Kaitlin is AMAZING. Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. Coming in i was new to lash extensions and had no clue about anything but Kaitlin made sure i was informed about the process and aftercare so that i was confident in getting them done. I got my lashes done for the very first time with Madison and she did a good job. She was very sweet and gentle. I dozed off a few times while getting my lashes done. I had doubts about the lashes after I got them done just cause Im very picky and like a very natural look, but I grew to really like them. I got many compliments and ended up loving them. Unfortunately I didnt have the funds to continue with them, but when I went to get my lashes off, Kaitlin was very understanding and didnt push me to keep them on. I will definitely be coming back here to get some lashes for the holiday season :)

Lucy was very calm and careful. I had the lash lift with tint and it looks great. She was very good about informing me step by step. I will be going back.Update- after waiting the 24 hour period. I washed my face completely and The tint didn’t last. I was told it can last a week. It’s not worth it definitely won’t be adding that again.

Lucy is an amazing lash artist! She is meticulous and thorough with her work. I have been coming to see her for 4 months now and I am very satisfied. She is nice and friendly and knows how to match my eyebrows with my natural red hair. I always get compliments about my eyebrows after she tints and shapes them. I’ve gone to this location and gotten an eyebrow tint/lamination and lash lift/tint before, but had never tried eyelash extensions. I got them done recently by Lucy, and she did an amazing job. I came back for a refill and they look even better than the first time. She made it a really relaxing and enjoyable experience, and was super kind and helpful. I’m really excited to keep coming here. I’ve never felt more confident, and never realized what a huge difference the lashes made until my lift, and wanted to try something more dramatic. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on them already. Customer service is excellent here, the staff is very friendly and the place is spotless. They do send frequent appointment confirmation communications. My friend and I felt very comfortable receiving the service. It was our first time trying lash extensions, it took about an hour and half for application. In comparison to other lash business, their prices are pretty reasonable. Unfortunately the lashes didnt work out for me but I look forward to trying their perm and tint in the future.
