I love classic lashes that almost look natural. I usually get a set done and then feel like it’s too much but Amanda understood exactly what I was looking for. Since I met Amanda I have religiously done my lashes every 2 weeks. She is a professional that loves her work and it shows!

Amazing service. I get my lashes done by Heidi every 4 weeks and it’s been the best decision ever! They last a long time and stay looking pretty even right up until my fill-in appointment. It’s also super relaxing getting your lashes done. It’s so pretty inside and and they give you nice fluffy blankets to snuggle up during your appointment.

Today was my first appointment at Luxe, I had the technician Amanda and she was amazing! She makes me feel super comfortable, and she took her time. I never felt like she was rushing. We started right on time and when I told her it was my first time getting lash extensions, she made sure to explain the process. I’ve been going to Luxe since January 2024. I’ve had the technician Rachel and she has always made sure I left with what I was wanted. She makes me feel super comfortable, and she takes her time never felt like she was rushing. She’s punctual and she follows up on my lashes a few days out making sure they’re still good. I’m huge on oral hygiene and you get your lashes done;your technicians tend to breathe on you from time to time and every time she’s had fresh breath! She has a pleasant personality and understands what my vision is and makes them happen!! 10/10 recommend her!!

I must say, I miss my lash lady Christina. I recently moved to Virginia and it’s been super hard finding someone to do my lashes. I usually get a wispy set with Melissa but I have also seen Mona and Elizabeth and the level of talent and skill at this salon is unlike any other I’ve been to. Each lash artist I have seen here does an amazing amazing job. I recommend them to everyone. Luxe is my place!This is a Great salon! I’ve gotten my lashes done at a lot of places but this place is always ready and on time. They are unusually fast at doing my lashes and they seem to last forever. So glad I found Luxe!

I almost hesitate to write this review because I know its only a matter of time before the word is out and it becomes impossible to get a booking! Linda and the whole team are so talented with lash extensions - their work literally transforms your face. Their online self-service booking system is key for a schedule-oriented Type A like me. They do a great job of sending appointment reminders and get you in and out on time. The salon is very clean and I love their feminine decor. Its such a welcoming atmosphere that it feels like an hour of relaxation rather than something to just check off your to-do list.

I’ve been going to Luxe for about a year now and have absolutely loved it. Elizabeth has done my lashes since day one, and I cannot recommend her enough! She always kills it, from my hybrids to color extensions to my new favorite volume set. I started going with the intention of getting extensions for an event and my wedding, and that was it. I had a nightmare experience right before my wedding with an eyebrow wax, but Elizabeth did a tint that saved the day. So now I’m there every few weeks for a fill and once a month for an Eyebrow wax and tint because I love it so much. Prices are super reasonable, and the place is gorgeous.

Seriously one of the best, most relaxing places to get your lashes done. The first time I walked into the building was amazing. Its so cute. The vibe and friendly community from everyone who works here is very comforting. Elizabeth is the best and I wouldnt let anyone else touch my lashes--shes professional, always asks if I need anything, and is so efficient that I fall asleep pretty much every time I have an appointment because, again, its so relaxing. Shes so patient if my twitchy eyelids or lashes sometimes just dont want to cooperate, and she always remembers what we chatted about during the last appointment. She works hard and has earned every dollar--as Im sure everyone here has. BUT, there should be a warning somewhere because I feel so dang good after a fresh lash refill that Im just like ok, take all my money. Couldnt ask for better service! (:

Absolutely loved everything about my visit. The salon is beautiful with light pink and cream walls and wall prints and furniture with a pop Parisian flair, the candles smelled so wonderful. There are cold drinks, coffee and sweets. My stylist, Elizabeth is very smart and sweet. I came in for a fill and she did an amazing job. I was comfortable and my lashes came out perfect! I enjoyed the comfortable chair and the music. I wanted dark and dramatic and she delivered!! There was no stickiness and no poking or pinching. Honestly, I haven’t had such a good experience getting my lashes done since being in Japan. Thrilled to have found a professional but not snooty lash salon with so much personality and many thoughtful touches in Downtown, Pensacola! Thank youuuuuu!!!!!!

Elizabeth is the women for the job! She made my experience getting my lashes done relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish! After months of dissatisfaction with corporate establishments and monthly memberships with no flexibility in products and glue that left my eyes irritated, contacts burning and stinging most mornings. I now have a whole new lease on waking up with no irritation or a bed full of lashes. They last two weeks easily and I am avid boater and beach bum. I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years now. I switched to Lux over a year ago when I moved here. I’ve gone to Linda, Melissa, Heidi, Liz. They’re all great!!!! The retention is CRAZY! I workout twice a day. Sometimes I don’t have time to wash my lashes ASAP. That being said, my retention can still be stretched out for 31/2 weeks. If I weren’t working out so much, these babies would easily last a month with no fill! Even when I had a last minute shoot and got my times mixed up they still made it work and helped me out! Love this team SO SO SO SO MUCH!

I am always more than happy with whatever I get and David always has the best suggestions. He really pays close attention to detail and you can see that not only in his work but in their beautiful shop as well. I get compliments on my nails anywhere I go! I haven’t braved getting my lashes done yet, but I have seen them on others and they are just as amazing! I always recommend their services to my friends and family.
