    Jaelouven helped me today and she went above and beyond to help me figure several things out. She spent a lot of time with me, shared great insight about products and how they worked and the cool thing was...she knew a lot about products in different departments. She showed me some options that were pricy and some options that were affordable. You cant ask for more than that!I dont know if this is a result of great training by Ulta or if she just has that innate ability but she is fabulous!

    This place is great they have everything for self care and more. All the tools and gadgets you need to look your best. Huge selection for men and even men. I enjoy the masks for spa nights with the wife. Bath bombs and bath salts for sharing a hot bath. Even a salon in the store. Defiantly the place to go if you need anything cosmetic.

    I had a makeup and hair appointment with Agnes, she was the SWEETEST lady ever and made me feel so confident!! Kaitlyn (not sure if i’m spelling it right) was a sales manager that helped me find my perfect shade as well!! She was also super friendly and sweet!

    I have been going to Chritie Bear at Ulta Panama City Beach for a while now, first to have my hair bleached platinum blonde, it came out PERFECT the very fist time, I get compliments all the time, this time I had multi colors put in, its only been 2 days and I have so many people telling me they love it and asking me where I had it done. 😀

    Im from out of town & stopped into Ulta to look at make-up. There was an employee who really stood out. Kandy was knowledgable on the (Clinique) make-up & skin products. She helped me with my colors, how to apply etc. She was so patient with me. If you need help with products- go see Kandy in PCB! She will fix you up:)

    I stopped by the store July 6th. I was in town on vacation and my face had a horrible allergic reaction to something my first night there. My whole face looked completely broken out and covered in acne. I explained my situation, and they brought me over to an associate... Sorry I dont remember names. But she gave me a couple of samples of face wash creams. And my skin was almost better the next morning, and completely better by the second day. Thank you all so much for your help and the product recommendations.

    First time cutting my hair short, Ulta’s salon is the best place to go. I’ve always had long hair and had trust issues when it came to getting it short. But Ashley did an amazing job, she made sure i got exactly what I was looking for. Not even half way through the service we had a women complement the hair cut. Since then I’ve received multiple complements and it’s only been a few hours. I’m so glad I came here for my haircut. Thank you again Ashley for your amazing service and talent ❤️

    My friend dragged me in here because she needed a couple things. It’s bigger than our one at home but had pretty much the same stuff. They were selling a makeup case she wanted for 110$ which was ridiculous considering we found one like it somewhere else for 20$.The store was clean, well organized and staff friendly and helpful so that’s always a plus.

    Found everything I needed and then some. Staff was friendly and eager to help, but wasn’t constantly over your shoulder. Had several check out lines, so was easy and fast check out. Hopefully I have more time to browse around and shop next time I visit. It was just a quick in and out that visit. But I found what I was needing.

    Kandi with Clinique helped my daughter today for her first makeup application. She took her time and explained technique, and went over how to clean her face properly. She made it a very special experience for both my daughter and myself and we really appreciate it! Thanks Kandi!

    This Ulta is awesome. I had never been in an Ulta. The sales personnel were helpful, friendly and patient. There were great sales. I had their $10 facial on th spur of the moment. Such a nice treat. Their return policy is great. I cant wait til my next shopping trip!

    The visit didn’t start off too well as about 5 employees walked by us without asking if we needed help and ignored us. We went in to find my fiancé some makeup and didn’t know what to buy. I ended up asking Heather for help. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us out. We left completely happy and more knowledgeable about makeup. We ended up purchasing a large amount of product as well. Thank you so much Heather! You’re a rock star!

    I brought my 30 year old daughter here for a facial as a Christmas gift. Her beauty technician was on time for the appointment and gave her a wonderful facial, doing more than what was expected. She explained all products and didnt lecture her about the condition of her skin. My daughter loved her. She ended up buying some products. We will definitely come back!

    When I get excited about a place, I have to let everyone know. I dont wear a lot of makeup, and shy away from places that specialize in it... they must be expensive, right? (And Im more mature - not a hip young beauty in the making!) Well, I got such a pleasant surprise all around.I had the opportunity to do a TV & FILM project and I called ahead to see if there was such a thing as TV and FILM makeup. Angelina told me yes, theyd be happy to help me and that the next day when I was planning to come in, there would be several staff on hand who could help me and told me exactly which part of the store to go to..... Sure enough, everyone was so helpful!! Someone guided me to Holly who guided me to some products that I could test for color. She said shed be right back (she was about to do some professional service in the salon area)... BUT she was so kind, she left another gal nearby should I have any questions. I was not alone! (And no longer intimidated by makeup).. I felt so comfortable. Holly came back and helped with the color test and showed me why colors would act differently in different lighting. Seriously??? She had way more information than I could have ever found on google! And she had the time and the sweetness to help a novice like me. Sally (at checkout) was another delightful and sweet person - and did I say that the expensive was all in my mind! They had many of the same prices as items Id seen in the drugstore! Anyway, as I left that day, I just thought : Thank you! And I will be back.

    I want to shout out Natasha in the Ulta Beauty Salon at Pier Park. I have long hair and am always anxious about getting my hair done. I have had so many bad experiences. I found Natasha last year and finally get excited about getting my hair done! We discuss the entire process and she always confirms with me about length before she cuts. I trust her completely. She is a master in her craft and works to perfect it all the time. She is my forever stylist!!! Thank you Natasha for an amazing experience and for my beautiful hair!!!

    I have shopped at this location multiple times and always received excellent customer service. After a horrible experience at a different salon I decided to go to the salon to see if they could correct my color. Skylar was my stylist and she was nothing short of amazing!! I expressed my concern about the damage to my hair and explained that I wanted the color corrected but didn’t want to cause anymore damage to my hair. She was very confident that she could not only correct my color but would be able to do it without causing anymore damage. I was shocked at my results. She did an amazing job!! This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. All of the stylists were very friendly and down to earth (they almost had me crying from laughing so much). I will definitely return. Thank you Skylar!! You are awesome:)

    The staff is approachable (which is a big deal for me). They never make me feel dumb for asking questions about products. I can ask for cheaper versions of certain products and they not only point me in the right direction, but help me compare them. Ive never had to worry about them breathing down my neck as I shop around. They are all so pretty and knowledgeable, unlike at Sephora where the girls look like they have mud smeared all over their faces.I love this place.

    My 9 year old daughter and I went yesterday and had our hair cut and colored. I have received so many compliments on the color today and my daughter loves her hair as well! Thank you again Thomas for doing such a fabulous job on my cut and color and extra special thanks to Madison who treated my daughter like a princess and made her feel so special. We dont have the opportunity to do mommy daughter days often and you both helped make our day even more awesome. Ive seriously never had a better experience at a salon and my daughter getting that extra attention really meant a lot to me. We will definitely be back!

    Went to get my haircut here twice. The second time i made an appointment for a curly cut with Morgan, and she did a great and beautiful job! exactly what a wanted, everything i hoped for. I finally figured out what routine works with my hair and i got it looking even better than when i left, which is saying something. My curls finally look alive and here. 10/10, will always recommend her, and will always book with her. Found my stylist 💖

The girls in the store have always gone above and beyond to help me find what I need.I’ve also gotten my hair cut in the salon several times and every time has been a great experience. I really like the new location compared to the older store!

    I love this store! I have always been helped! I also cant see how they are rasist to black people as another review above claims because not only am I black and a regular treated with respect but my mother had gotten her hair done by Natasha and she treated her wonderfully with great hair results. The lady who said they dont respect her because she is black is nuts! Has to be her attitude problem! My cashier was even black and the girl who helped me was not white either. Love this store and the sweet helpful girls who work there! I am a customer for #lyfe!!!

She is the only one, out of the many times I have been there, that took the time to help me with every single thing I was looking for!     The best salon in Panama City hands down! I recommend this salon to all of my friends. As an artist and model I need my hair to be picture perfect and can be so difficult to get the perfect blonde and Alyson has achieved it. I came in with a problematic cut and dye and the manager Maria went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of happy and loved my hair. It’s so rare to encounter this level of empathy and caring she truly listened to what was wrong and paired me with the perfect stylist to fix it. I truly felt so special and couldn’t be happier with my hair now.

    I recently had my brows waxed at this location, by Tessa, and am very happy with the results. I am always a little scared when I get them waxed because Ive had them temporarily ruined a few times in my life. The brow PTSD is real. Tessa patiently listened to my list of donts and waxed accordingly, and was also super careful working with and around an eye injury I currently have. Five stars :)

    So I went in a while back to get a lash applicator. Unfortunatly, it was not in the display. However, this really friendly sales associate named Kourtney checked in the back with no hesitation and found exactly what I was looking for. Not only did I get that, she also recommend me an amazing skin care product that helps set my makeup and help with my redness. She also mentioned in the most refined way about the amazing rewards program and eloquently explained the benefits that it offered. Kourtney was one of the nicest employees that i have had repport with. Be sure to keep an eye out for her. The store was overall amazing and the staff oozed with positivity.

    This place is great. Clean and Well stocked !!You can get name brand makeup at company prices with almost no markup.(By name brand I mean NYX, Smashbox, not Covergirl or revlon)They do however sell commercial brand things like hairdye etc at a bit of a markup. Walmart is next plaza over if you want box dye or commecial makeup.But this is a great place for the real deal.I do agree that some of the women working here have a bit of a chip on their shoulder, but thats probably because theyre ALWAYS busy. 2 thumbs up ladiesREVISION: I take the stocked part back,Recently they never have ANYTHING in stock.And a week before the holiday youd think theyd have all shelves overstocked.I am moving on to online shopping, they rarely run out!

    Vickie did a fantastic job. I made the big decision to transition from golden blonde to natural gray. Because of trends by younger crowd to silver, Vickie saId there are new products now to achieve the look in style. She made it perfect, adding highlights too til we were both happy and everyone else impressed. I sought her out when visiting in the panhandle because she gave the best haircuts in Williston, ND, then moved to Panama City Beach. The miles we will travel for quality!
