    I had the most amazing hair cutting experience with Gabriel Colon at Europa Salon & Spa! Gab combined my experience with the perfect balance of professionalism and fun. I have curly hair and if you also have curly hair YOU KNOW how hard it is to find a stylist who truly knows what they are doing. Gab not only has 30 years experience but he has absolutely honed his craft and will tailor a customized cut for you! My experience started with a consultation where he ACTUALLY listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I’m am 53 years old and this is my first ever haircut that I was happy with and left the salon without needing to restyle my hair before going to dinner with my two friends that are also curly and also received excellent care from our new and forever stylist Gab. The transformation was FABULOUS! Did I mention I live in Jacksonville and will absolutely be making the drive for my future haircuts! The sad part is typically, I only get my hair cut every 4-6 months as a curly girl. However, I enjoyed my experience with Gab so much I may switch to every 3 months! Thank you Gab!

    My stylist left her old salon and moved to Europa. I love the spa feeling there and was treated so well! I’ve been with Amber for 2+ years and she’s amazing! Cuts, color, have had it all and it’s always top notch. She does my entire family’s hair. On a side note, she is very affirming with the LGBTQ community, so everyone would be comfortable sitting in her chair! She listens to what each client wants and always delivers! Highly recommend Amber at Europa!

    I previously visited the Europa salon and had a pleasant massage. Fast forward nearly a full year. I am 4 months post partum, my hair has lived in a bun and my hair is down past my waist. I wake up one morning thinking what the heck happened that I can wear my hair as a hat, still laughing about it because I am thinking I can fix it still at that point. Fun fact, cant fix it, my hair has matted into a single giant dreadlock after 4 days of my hair in a bun (not exaggerating, literally, it was that bad). Did my kids put honey in my hair? Maybe...either way the damage was done. After 6 hours or frantic detangling with full fledged panic having set in, I desperately called the Europa salon with this hair emergency hoping they could save at least some of the hair on my head. God was kind enough to let me land myself in Gabrielles chair. Gabrielle, is an actual miracle worker. Not only was he a fantastic individual who took on this catastrophe with courage, but he looked forward to this challenge with confidence. I gave him full leeway to do anything he wanted and needed to to get my hair to look like hair again and he DELIVERED. He is truly a hair expert. I mean honestly. I feel like this review is mute. This man, Gabrielle, took my hair from this to this. Do you really need to know more? Just book an appointment. You wont be sorry.

    Wow! From the moment I booked my appointment on line, which was simple. To the pleasant greeting at the front desk. Then meeting Amelia, who gave me an awesome haircut! So sweet. Felt like I’ve known her forever! Massage shampoo chair! Let me just add that I’m a haircutter from Long Island and I’ve gone up there to get my haircut for the past 12 years. I’ve tried others here and in Charleston where we just moved from and I haven’t been able to find anyone who cut my hair the same. Thank you Amelia! You’re awesome!!     We are new to PC. I took my time looking for a salon online, reading reviews. After much review, I decided to give Liz a try. She is excellent. She listened to my concerns and what my goals are before cutting my hair. The color was beautiful. She did just a fabulous job. I highly recommend this salon and ask for Liz. I need to add that my hair appointment was a little pricey, but I expected it since I did my research. It was similar in price to the salon up north so I wasnt surprised. Liz did tell me the cost before she started. So remember, if you want a cheap haircut, go to Great Clips and deal with their inexperienced staff. I always tell people that you get what you pay for when looking for a salon. I will gladly pay extra to get exactly what I want.

    Excellent service and exceptional hair cut. When I called to make the appointment, I talked to a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who gave me advice about the right stylist for my type of hair. I chose Irena as my stylist. She is so warm and welcoming. She knew exactly what kind of hair style I needed for my short thin hair. She took the time to talk to me about what I didnt like about my hair and what I wanted. She gave me her suggestions for a more flattering cut and style and for the brand of products I needed to maintain my salon look. Her prices were very affordable too. Ill be a customer for life.

    I started going to the salon last year when another salon ruined my hair. The people there are just amazing. The owners are friendly and all about our community. When I went there Miss Amber started doing my hair and fixed it made all the corrections that were needed. Without damaging it which was a plus for me. Amber cares about her customers and is always smiling And friendly. She knows exactly what I want to be done to my hair by showing her pictures even when I’m confused when I’m trying to tell her what I want LOL. I would never go to another salon I would have to go with her wherever she goes. She not only works there but has become a friend. Everyone on the staff is always eager to help whether it be for your hair your nails massages etc. Aain this is an amazing salon with amazing people.The prices are worth it and they never do something that you don’t want done to your hair.

    I came here after I had gotten my haircut someplace else the week before. It was a disaster and I needed someone knowledgeable and experienced to fix it. From the reviews on here, I went with Liz and I dont regret it. She made me feel at ease as soon as I sat down and she assured me that she could fix it and it wasnt a problem. Im very happy with the results and the price was reasonable. I will be coming here regularly now and would definitely recommend!

    I had never been there before but was referred by a coworker and was in desperate need of a haircut. It was honestly the best haircut experience of my life. 1. The website is very user friendly and you’re able to book a haircut (or any other service they offer) right away instead of having to call during their hours of operation. 2. They confirm your appointment to make sure you’re able to make it and if not you can reschedule (I got both a text and email which is perfect because I hate talking on the phone). 3. Day off my appointment I got a call saying my hairdresser was running late with another customer and would it be okay if I came in a half an hour later. This was no big deal and I appreciated that courtesy instead of having to wait around once I got there. 4. The interior is very cool and interesting to look at (not your average hair salon) which I really liked. 5. Upon entering I was greeted by a receptionist and my hair dresser came out right away to meet me. I went to Ashlee Martin. She was extremely friendly and skilled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 6. Ashlee was very honest with me and told me the haircut I wanted to get wasn’t going to look the same on me as it did in the picture I brought in for reference. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on that haircut but she gave me the CUTEST HAIRCUT EVER AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH! She took all the components from the haircut I wanted and did it in a way that would fit my hairstyle and face. IM SO HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME AND WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK! Please give this place a try if you’re looking for a salon, it was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed my experience so much. And definitely go to Ashlee, she’s great!

    I just moved to Palm Coast from Orlando area and have used the same hair dresser for 24 years. I was convinced I would travel the 2 hours to get my hair done every three weeks before I would let someone screw my hair up. I am that picky....BUT then I saw this web site for Europa Spa and read some of the reviews about Liz. I decided to give it one more try after a terrible experience at another local salon.WOW!!!! Liz is very knowledgeable, personal and she really looked thoroughly through my hair and made suggestions and observations that my favorite hairdresser and friend had never noticed. She told me the price right up front and told me what we could do later to get my hair where I want it to be and gave me all the prices so there would no surprises.I also wanted to meet the owner and see how she treated her customers and her employees. Liz spoke highly of her and I could tell the other employees also respected her and enjoyed working there. Which makes it more relaxing and enjoyable for me. I highly recommend this salon for everyone. I cant wait to try the massages and some of the other services they offer.P.S. I loved their decor it was tastefully done and a very relaxing experience.     I am from out of town and was visiting family for the holiday. I really needed a hair cut and read all the reviews. I selected Liz based on what others said. She did a great job! She really knew how to handle my difficult fine curly hair and even gave me pointers for what to tell a hair stylist in my area when I go home. She took her time and used quality products. If youre from out of town or a Palm Coast resident go to Europa and ask for Liz she really knows what she is doing. I would have given a 5 nothing went wrong and I was really pleased but my sweet grandma wanted a pedicure and they couldnt fit us in.... It really was our fault for not making an appointment ahead of time. We will in the future :) and then Ill give them a 5. :)

    Rosalie is AWESOME ! She made my hair look exactly like the picture I brought in. I went from dark to light and I needed to come in the next day to lift it some more.. Rosalie came in (the next day) on her day off just to get my hair finished. She also really cares about the condition of your hair .     From our initial phone contact with Gina to the completion of our couples massage, pedicures and haircut, this was by far the best spa experience my wife and I have ever had. Gina went above and beyond before and during our visit, Natalie and Tatiana were fantastic as was our pedicurists and hairstylist (sorry, I should have wrote down all the names, but you know who you are). Being here on vacation and not knowing anyone, the entire staff made us feel welcome and appreciated.     I got a wash, cut and blow dry with Ilana. She asked me several questions before and during the hair cut as well.     I would gladly give 10 stars if possible. I received the French tour package as a gift. It was the most relaxing afternoon of pampering Ive ever received. All the technicians were masters of their trade, professional and courteous. I left there feeling like a million dollar bowl of jello.     While spending 2 months in Palm Coast, I needed a cut and had no idea where to go. The high reviews for Europa Spa were not misleading! All of the staff was professional and friendly, the salon clean and welcoming. Chris gave me a great cut taking time to listen to what I wanted and giving suggestions based on my hair. Wish I could continue going there after heading home!

    Got referred by my family. Couples massage was amazing. The atmosphere there is also very relaxing. It was my husband’s first massage ever and I’ve had a good amount myself, best one hands down.     Iris did an amazing therapeutic and relaxing message lasting sixty minutes for me. I can tell that she has many years of experience getting rid of muscle knots. Her hands were able to relieve the tightness in my back muscles. I highly recommend Iris. The facilities were also excellent.

    Becca is a color genius!! I have very long thick hair that I have been box coloring for years. In October, I dyed my hair very dark from blonde. I wanted to go back blonde. I thought this was something I would have to do over multiple visits. Becca not only accomplished what I wanted in one visit, but she did an incredible job and NO BRASSINESS!! She explained what she was doing every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and put my mind to ease as I have had many bad experiences over the years with hair salons. It did cost some money, but it was worth every dollar. I am more than overly satisfied with the results and would recommend her 1000 % Thank you Becca, so much ! :)

    I was new to town and had been going to the same person for a haircut for six years and was super nervous about going to someone else. I saw the reviews of this salon and decided to give it a shot. I called and said I couldnt be there till 5 and they close at 5. Becka waited for me anyways. She was super inviting and the haircut turned out to be the best Ive ever had. I was incredibly happy with it and set up another appointment before I left. The chairs were massage chairs dude. Not to mention becka told me exactly what her advice was for my hair so I let her take the wheel...it came out ahhhhhmazing. Love the salon, love becka. My new spot.

    Wonderful place to get your hair done! The stylists were awesome and the atmosphere was very relaxing...My hair had gotten a terrible bang cut from another place and after talking with the stylist (Liz) she did a wonderful job in fixing the butcher job and did a great coloring my on my hair for me.... I will definitely come back to get my hair done again the prices are great!

    Europa Salon offers an experience of professionalism and true personal satisfaction from the receptionist to the technicians. They are courteous and attentive from the time you enter to when you leave. Their overall attitude is also carried over when you have a telephone conversation with them.     I am new to the Palm Coast area, and finding a new salon is always daunting. I called Europa and asked for an individual who specializes in short, stylish hair cuts for women. I was told Chris was the guy to go too. I have had horrible experiences with new salons, but Chris exceeded all expectations. He did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair. I highly recommend Chris.

    I called and got an appointment for a massage same day. Jacqueline was wondering. I left feeling brand new. The whole experience was wonderful from the minute I walked in the door. Im from Detroit and will be visiting here every time I come visit my dad now!!!!

    Was here back in mid March with my girl - we drove in from Toronto, when we neared Palme coast we called and asked for availability that day. They juggled things atound to accommodate .That was just beginning of the most amazing experience. I got a facial - thr most AMAZING facial. I have super sensitive skin, and without me saying a word the Lady suggested we twerk the package a bit to accommodate my skin type .They use beautiful products with absolutely no negative reaction. I also got a pedi - a month later the nail polish is still on and looking great! (After some shaping lol) - we ending up getting our make up done - last min- love love love - I have never felt do glam (yes I have had my make up done before). Everything about this place is incredible. We come back every year and will for sure be booking another day here. 💘 these people.

    I highly recommend this beautifully decorated spa. The staff are very professional and accommodating. Irena is a highly experienced ecthetician who gave me the most relaxing custom rose facial and wax. This spa is clean and offers updated progessive services you would find in larger cities. I cant wait to go back.

    Jenette was wonderful! Years ago I had my eyebrows waxed at a different salon, they were so horrible that I vowed to never have it done again. Fast forward to today, Im getting married on Friday and my eyebrows needed a lot of help. I read the reviews and Jenettes name kept popping up. I took a leap of faith and couldnt be happier!
