She took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped to calm my nerves.I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the entire process was. Jodys calming demeanor and gentle touch made a big difference. I have had several Brazilians done before however this was by far the BEST experience ever. She was very,pleasant,professional and gentle. She guided me through my entire session which helped with taking my mind off the discomfort.I highly recommend Wax Palace and will definitely be back.This review is a week later,and my skin is as smooth as the moment it first got done,no irritation or swelling whatsoever... Im well pleased ☺️.
