spray tan machine is, hands down, the best that Ive ever used & I definitely love my sprays. I have a Spanish background and I love the way their spray is very natural with my olive skin. Casey works at the front and really goes out of her way to help me pick out lotions or suggest exactly which steps I should take to get a gorgeous glow. I can literally walk in very pale and sick looking and leave looking refreshed and bronze. -

David is GREAT! When we first moved I went back and forth between L.A. TAN and another place in Palm Bay trying to decide which spray tan was best for me....sometimes customer service makes my decision. David shared tips from personal as well as other tanners experience to maximize my tan. After a couple of visits he knew me by name when I came in and he always had a smile and something nice or funny to say. He is a keeper!Tracy Shockley -

At this particular LA TAN the staff are very helpful and friendly. Brittany the manager goes out of her way to make sure your tanning experience is enjoyable and you have everything you need, tanning lotion, eyewear etc...I would recommend this tanning salon to anyone interested in tanning or considering trying out a new place! -

Just came to use the tanning beds and they closed early but the door says 9pm. Pretty upsetting honestly drove out here for no reason. Love this place though. Really helpful staff and friendly. The manager is really helpful! Anyone on staff has the answers you need whenever you have them. -

I just signed up today and Im super excited, they have an unbelievable deal for 149.00 for UNLIMITED spray tans until 2017, I used to go to Solara but they Can NOT beat that! And the lady was unbelievably sweet with no wait. -
