    The doctor who saw my son was excellent and very patient. The assistants were wonderful as well. Although he was moving during the treatment she did not seem bothered and attempted to make him as comfortable as possible.

    Great experience except for the front desk receptionist when I was checking in she did not bother to say anything other than to ask my name. She did not say good morning, you can be seated I have you checked in. As a matter of fact she did not even look up at me period to acknowledge my presence.

    The doctor who saw my son was fantastic, as were the assistants. There was a trainee, a young man, who was very kind and did a great job. Despite being in training, he was attentive and professional, which really helped put us at ease during the visit. My son has been struggling with persistent rashes for quite some time, and it has been a major concern for us. The doctor, a woman, was wonderful in taking the time to thoroughly explain what might be causing the rashes. She discussed several potential triggers and underlying conditions that could be contributing to the issue.What really stood out was how clearly and patiently she explained everything. She made sure we fully understood the possible causes, how to prevent the rash from worsening, and the next steps in terms of treatment. Her approach made the whole experience far less stressful, and we left feeling reassured and confident in the care plan. The professionalism and care from the entire team were excellent, and I’m confident we are on the right path to managing my son’s condition. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

    They Dr we saw was amazing with my 3 year. We had a cherry hematoma. They numb the area and then shaved off the mark on her cheek. He only cried a little, but she did so well and the doctors are great.

    Dr Ward and nurses are awesome. Dermatology specialists of Floridaare awesome. Just wish we didnt have to come in just to hear lab results from doctor if they are normal. Wish they would relay that over the phone. But other than that he is a very thorough,knowledgeable and good surgeon passionate about helping his patients with skin cancer.

    I have been seeing Dr Lewis and she has done great in my experience. I’ve had skin cancer off and on for 30 years and seen several dermatologist in this area starting with Dr Seragusa. Everyone there i believe is nice and the office is relaxing so I’ll continue going there, and recommend her.

    Dr. Lewis and Kristen (nurse) couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, but Paul, in making an appointment, was rude and his tone was plain hateful. He also clearly lied. I finally told him I’d call later and make it myself. That’s never happened to me at any of your locations and actually anywhere else.

    Well I tried to do a one star, cause of the pain my ear is in right now, then realizing that is my fault(smh) I have to give a five star, the assistants are amazing, courteous and quick to keep you comfortable and and answer all you questions, Dr Ward is like a ninja, in and gone, but left my ear cancer free according to the test they ran, I cannot for the life of me find a negative thing to say about about a single soul that works there, pleasant, upbeat and even singing, it was an amazing experience considering the circumstances of why I was there, I hope not but this is my go to if I have any needs…..

    Good experience. A bit of a wait (30 minutes after appt time), but it was a mid day appt, so that’s to be expected. Office staff was extremely busy on their computers at my arrival and dismissal.ARPN Brittanie was thorough and kind. That’s the most important part anyway, feeling like I received good medical care.

    We love Dr. Haley Lewis. Her assistant/ nurse today was very nice and great help to us. However, the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival for our appointments I walked to the check-in window and said Good Morning . I was completely ignored. I stood there for a few minutes then walked away. My husband stood there and after another minute or so she looked up. He gave her our names and she told him we had paperwork to update. Again, no smile or greeting. After our appointment I stopped by her desk to drop off the completed paperwork and we were again ignored. I left it on the counter and walked around to the check-out side. The male front desk person was not friendly either. I told him I needed to check our schedule to make out yearly exam. He said your all set without a smile or have a good day. I worked in a medical office for 30 yrs. I know what the interaction with the front office can do to set the tone for a patients visit and departure. Maybe some training on that would help. It was just very off putting.

    Very efficient as each person works their individual tasks in sync. The staff is knowledgeable, effective, communicative, and patient friendly with emphasis on the best care. Lobby wait times vary from 5 to 50 minutes past set appointment times, averaging a wait about 20-35. . Today was only 5 minutes, quick and smooth from beginning to end. I have been a patient for about 15 years.

    Dr Ward is wonderful. He is respectful of your time and runs very close to seeing you at your scheduled appointment time. He is good at what he does. In the past he found a cancer on my back and removed it. I had no idea it was there. This time he found a precancerous spot and treated it. I highly recommend Dr Ward.Brittany Cox is an excellent nurse practitioner. I highly recommend her.I saw Brittany Cox again and she is an excellent nurse practitioner. Shes found a spot on my back that she was suspicious of so she took a biopsy of it. I love the care that they take of me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a dermatologist.

    I had a great experience here today. I had an appointment for both myself and my 13 month old daughter, they were able to schedule an appointment at the same time for both of us. This was so convenient and made my life as a mom a lot easier. Michelle brought us back and listened to my concerns about myself and my daughter. She asked me questions and was very thorough. Brittany Cox, CRNP was my provider and she was wonderful. Herself and Michelle both were in the room during my visit. Michelle wrote everything down for me so I could understand exactly what I needed to do for myself and my daughter after our appointment (this was incredibly helpful because I had a 1 year old with me which was very overwhelming). Brittany was very thorough, answered all my questions. This was a second opinion appointment for my daughter and a first dermatologist appointment for me. I finally feel like I have a very straight forward plan to follow for my daughter. She reassured me I’m doing everything I can for my daughter and she will be following up for rechecks to ensure her skin is improving. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable and I never once got “I don’t know” like I’ve been getting from previous appointments at other places. I also never felt like I was a bother even with my toddler running around during my appointment, they were very sweet to her. I was impressed from the front desk attendees all the way to the back with my provider. I also have received a facial for the first time from their aqua medical spa and the treatment is just as great upstairs compared to downstairs. I am very picky, especially when it comes to my daughters care, and this place did an amazing job. I won’t go anywhere else.

    The process of getting an appt with Dr Ward’s office was very easy. I saw Brianna Berry, her and her tech were outstanding!!! I am thankful that Dr Ward and his team are providing these services. Only concern was a front desk person. I stood there waiting to check in and they were doing something on computer. It would have gone a long way if she acknowledged I was there and said she would be right with me, but I stood there until the person on other side of desk turned around and asked me if I needed help.

    I have no complaints at all. When you enter the facility it is clean, I was greeted by the receptionist even before I reached the check-in counter. She was friendly and helpful and had a very warm smile. I did not wait but a few minutes before being taken back for my appointment. The exam room was very clean and comfortable. It was only a few minutes wait until Dr. Ward came in. He is so down to earth yet professional. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease.     I showed up late due to multiple issues that could not have been foreseen. My water was cut off, delaying a shower, my GPS wouldn’t recognize my destination, 23rd Street had a disabled vehicle in the middle of my lane of traffic causing people to pull into the turning lane to go around the vehicle and blo the turn lane while the turn signal was green to turn left onto Harrison Avenue. Despite all of this frustration, I was welcomed by the front desk, who gave me an open slot with a different Dr @ a later appt time, allowing me to fill out the paperwork. I later mistakenly answered to the calling of someone else’s name that sounded like mine, no one moved either. After going back to the room me and the staff member realized the mistake. Instead of having me return to the front like most other offices, she allowed me to stay put and brought my paperwork. I was properly prepared for the procedure, as I was well numbed an antiseptic was used, along with a verbal explanation of before and aftercare was given. Overall I give the experience an abnormally high rating. Including the Dr.’s time, Professionalism, and demeanor. Being a retired RN who started as a medical corpsman, I think I can give a qualified rating. The other medical staff member who aided in my total care also gets an A++ rating if I didn’t make that clear. Along with the front desk member.

I called him yesterday, and got an appointment for.......today! They saw me with a short wait and...did the diagnosis and procedure right then and there!     Took a long time for me to get into see a Doctor but glad I went through with the waiting. Scheduled a different location and found out that I had cancer on my right ear. Was diagnosed with something totally different prior to seeing Dr. Ward. Staff was very nice and caring through the biopsy and the procedure to cut it out of my ear.     I’ve been seeing Dr. Ward and now Angela Danley for years. I have no complaints about their practice/bedside manner and trust their ability to care for me. I really have a pleasant experience during my check-ups.The only reason I docked one star is because the scheduling and billing are outsourced so it’s extremely difficult to get a hold of this office. I had a procedure that was cancelled due to the physician being out sick and it took multiple times me calling the scheduling service to finally get a call back from the local office to reschedule my procedure (as the scheduling service does not schedule procedures).All in all I recommend Dermatology Speciists and trust in their care.
