    Just had my first laser appointment and it’s my second time at Milan.The first time being the consultation and it was detailed and they made it easy to make an informed decision without feeling any pressure to choose. Every time I’ve gone all the ladies were so nice and talkative. They also keep you informed and make sure you know what’s going on. Any questions I’ve had they were open to answering. It’s so welcoming here and I found them through my sister as a recommendation!

She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and really listened to what kind of package I wanted and was able to get me something in my budget.     Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in until my treatment was finished. Everyone was very warm, inviting & friendly. Procedure did not hurt and the nurse practitioner was informative, answered all of my questions made sure I understood the process.     Today was my first time there and I was truly blown away with the customer service, knowledge, and time that the staff took to help me get set up with a package. Keigan explained everything so thoroughly, with eye contact, and understanding. The NP that did the treatment on me was wonderful, explained everything slowly and kept asking if I had any questions. I was very unsure about the whole process before walking in, but Im so glad I went!! Im so excited to get my hair growth due to my PCOS under control. If I could give them more stars I would!

    Everyone is super nice and the hair reduction has been great. My daughter likes to stay upfront and talk to the nice ladies in the front while I get laser done. My skin is starting to look great because I’m not shaving as often.

    Keagan made my first impression fantastic. Very clean area. Modem and displayed well. The.NP Melissa was very easy to work with and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I do like the lifetime guarantee, but do think its expensive. If it works as well as said, for a lifetime, itll be worth it.

    Really nice staff, they have a bunch of different packages for various parts of your body. One nice thing was they accidentally got my belt a little so they did some laser on my knuckles, which they didnt have to do but I was really appreciative that they offered that. It was a really pleasant first experience and Im looking forward to finish it with this company.

    Just had my first appointment today, seriously very impressed! Ive been wanting to get laser hair removal for a while and Ive been reading online peoples experiences and looking into different businesses that offer it. I was really expecting it to feel like this hot rubber band that everybody always talks about and it was not like that at all! It probably helps that they have this nice machine that blows cold air so you really dont notice the laser. Most of it I didnt even feel from what little I did feel it felt similar to a needle lightly poking you. So it was not all painful! The cold air also provides a nice distraction as I found it to be ticklish lol. The receptionist Jocelyn is super sweet, Keegan did my consultation also very sweet and very knowledgeable, Melissa did the hair removal she is a nurse and also very kind and thankfully talkative because I like to talk haha. Highly recommend this business!!

    So glad I stumbled upon Milan in Palm Coast. Keigan was very patient and thorough during consultation and made the process very easy. Having coarse hair and medium tone brown skin was always a challenge in finding hair removal ways that were quick, easy and provided long lasting results. Happy to say that I found that here at Milan. Melissa always does an amazing job in my treatments and explains the laser process very well specific to my skin. Jocelyn is always a friendly face and makes scheduling super easy! The treatments have been great so far and cant wait for the final results!

    I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time; but life keeps getting away from me!I can’t say enough good things about Keigan and her team at Island Walk Milan.Everyone is friendly, the location is clean, bright and even smells good; like you would feel having a spa service.I wish I could enjoy it for longer! But in the world of laser hair removal; quicker is better and they are beyond fast at Milan. I love the wind machine blowing while the laser zaps- both distracting me and cooling the area.My entire face was done in about three minutes and I was back out the door. I’m about 24 days after my “first” face treatment in a long time and recovery was great. No redness. Hair fell out normally. Can’t wait for my next treatment!

    I never thought the laser hair removal experience could be as smooth as it was! I am so thankful for Milan Laser in Palm Coast and the service they provide. From the first consultation.. everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered.     Just had my first hair removal treatment earlier this week and cannot be more happier with the way it turned out.     The consultation was easy to set up and absolutely loved Keigan, so funny and made the whole process super simple. The first appointment took 20 minutes and was only 4/10 on the pain scale. Its been a week or two since then and growth slowed down a bit for me but cant wait until the next appointment. :)

    Very happy with my experience here! Being totally honest Melissa is very accommodating. I won’t lie to you I do experience pain but Melissa helps me work through the sessions. It’s all worth it because it’s only 10 minutes a month versus pain from razor burn, bumps, ingrown, darkness and irritation etc. from other methods. DO LASER! It’s been very helpful for me! I also love that you can get lasered anywhere in the country. It’s like a membership!
