The stylist called my name and took me to her chair. I explained that I wanted a long shag trimmed. She said she wasnt comfortable doing that cut - She felt more comfortable cutting mens styles. I happily switched stylists and was very satisfied! I was glad she was honest with me! It could have been a disaster!!!

This location is EXCEPTIONAL and its a busy salon! Although there were several customers checked in before me, the wait was brief and the girl at the desk helped put me on the list. I only needed a shampoo today, but Jennifer was gracious, thorough and an absolute treasure!Over the past few years I have brought my elderly mom, siblings and (now adult) children here whenever they needed a cut or even just a wash. I would not hesitate to continue doing this forever, especially with wonderful folks like the ones working here!Thank you again Jennifer! 🤩

I’ve always gone to private salons for my haircuts. Out of desperation, I found myself going to great clips with much hesitation. I was very pleasantly surprised at the service I received. My haircut looked exactly the way it always did when I paid double the price at a private salon. My stylist, Mary, was excellent. She listened to my concerns and wishes and she delivered!

Never had such a great hair cut by the most amazing women ever. We were joking with other employees and my wife. Very comfortable. This was a great journey very happy. I will recommend this place to everybody. It was roomy, clean, and the temperature was perfect. I love these women. Heck I think I have new friends now.

Mika is talented as she is beautiful. She was so sweet and skilled at cutting my less than cooperative 2 year old grandson’s hair. She was so patient, fast and very skilled. Another very skilled lady cut my son’s hair. I made the reservations online which made it super easy. I highly recommend.

I didn’t call in advance, but I was #5 on the waiting list. I waited for my turn & believe the head cutter was working for me. It was almost 3 months since my last cut & my hair was very unruly. Nevertheless she gave me the best haircut ever and everyone I met told me how great it was.

Ive debated whether I should leave a review or not. I originally came in to get a simple fade. The guy was who cut my hair and he did an okay job, but it was the most uncomfortable haircut of my life. He smelled so bad that I got sick to my stomach and he was so slow and kept cussing while kids were in the store. The other ladies were pushing out good cuts left and right and mine took forever.So I came back the other day and Mika checked me in and she was very pleasant. She gave me the best fade since Ive been here in Panama. Ill be bringing my kids back with me so that she can hook them up too. 2 stars for the dude and 10 for my girl Mika.

I always get my haircut here. Most of the time its a wonderful experience. The last two times I had an awesome experience. The two women, two different hair stylist, who cut my hair, one in March and the other two days ago, did an incredible job. I wish I could remember both of their names. They were awesome!

This is the best place to get your haircut! I get my haircut by my barber David Ellebrbe all the time and he’s the best barber to ever cut my hair! If you need a barber of your own, David has got you! The shop has a great atmosphere and friendly employees.

We visited the Pier Park location on a Saturday morning (10am) using the online check-in.I was very pleased at how well the entire store is run. The wait time for both of us was under the expected time frame, the store was essentially spotless (no dust on the products, the ladies kept their areas neat and organized, floors were well maintained and swept by all staff) and it wasn’t over crowded at all. Each lady when sweeping made sure and got up any stray hair even if it wasn’t in their station. That’s so unusual to see an entire staff working together so happily. Both my son and my hairdressers were great getting our cuts exactly as we wanted them. We had the ladies in the very front across from each other. Overall I have to say this was the most pleasant and relaxing haircut session we’ve been to. I do urge you to use the online check-in for the fastest service.

Wonderful experience especially with the online check-in program. Had a 20-minute wait and was 20 minutes away and when I walk in I was greeted by the owner saying that I would be next. Was very impressed that even the owner is there sweeping floors. My stylist did an awesome job Im cutting my hair. Very happy customer and will be back.

Efficient friendly staff. Although understaffed because of Hurricane they do a great job in trying to accommodate. They let you know wait time which is helpful. Love online check in. I have used More if many times and very pleased. Need to change the hours on the website, its confusing re actual hours open (because of Hurricane) people dont give a bad review because of wait time, many shops not even open anymore and they are overwhelmed with customers.

Great haircut! After reading some of the rather poor reviews, I needed my hair cut and decided to give them a try anyway. I checked in online, just in case they were busy, walked in the door and was cheerfully welcomed. Asked if I did online check in, saying yes, I was next in line. I barely got seated, then it was my turn. Robin was my stylist, and very professional and friendly. She said they have been exceptionally busy lately, and many customers had lengthy waits, but it really couldnt be helped. I feel she was sincere in her statement. Anyway. I got my great haircut, and she even put a little product in my hair and styled it! I was pleasantly surprised. Lesson learned about online reviews: trust your own judgements and dont believe everything you read!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Never had a bad cut in the time they have been open and Im a regular. Hours back to 9pm close during the week and 6pm at the weekend. Good to see some normality after the storm.
