Such a wonderful experience! Mary Ellen has healing hands and was able to quickly address the specific issues that I didnt know how to even explain well. While Ive had many massages, this was my first time at massage envy, as I wasnt sure about visiting a chain. My skepticism is gone now, and Ive already booked my next appointment with Mary Ellen. The place isnt a fancy spa day event, but its nice and clean and quiet with friendly staff, and you cant beat the convenience.

Tara was a pleasant surprise because I had changed my appointment because of a conflict but that turned out to be a good thing. She said she had 15 years experience. It definitely showed. She gave a great massage and I felt fantastic the next morning. She has a wonderful personality and is working part-time while she balances a 2-year-old at home. Very impressive!I recommend her to those of you looking for a good masseuse!!

This was my 3rd time getting a massage. I had Angelina this time and she was also awesome. I needed a deep tissue massage and she delivered!! Small and short woman but packs a big punch with the deep massage…I was so relaxed and had no bones left by the time I left which is exactly what I needed! I would recommend her again and again if you want to be steam rolled flat!!! lol I will definitely book a massage with her again. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable!

Mary Ellen was great. Very different from most other massages. I generally am not much of a fan of massages. Kind of like Chinese Food, I find I am hungry after an hour. I felt loose and pain free all night and had a great night sleep. Will book with her again.

Melanie was amazing she does an excellent job with getting the knots out and never felt better as I did when I left there. I will definitely be requesting her again for my next appointment.

Palm Harbor Massage Envy has been my go-to since moving to FL 12 yrs ago. Over the past few months I have been seeing Michaela who is both knowledgeable and skilled in helping relieve muscular and nerve pain caused by my spine issues. Her massage techniques always bring me relief from my pain.

Good experience, good massages. The only thing dropping it to a 4 star is that we were booked for a couples massage however my women (Tara) was running late therefore they moved us to singles because the other women was ready and didn’t want to postpone the rest of her clients, understandably. She kept asking if that was ok, but it’s not like we had a choice especially considering I was just visiting and didn’t have other time to do this. My lady got there about 17 mins after our appointment time so around 5:17 and by the time we talked and I got underdressed and ready it was probably around 5:20, however when I left my massages it was 6:06. I didn’t say anything cause 14 minutes wasn’t the end of the world but I am sure she did it so she wasn’t super late to her next client or to getting home.Overall good massages, very nice staff

As a former personal trainer & massage therapist it was gratifying to talk beforehand to someone that got right away the anatomy issues a bodybuilder has. The 90 minutes I spent were transforming! My range of movement has rebounded, soreness & stiffness decreases, as I type this over morning coffee I can’t wait to get to the gym! Very nice front desk people. Andrea is helping me with my athletic injuries. She is massaging at the source of my pain, as well as showing me how to massage it myself. He also worked nicely on my hands, which are tight from computer work and texting. I needed that. Great job.

I have been to high end spas all over the country (Red Door, Scottsdale, AZ, to Nemacolin, Farmington, PA, from Palm Springs, CA to NYC) and Nicholas ranks among and better than any of them! The spa itself was inviting and the friendly and helpful staff were welcoming.I actually signed up as a member because i KNOW Ill be back to request Nicholas!The other ME locations Ive visited on my travels around the country have proven to hold the same high standards for their technicians. Im a massage envy member whos spending 3 months in the Newport Richie area. I was overdue for my bimonthly massage. I was surprised to see that the only Massage Envy is in Palm Harbor 30 min away.I got a 90 min deep tissue session with Donna the next day after calling. What luck! Donna is very knowledgeable and skilled. After a brief conversation about my medical history and massage experiences, she quickly and expertly found my areas of need/knead! It was a glorious session that was relaxing and invigorating. I drank lots of water and took an ibuprofen in the hours after. I had much more movement in my shoulders! Thank you, Donna!The facility is in an older strip mall with SHADED parking. The room was small but cozy, and I had requested the minty essence of Invigorate added to the massage lotion.I highly recommend Donna and Massage Envy in Palm Harbor, FL. I had a chemical peel done by Karen at Massage Envy Palm Harbor. She really took the time to give me all the information that I needed to know about the procedure and how to take care of my skin after the treatment, including what to watch out for and what to avoid doing. I asked her about the ingredients in the products I was going to be using after the peel since I prefer more natural products, and she told me exactly what each ingredient was going to do for my skin, when and how to use the products, and it really made it easy for me to stick to the post peel protocol. Karen was very thorough while doing the peel and was checking in with me every step of the way and really took care to make me feel very comfortable. Karen also consulted me on the products that I should get for my home skincare routine, and again, she went over every single ingredient in the products. I really feel that she could not have possibly done a better job, I felt like royalty with all the care and attention Karen gave me.

On the rare occasions small issues have cropped up, they handled them well. Even though I had to cancel my membership for financial reasons, Im still using leftover credits with no issues and there have been 0 annoying attempts to win me back, which I appreciate. So five stars are deserved. Especially for Lauren, who has consistently delivered good quality and service.
