    I was referred to Bay Lash and Beauty several months ago by a friend and so happy for the referral. Monica values her clients, she does wonderful work, extremely gentle & very personable. It is challenging for her at times, as I have thin and short lashes but Monica will always do her absolute best to make my lashes look full, natural and more importantly age appropriate and I love them.

    Monica is amazing 🤩! She does quality lashes that stay thick and beautiful. They can last me 3 weeks! I am very picky about who does my lashes and she is seriously one of the best! I highly recommend!!

    I love Monica! I have been getting my lashes done by her for over a year and she never disappoints. She is excellent at her job, makes you feel comfortable, and as a bonus, is so fun to be around! She takes pride in her work and it shows. I always always always get compliments on my lashes. Attached are examples of two styles she offers 1) Hybrid and 2) Volume.

    Monica was amazing! I was traveling through visiting family and needed a fill. I have never been to someone other than my lash artist in California and so nervous to go somewhere else. She was so sweet, personable and did an amazing job. I have read horror stories of foreign fills. I will be back to see Monica the next time I’m in Florida!!

    Monica is extremely talented, nice, and very gentle. Her prices are very reasonable. And I can swim and shower with my lashes!!

    Im so lucky to have found Monica! Ive had lash extensions going on about 5 years now and was apprehensive to find a new tech when I moved to the area, but Monica has been nothing short of amazing! She took the time to make me feel comfortable and learn my preferences. She is very knowledgeable, talented, and my lashes look amazing every time I leave!     Monica is simply AMAZING! Getting your eyelashes done can be very time consuming and with the wrong esthetician, it can be quite a dull experience, but not with Monica! She always keeps the conversation flowing, and it makes the time fly by! She is kind, understanding and truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met! Every time I get my lashes done, I ALWAYS get so many compliments on how great they look! She is efficient, flexible on times, and complete professional!     Monica is by far the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for years. My retention is amazing and depending on how hard I am on them I get a fill every 3- 4 weeks. She listens to all your concerns and is skilled, professional clean and gentle. I usually fall asleep during my appointment because it’s so relaxing! You can’t go wrong!

    Monica is by far to perfection when applying lashes or lip blushing as i’ve done them both ! Everything she does is more than high level needed for cleanliness and sterilization also has a very cute and cozy atmosphere that will make u feel so relaxed. I get so many compliments on my lashes and as far as lipblush OMGoodness they are on fleek with natural but beautiful color toned. LOVE the services and THANK U MONICA !!!
