I must say every time I walk into the salon the environment is so welcoming. Paulina does amazing job with my nails always satisfied and happy walking out. She and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and professional. Besides Paulina doing an amazing job on my nails. She has an amazing personality beautiful inside and out. Palm nails is the place to go. Take it from a woman that has been doing her nails for 25 years. ❤️

Emily at Palm Nails has been doing my nails since October and I have ZERO complaints! She is the best nail tech I have ever had. My nails always last and she can do any design I ask for. I highly recommend asking for Emily for your next nail spa service. She’s the best!

I love coming here for a mani pedi!Katie (who suts at the front left tech table) is phenomenal. She did both my pedicure and manicure with acrylic overlay on my nails with no tip and a gel polish on top. She is so much fun to talk to and she is so patient and kind! I have been going here for 8 months and I won’t be going anywhere else while I live in this area!I also splurged for the volcano pedicure package and it was so worth the money spent. That was very relaxing, even more so than the regular pedicure package!I will be requesting her always!

The salon has a nice ambiance and is very clean. My hard gel manicure came out great. The only reason this is 4 stars not 5 is because I did feel like my technician was rushing. Even though the quality was still good, he moved so fast and barely spoke to me so it was a little awkward.

I had a nail technician whose name is Emily I think; she was very nice, personable and made me feel comfortable because I don’t get my manicure done often. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job! I will definitely come back and I recommend a 9/10 for sure!

Was dog sitting in palm coast and was 3 weeks past my last nail appointment so I decided to stop in here. Got a new set. My nails were pretty long and I wanted to keep the length but just shape them. Somehow I ended up with nails of all different lengths and shapes. The polish is bubbly and thick. The staff was very kind but totally messed up my nails.Update- Kevin was very accommodating and is going to fix my nails! Should have started by calling there!

My new favorite nail salon. This one has it all…it’s modern, spacious and clean. I love how many chairs they had. I didn’t feel like I was sitting on top of someone else. This was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received. Boi was extremely meticulous in everything that he did and painted my nails perfectly. He was also efficient. Tina did my waxing and did a really great job with keeping my eyebrows even and not taking too much off. They also offer a rewards program. This will be my go-to salon from now on. Thank you!

Such a lovely new facility. The staff aim to please. Starting by having such a easy user friendly check in kiosk and a smiling friendly greeting cashier always prompt and ready to direct you. The seating is comfortable and they always have on everyones favorite TV shows! Wine/water are offered for you to relax if you so choose. The price is comparable to all other locations in the surrounding areas. They have services for nail, feet , and eyebrows that im sure of. They are courteous to the customers and I always see them giving that extra helping hand whether its placing a purse/shoes or making sure us with more difficulties in moving around are able to sit/stand from the chairs more easily. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. I love the fact that I rarely have to wait for someone even without scheduled appointment. I can highly recommend them and feel confident that they can meet your needs. That being said if you prefer your nail a certain way just let them know and they will do their best so dont wait until you leave to find a issue because they will fix it to your liking!!

I recently walked in without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly even though they were very busy since it was a Saturday. My nail tech was very detailed and meticulous taking her time to ensure I was happy with my manicure and pedicure. I am not one to enjoy taking during my spa time and she honored my quietness only asking questions when necessary. I appreciate that as I look forward to losing myself in my audiobook during spa treatments. The building was clean and all the staff was friendly.

Myself and my husband have been using Palm Nails since they moved into their new beautiful building. Hubby getting pedicures and me getting dip and pedis! My Aunt was in town and I called on the Saturday before Easter, they were very accommodating; getting her in the same day. She was so happy with Lilly-I told her she would be!! The shop is very clean, staff is nice and they do wonderful nails, prices are reasonable, I would definitely recommend Palm Nails!! Love the guys and girls here!! Check them out!!

They are very clean and spacious and most organized! This lady is top notch, gentle, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. Pretty good overall. I had my nails done 3 x and 1x by another person other than original person and was not satisfied. Find your person and stick with them for consistency.

Just got my nails done here! Really quick and everyone seemed really nice!! The lady doing my nails seemed to be having a bad day though... And once I came back from washing my hands she very bluntly said, are you going to pay me? Surprised I asked, what? To which she replied, the $13, are you going to pay me? And she made me pay her right there over the nail table and not at the desk! They didnt do this to anyone else and I was kind of embarrassed. Dont know why this happened, like I said maybe she was having a bad day. Not too upset about it but it was weird, thats the only reason Im giving 4 out of 5. Oh well, she did a great job with my nails in the end :)
