Love michelle & tammy! these ladies are so great. i’m not a fan of many of the front desk ladies, they’re kind of bitter & make it seem like they don’t want to be there which isn’t great for representing their office. my experience with the medial providers however, has been great during the duration of my pregnancy.

The staff in the front were kinda short and one came off with a bit of an attitude but the ones that were in the back were very nice and friendly. They were amazing and didnt mind helping me with anything I didnt know and gave me a lot of information on different things and were just really informed about everything we talked about. The wait wasnt horrible but it did take up some time so I would suggest to not be in any rush for an appointment here but over all I was very happy with it and I plan to go back

I love seeing Michelle Sims or Tammy Mott. Both have delivered my babies. And now I just see them for my annual.My Only complaint is the wait. We are expected to get there 15 minutes early but then wait over an hour to see the provider. If a nurse would just let patients know “hey we are running behind by x amount time” or “hey provider is running a little behind because they delivered a baby that morning”. Then I understand.

Tammie Mott all day every day 🫶🏾informative, on point and caring! Dr.Stephen was great too . However, the front office staff excluding one person is Ill mannered! They close windows in your faces, if you are late they refuse to let you see the doctor (and when I get there before time I have to sit and wait,but was refused services twice for being 10 mins late ). They need training they are the problem. The doctors are awesome and professional 💯

Michelle Sims has been my provider now for 6 years. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable with every visit. If there is an issue, she is going to look further into it and make sure it is taken care of to the best of her ability. I can’t speak for the rest of the practice, as I have never seen any of the other providers. I highly recommend Michelle.

Tammie Mott provided excellent care. I have seen her as my provider for 8 years now and have always received the attention and care a woman deserves. She always listens to me and never rushes. She never pushes her own agenda but truly cares and listens to her patients. You can tell its not a job to her but her passion. I am truly looking forward to coming to this OBGYN! COURTNEY H.!! You deserve a medal for how you’ve treated me and have helped me literally step by step by getting into this office. I am from out of state and had been unable to change my plan and was stuck with a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE doctor! I explained my situation to Courtney and she assisted me with getting my plan changed, getting my medical records sent over and fitting me into the office schedule. I am truly grateful I came across her and this place to help me along my pregnancy journey. This is my first pregnancy and I haven’t been able to enjoy it much due to the lack of care or concerns from previous doctor. I know I may have called the office a million times but Courtney H didn’t let that bother her and made sure she answered all 10,000 of my questions and got the job done. I am so grateful and happy they have her behind the phone lines and desk. We need more people like that in this world and I hope she prospers tremendously in her career!! Thank you again Courtney H!! Awesome staff here! From the front desk staff down to the Medical Assistants and Nursing staff. I saw every provider during my pregnancy all which were nice, but I fell in love with Dr. Smiths ability to establish a good rapport with his patients. He was honest, transparent, VERY thorough and has a down to earth personality. My visits with him were NEVER rushed. He took the time to answer each question and concern I had. I loved the fact that they encourage their patients to see every provider at least once to establish care so that everybody is familiar with each other just in case another had to deliver one anothers patients baby. This a very busy clinic, but they make taking care of women and babies look easy! I was caring a Christmas baby! Lets just say there was no more room at the inn when it was time for me to deliver. (Only one hospital that delivered post hurricane Michael) I was on stanby everyday of the week but the coordination of their staff and the hospital staff was EXCELLENT ! I ended up delivering on the 23rd of December and we spent Christmas day in the hospital enjoying our new bundle of joy!

Been going here for 2 years, I started off with Medicaid. Being young, most clinics would see me with Medicaid and treat me harshly. But not Dr. Webb and her nurses/staff.For years I had female issues… first year with Dr Webb, I shared my concerns and she listened to me, gave kind reassurance even told me when my ultrasound didn’t show endo, so I suggested could she possibly do laparoscopic procedure too see if I have it or not, she agreed even said these thoughtful words to me “even if there isn’t anything there, it’s good to know 100% .” Had the surgery, I did have endo, she took care of it. A year later due to my situation my endo came back and I started having more pains. And other symptoms. I suggested a hysterectomy. At 21 it’s uncommon for a dr to even be okay with that suggestion or even listen, but dr Webb knew and sympathized with my pain, and gave a listening ear to my suggestion. She did try other methods instead of immediately to do the surgery sense it a permanent decision, but due to my nature other treatments failed to help. So I got my surgery this year. Even during insurance difficulties Dr Webb and her team helped me so much. When my first surgery was cancelled due to insurance reasons,she personally called me and told me she was sorry about the cancellation and she will try her best to help. And she successfully did just that. At 21, feeling more myself and relieved I have a much brighter future for myself. Thank you Dr Webb. I will/have always recommend her to all my friends and family. Currently 3 of them go to her. I couldn’t have received such heartfelt support and treatment anywhere else.

I never wait more than a few minutes. Every employee I’ve encountered has been very kind, helpful, understanding, and incredibly caring. Dr. Percy delivered my sweet babygirl and I couldn’t have had a more AMAZING doctor! I ended up having to have a C-Section and I am mind blown at how good the incision looks. She truly did an amazing job. More importantly, Dr. Percy is super sweet, always takes a genuine interest in getting to know me more, answers any questions I have and it shows that she just wholeheartedly loves what she does. I am incredibly grateful and blessed to have found All About Women and Dr. Percy. I would give a 10 star rating if it would allow.

Amazing experience! We transferred from another doctors office for our second pregnancy visit because we had such a bad experience at the previous one. We were beyond happy with every aspect of our visit at All About women! Reception, nurses, doctor, and especially our ultrasound technician were all incredible and really put us at ease and able to enjoy this time together instead of feeling uncomfortable and stressed like the previous place. We can’t wait to continue with them for the rest of the pregnancy!

I am new to Panama City and researched many doctors before choosing Dr. Percy. I preferred to find a DO, as opposed to an MD. I was not disappointed. She is fantastic. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family. She listens to your concerns and is very easy to talk to. She’s the absolute best. We’re PCSing out of Tyndall so this will be my last visit with her and that sucks but it’s so hard to find a great lady doctor. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have seen both Dr. Pearcy and Dr. Mallory at this practice. Overall, I am quite happy with my experiences so far. But I would like to give a special shout out to Tiffany and Dr. Mallory. I had a procedure scheduled that needed to be rescheduled due to an equipment malfunction. Getting back on the schedule was proving to be difficult, but both Tiffany, who schedules for Dr. Mallory and Dr. Mallory worked together to figure out how to get me taken care of, even if it meant adjusting the doctors schedule to accommodate mine. I am so incredibly grateful to Tiffany for taking the time to work this out for me. She is a gem! I highly recommend all about women to anyone who is looking for a great OB/GYN practice!

I have been a patient at All About Women for 11 years now. They delivered 2 of my babies and will deliver baby #3. I know there are a lot of wonderful practices to choose from, but I cannot imagine going anywhere other than here. They have become like family. The doctors are highly trained, experienced professionals and they take the time to listen to you during your appointments rather than rush you out the door. The nursing staff is also professional and very empathetic. I am very grateful to be a patient at this practice :)

Love Dr Ramsden. He was my Dr throughout my first pregnancy and now for my second. Very quick and to the point. I hate waiting all day to go back.i usually get in and out on my lunch break. Its fantastic!

Dr Ramsden did my endometriosis surgery, I feel better than I ever have... years of pain gone. I was extremely nervous and the staff and doctors made sure I was comfortable and calm. EXCELLENT JOB. Love the practice and appreciate all you guys did for me.

This office called me to schedule my first appointment and was ready to send me to a specialist if needed. I did not need a specialist. This office has the best Ultrasound Techs, so nice. The office is literally right next to the hospital. They have worked very well with my insurance.

My daughter was released from the hospital for ovarian cyst was told to see her doctor which was on a Monday called and made a appointment .Which was made for the following Thursday a 1:30 she gets there they said no one made a appointment and refused to see her.Well this is not the first time or the second time they done this but the third and the woman making these appointments need to be fired she is rude and disrepectful the old Dr.Smith would never stand to see his practice be made a mockery of his good name my daughter is so sick and in so much pain i cannot believe they would treast her this way being she has been a patient there even delievered her baby which by the way was born 3 mths premature.I will not stand for this woman to keep her job i cannot believe we are the only ones. Please Smith jr. do something about your front desk help.
