AMAZING! I’ve been going here for the past year. First time having Angela do my nails and I will absolutely ask for her every time now. Best dip manicure I’ve ever had. Red are my current. White are the ones I had done here 10 days ago. The white were fine but this new set is OUTSTANDING!

The first time I went I had a little problem with my nails but they were so quick to reach out to me and fix them up as soon as I was available. These people really care about their customers and will get you right. My nails were done by one of the ladies a second time around and she did fantastic! The place is very clean and you can tell all the customers enjoy going there.

This is by far one of the most professional, clean, and friendly salons I have ever been to!! Usually when I go to nail salons i always leave not as happy as a should have been, I know I have bad natural nails (like really bad) they are incredibly short, cracked, and thin. I know stylist don’t usually like doing my nails and I’m always told they are to small to do anything so I always just get what the professional recommends because when I go in with picture references they usually say I can’t do that because I don’t have good nails. Then when they are finished they are bulky and crooked and I always just assumed it’s because I have bad nails to begin with.Angela on the other hand (the stylist I had here) saw my reference photo and went right for it, didn’t say a word about my nails being how they are ( which was amazing because I’m very insecure about them) MY NAILS HAVE NEVER LOOKS BETTER!!!!! She did so great! She gave me acrylics and she made them look like my natural nails! They are perfectly shaped ( not thick and blocky) and the design she did was even better!!!! She took the time to be sure that I loved everything and she even got the extra product off the underside of my nails, now THATS attention to detail!!! I have never left a salon and felt this good about my self.Also a shout out to Lily! She did my pedicure and she was so kind and so gentle ( I’m very ticklish) She talked to us like she knew us for years just so warm and inviting. Made me feel like I was welcomed the whole time. She did gel French tips on my toes and they are so BEAUTIFUL!!!I can never go to another salon again after this experience, Y’all have proven to me to be the absolute best here in Panama City! I’m spoiled now! You blew my expectations out of the water! I will be recommending this salon to EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!Thank you so much for giving me the nails of my dreams!!!!

I typically have a great experience with Lucy and Ken. The nails with the red and gold and the pink with reindeer were done by Lucy. The simply red French tip nails were done by another team member. I got my nails done 6 days ago but both my nail tech and the one next to her tried to convince me I needed a fill ( I didnt and dont, my nails arent super growers.) the lines are not clean on the red without gold nails. The pinky shape is awful and now has been caught on something. I came in with the shape of the pink and reindeer nails, I loved my shape and I left with muddy lines in the French tip, nails that are not the shape I wanted, the pointer finger nail was filed into an odd shape as she was discussing my much needed fill. 6 days and the only reason I wanted a design change was for a special event tonight. My name in your system is Alexandra 🫶 3/55/5 Lucy and Ken are great and bon nails is always willing to fix an issue. Have made future appointments

Very nice pedicure. They had the biggest selection of special effects (cats eye, glitter, halographic, etc) nail polishes Ive ever seen in a salon, which was super awesome! I ended up getting gel because they dont have very many regular polishes, so my only critique is that they need to separate the regular polish selections that they have so you can easily pick from one of them if you want to do regular polish. But everything else was very nice. Relaxing atmosphere. I got the classic pedicure. I feel like the price was pretty well on par with others in the area. I think it was 35 for an extra 20 for gel?

I broke 2 nails at work yesterday and needed to get them done asap. I had never been here before but Ive been looking for a good nail salon since I moved here in July. I walked in at 5:30 without an appointment and was sat in a chair shortly after. Mimi was my technician. She was great! Very friendly and attentive. She did an awesome job on my nails. The best place Ive been thus far. Ill definitely be going back!

If you’re looking for a great nail salon in Panama City, look no further! I’ve tried so many salons in town and none of them even come close to this place. They’re fast, friendly, do an AMAZING job, and provide a nice relaxing atmosphere. I love my nails EVERY. SINGLE. TIME and I’m extremely picky about them. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with my nails. I get so many compliments and I try to recommend this place to everyone. I have just recently moved to the area and way over due for a fill-in appointment. I look at reviews before contacting a business and did just that in this case yesterday. On Bon Nails website they have online appointments, They had availability for the evening! I booked it and added a note of what I currently have and what I needed. I had immediate appointment confirmation and within a few minutes, Ken called and asked if I could come an hour later, I gladly did so.Upon arrival, the salon was so clean and very pretty, I signed in and Ken immediately had me at his table. He asked questions verifying information about my nails and my likes and dislikes. He had wonderful recommendations, answered and explained all of my questions. He spent extra time with me making sure I loved and approved of my nails.Ken and his wife were so friendly, kind and sweet. Everyone there smiled and spoke to me. I highly recommend Bon Nails! Ken does my nails and does an AMAZING job! Before I started going to Bon Nails my nails were always super short and brittle. Ken has made my nail health a priority and my nails are now the longest they’ve ever been! I’m overly pleased with the customer service, quality, and atmosphere that Bon Nails has!The pink set was my first set done at Bon Nails with acrylic and tips. The white chrome was my second set (this picture was taken a week or two after I got them done) acrylic fill in. And the last set I just got done is the colorful set and we took the tips and acrylic off and did dip this time, and I no longer need tips or extensions for my nails anymore!

I can’t say enough good things about Bon Nails! Lucy has been my nail tech for the last 6 months while I’ve been working Panama City. I tried a few other salons but they just don’t compare. Friendly, qualified, clean, great color selection. Lucy can do pretty much any design, if wanted. My work is done and I will be heading home. I will truly miss my visits to get my nails done. Very talented! I’ve been to a lot of nail places in town and they always made me uncomfortable and bleed from the cuticle treatments and the harsh sandpaper on my skin. I will only be giving a 4 star review though because they scraped up my toes (mostly my right big toe) and it hurt a lot to have my toe nails done but otherwise it was phenomenal. I got my nails done for my college graduation ceremony later that evening, so I decided on a gel acrylic and asked for designs and they sure delivered better than I thought. Ken did my Fingernails for the most part expect some harder designs where Lucy stepped in. They are dedicated to their work and well knowledged.

Normally I get my nails done at a different salon, however they were booked until the end of September, so I decided to look around. I found Bon Nails, which I didn’t know existed but glad that I stopped by. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the salon and the nail tech knew exactly what I wanted without needing to provide him with a picture. He took his time and made sure that, through out the process, I was okay with the color, shape, and size of my nails. He was also very delicate and took his time when doing the dip process on my nails.

I had an issue with my nails and the charge for gel when I asked for regular polish for my neighbor. The owner personally contacted me and corrected the over charge. He was incredibly polite, as was the nail tech. The salon is a bit pricey, but very clean and calming atmosphere. My nail tech was very thorough and paid attention to detail. She did her best to give me what I asked for.

The BEST pedicure I’ve had! They took their time and I appreciated being pampered. Asked if I wanted a water and soda during my appt. The salon is so CLEAN. Had a wonderful experience with Ken yesterday! I have had a difficult time finding a salon that does quality work since moving here from Tallahassee in 2021. Ken did a great job, he was sooo nice and really takes pride in his work. The salon is gorgeous and comfortable. Also Lucy does beautiful nail design/art if you are looking. I will definitely be a regular. Their pricing was good as well! They are the new salon by Planet Fitness. Check them out!

I booked my appointment last minute online and was nervous I wouldnt be able to get in the same day. They ended up calling me to reschedule a little later in the day which I was disappointed about but let me just say it was definitely worth the wait. They were very professional and calling me to discuss my appointment time and details of the set that I wanted which I was very impressed with. Once I arrive the salon was very clean and I love the vibe. Last salon I went to I was very upset with how they turned out, I wanted a marble design and instead of telling me they were unable to do it they did a horrible job and still charged me. I was very happy when the man doing my nails had a lady take over because he knew he wasnt able to do the design I wanted and they turned out beautiful! Will definitely be returning for my next set (pic is after a week and i have a hands on job)

I came to this place because of the reviews online. I have been shopping for a new nail shop. This is the cleanest most organized nail salon I’ve ever been in. All the staff members were very nice. Lucy did my nails and did a great job. The next station over was Bon. He also did an amazing job on the customers nails. This is not your average nail salon and the people that work here are nail artist. If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, this is the place to go. I had a 4:45 p.m. appointment on 12/11 with Bi to get a gel fill and gel pedicure. She was running behind with her clients. Bo was nice enough to remove my gel from my nails. However, Bo asked me if someone else could do my pedicure and I told him yes. However they sat 2 people who walked in awhile after me, and had them seated for their pedicures, while Im still waiting on Bi. I was told that Bi would be the one to do my nails. I was okay with that. The technician that was going to do my pedicure wasnt identified until Bi started. He then stopped her and told her to take the 2 people who had an appointment at 6 p.m, it was 6:30 p.m. at that time. I waited a whole hour, until 5:45 p.m. to get my services started and you mean to tell me because shes the one that can remove an in grown, they stop my services to start their services. The technician should have been identified prior to Bi starting. This is not good customer service. Just as I had to wait a whole hour, they should have waited too. My appointment was before theirs regardless of the services.I am satisfied with my services but not the customer service. My services was finally completed at 7:30 p.m. after playing musical nail techs.Appointments should definitely be handled in the order that they come.

This is a large, beautiful nail salon. It is very clean and I was impressed with the large variety of nail polish and gel polish colors, there are many to choose from. Simply wonderful! My daughter gifted me a luxury pedicure at Bon Nails because she really enjoys having her nails done here. And… my goodness! I didn’t even know there were so many luxuries to enjoy, LoL. The service was exceptional, everyone was very polite and spoke in soft tones. The TV’s were scrolling beautiful landscapes, and music was playing at an unobtrusive volume. It was SO unlike other salons where I’ve felt bombarded by loud voices, TV’s blaring action movies or reality shows, and inattentive pedicurists (is that a word, LoL?). This was a completely different experience. When I commented on that fact, Phoenix responded that this is supposed to be a time for the client to relax - wow. And, relax me she did. After her massage and caring attention, my feet didn’t hurt at all. I even went shopping afterward and didn’t suffer from achey feet. I’ll definitely be back.
