I rarely write reviews and if I do, there usually cause of a negative experience, I developed Rosacea, 3 months ago and have uncomfortable, red face flare ups, most days of the week, I even wake up with face red most mornings, no acne just red, my skin is not oily or dry, been to 2 dermatologists in past year and this was my 2nd time here and this place is far superior, Dr Moreno is kind, professional and thorough & actually cares about you and listens and will write down recommended products & give samples if their available, unlike other places, who are vague and rush you & prescribe super expensive face creams, that u cant afford, Im pleased, He called me in a $45 cream ( not 100s of dollars like other places) for the redness and it should be here by end of week, also I was recommended the wrong kind of moisturizer, by other dermatologist, so I took back to ulta when I got home and got the right one that he told me to use, which is for redness, the wait to be seen was about 15 mins, not bad at all, comfortable place, no billing issues or rude receptionists, highly recommend!

Our son had a procedure conducted by Eric Moreno the physicians assistant.Though our son is only 13 years old and had several items cut from his hand, the doctors bedside manner was amazing and assuring that he was comfortable and made the procedure as least intrusive as possible.I know in todays day and age you usually go to a doctors office and have to wait well past your appointment time and then get service as if youre just a number and not a person. That definitely did not happen here and I would highly recommend utilizing this office for your dermatological needs

When I first phoned to make an appointment, the person I spoke to was very polite. I was able to book an appointment within just a couple of weeks!This was my first time here. The facility is spacious and clean. The front desk person greeted me cordially. I did not have to wait long at all to be escorted into the exam room. I was first met by Lauren who was very kind. Dr. Mirza came in and introduced himself. He was very pleasant. He gave a full body exam. He made me feel at ease and did he job thoroughly. The person who checked me out was very pleasant as well. He is an amazing, excellent, knowledgeable, caring Dr. The surgery he did on my face was incredible! It is healing and looking really great! I cant thank him enough. The whole office staff are wonderful. From the front desk Crystal...very friendly as were, the nurses Amanda and Nancy who helped me through this ordeal! The Palm Harbor office of Dr Mirza has been a great experience if you have to go through Mohs and any reconstruction. The nurses are kind and considerate and Dr Mirza is an expert in his field. I had confidence in him from the get go. He explained each step of what he was going to do as he removed the basal cell from my ear and reconstructed it the next day. Now I’m waiting for the final reveal. The wait times were not long and the receptionist was very courteous and was good to answer questions. I’m so glad that Dr Mirza was recommended to me.

Today was my visit and it was on St. Patricks day. While I was in the waiting room, I could hear the doctor talking with patients and staff in a pretend Irish voice. It was such a good sign of good humor. They were laughing, but not getting carried away. It seemed like a happy office environment. Then when I met the doctor in the patient room, he was nice, empathetic, and very helpful. His nurse, Lauren, was very kind and helpful. I called back later to request a perscription I had forgotten to ask for, and spoke with another nurse who was also helpful. And the receptionist was very helpful. Also, I had unfortunately had to cancel an earlier appointment at the last minute due to another medical urgency, and Dr. Altmans office staff was kind about it and rescheduled for just two days later. I arrived a couple of minutes late and they were very nice about that, saying no problem and assuring me that it was all fine. I liked this doctor and his staff more than any other I have had in Florida in the past twenty years. Im going to continue to be their patient.

I now realize how important these checkups are and imperative it is to have a thorough caring doctor like Dr. Mirza.
