    I recently moved to PC and needed an easy-to-schedule stylist, so I decided to give Ulta a try. When I arrived I was told that the stylist did not show up for work but they would work me in with Hayley. Can I say how THANKFUL I am that that person did not go to work because Hayley is amazing! She is so easy to chat with and did a great job with my hair - she now has a new customer.

    Had an appointment for a full highlight today with Kymberly! She did a great job! Very friendly, asked what I was wanting, talked me through the process. And my hair turned out AMAZING Better than I was expecting, as I came in with having brown box dye in my hair! Already scheduled my next appointment with her! Highly recommend her!

    I asked Jury for help and she blew me off. So I found hannah, and she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Ive never received the customer service like I did from jury.And im completely disappointed that ulta would even hire some of the like this.

    I am giving Ulta 5 stars because of the great service by Hannah at the Benefit Brow Bar. She is always a pleasure to work with and takes the time to wax and style my brows better than anyone. She is a true asset to the store.

    As a woman of color I was so so excited to see that this Ulta has the Juvias Place Cosmetic line! As for me I have an extremely difficult time finding the right foundation or powder and the associates were very helpful. I had a delightful experience with one of the associates named Tabetha. Tabetha is a new associate but it seems as if she has been there for years! Tabetha suggested an under eye concealer that ended up working perfect for me because I didnt want one too heavy or too light for my complexion. I hope that Tabetha will be there for a while because she will probably be my go to when I am looking for something. This makes me very happy because I did not have good experiences at other Ulta beauty stores. Remember: If a product doesnt work for you, even if it is gently used you can return it, which I did with no problem.

    A lot of men wouldn’t think to go to Ulta Beauty for a haircut, but I highly recommend Haley! She knows what shes doing with mens hair. She is very friendly and gave me great styling tips.

    First of all, I am a stylist myself, (but cannot do my own hair), and I walked into Ultra hoping to find the perfect stylist, because they are very hard to find. I met the most amazing, talented, and professional stylist ever, Melissa. If you are looking for someone in this town that knows their talent, I HIGHLY recommend Melissa!

    Great place to shop but when it comes to their credit cards, make sure you get all the proper information so you can pay the bill on time. I had a very hard time paying my bill which made my credit score. Look bad, other than that I absolutely love the place. ☠️❤️☠️They have just about everything a girl needs or wants

    I love Ulta, but I’ve been really disappointed in my shopping experience my last couple of visits due to a bunch of (too) young kids all over the place. Ulta is great for teens to start finding makeup products, but kids shopping is a little much.

    Best Ulta Store! Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone here is more than willing to help out customers on a personal level and without judgment. Ive visited several other locations and was not impressed with snooty employees who only pushed the high price, high end products. Will be returning often.

    Was there today for a warranty issue - I brought in everything I thought I would need including some information from the manufacturers website - the front desk girl got the manager for me who in turn got the GM. Although they weren’t the most interactive/smiley - they helped me and in the end took care of my issue no problems or questions asked. I was in and out within five minutes - I appreciated their help and how easy it was to take care of the problem.

    I went on black Friday all the workers keep the store orderly and neat. They did not have a lot of stuff I wanted but thats my fault. They did a really good job at restocking fast it only took a day for me to get the things I want. Ashlyn the girl who checked me out was really nice and with only two people on they kept the line moving fast.

    Very nice store,Hair Salon is way to expensive. Lady did Great job on my hair,but I was missed quote price for what she did. Received No Adjustment. They have all top brands in make up.expensive.You can also purchase more reasonable make up too.. Be where of styling prices too high for our area

    I absolutely LOVE Ulta! I feel like a kid in a candy store 🍥🍬🍭. There are so many things to see, smell, & try. You can always find something! And theres always something on special. If you see an ad on TV or magazine and want to try a product or see the color in person, this is the place for you! They also happily take returns with your receipt (within reason)... This is a great feature. I ordered a lipstick online from them because they were offering 20% off & free shipping; however, I didnt care for the color. I brought it back to the store & exchanged it for a better color for me with no problem at all. I recommend Ulta for your beauty needs 😊.

    Yall, Julissa is a BROW GODDESS!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 She turned my mess of eyebrows into a masterpiece! I will never go anywhere else. 😍😍😍Also, this is the most professional, friendly, and helpful Ulta I have ever stepped foot in. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and immediately assisted without hesitation. Even though I had just come in from work, and my make up was next to non existent, I never felt judged or unwelcome. I had almost stopped shopping at Ulta altogether, due to other locations, but this one exceeded all of my expectations! Great people, great service, and great products!💖💖💖

    Amber at the Ulta Salon is fabulous!!! She is very welcoming, listens to requests, makes suggestions. She’s been doing my hair for over a year....highlights, color and cuts and my son(cuts and color) as well. Amber also has a great team of stylists, everyone I’ve seen leave the salon there has been happy! Highly recommend Amber and her team at Ulta Salon in Palm Coast, Florida!

    My friend’s wedding is coming up, and I needed foundation desperately. Went in with no clue what I needed to get/what my shade would be, when Janelle walked up to me asking if I needed help. She was able to recommend me some foundation and primer, and was able to match me in minutes! She was so nice and helpful, I will definitely be back!

    They have all of the best make up lines and products including all the best from my personal favorite, Urban Decay. The staff is mostly friendly and very helpful. They will go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. They also do some really cool workshops there so you can learn cool new tricks and find new favorite products.

    Amber Richter is the head stylist and manager at the salon in Palm Coast, Florida. Amber is a truly gifted stylist and a professional through and through. Amber works extremely well with my textured hair. She gives me amazing color, highlights and cuts. Im always thrilled when I leave her chair.     Im somewhere between a 3.5 and a 4 star with this Ulta. I LOVE makeup, makeup is what i live and die for. So, I know my stuff. I love that theres always staff walking around to help, but some of them are quite rude, and seem to always look at you as if you have no idea what youre doing in there. Also, they are always out of stock of products. Ive gone multiple times the past few months, and they never have anything Im looking for in stock, so i always have to drive to the Ulta in St. Augustine which is kinda inconvenient. But i will say, I love that the lines are never too busy, they always have someone at every register, and the fact that if I have any questions, there is always someone to answer.

    I went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I recommend making an appointment! I had Tashana, and she was great. She took the time to map out my look, and had to tint my brows three times before the color was right (my eyebrows are so light, they are basically clear!) Anyway, the end result was perfect! Not to thin or thick, the perfect color, and surprisingly, hardly any redness afterward. Its a week later and they still look fresh. I definitely recommend spending a little extra to come here, and also recommend Tashana, she was great.

    I come here every other month or so to get my eyebrows shaped by browmeisters Tashana and Janet at the lash bar. They always do an impeccable job and are very friendly and helpful to myself as well as other customers. If youre thinking of getting your eyebrows waxed, I recommend making an appointment with either.

    Okay so first of all, I would just like to say this is the ONLY ulta I will go too. Most of my ulta experiences at other stores have been less than pleasant, but there was a specific product Ulta carries that Sephora doesnt and I wanted to check it out in store.If you follow gps like I did, the GPS will take you to the middle of a highway and say, Youre here! when in reality ULTA is two miles farther on the right- I drove around for a bit until I found it. Due to this, I was in a REALLY bad mood when I went in, boyfriend in tow.I wasnt even in there two minutes before an associate came up and asked if I needed help. She helped me find the skin care products I was looking for, and then we discussed foundation and she helped me replace my crappy Bare Minerals foundation with becca, which I LOVE and she color matched perfectly!Not only this, but she kept my boyfriend chatting and interacted the whole time so he wasnt cranky and bored. She was PHENOMENAL!I left this ulta really happy, and thats saying a lot because I usually strongly dislike any ULTA I go into. Ill definitely be returning to this Ulta!
