I can’t express how pleased I am with Emerald Aesthetics! The owner Jen was very polite & greeted me with an over view of the services offered. Loved the venue. I get my routinely waxes by Ms. Lateisha she is a gem with the waxing and facials! I am so excited to try the new medical grade facial next :) 10/10 recommend.

It was a perfect blend of pampering and effective skincare, leaving me feeling refreshed and happy with the results. Ms Lateisha was great and also Ms Jen!!! They are excellent people. Ms Jen made me feel is great to speak to she is very understanding.

I’ve talked about getting Botox for YEARS for my forehead lines and for my jaw lines. Me and my roommate went and saw Jen today and for my first time, I LOVED how easy and knowledgeable she was with informing me on what I wanted. She was super supportive and did amazing! 10/10 would recommend this business and Jen herself! Thanks again girl!

5 out of 5 stars for sure! Kathryn is the absolute BEST! Went in for a hydroglow facial and had the best time. She was super sweet, easy to connect with or ask questions to, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked inside. Her attention to detail and gentleness were seen in every step of the facial, and the results were fantastic. Can’t wait to continue to see her for my future facial needs!

Jen and Kathryn are absolutely amazing! Emerald has such a unique vibe and it’s so warm and inviting! My facial with Kathryn was incredible and so relaxing! My skin is glowing! Also I love that they use ZO skin care and I always stay stocked up on my favorite products.

Went to a Botox Party at Emerald Aesthetics and Jen was a dream! She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable! I’m new to the area and finding someone you can trust to inject your face is difficult! She gave me her opinion on many different things and was glad to see she said she didn’t recommend certain things! I work in healthcare and so I look at things more precisely and she opened the bottle of Botox in front of me, drew it up in front of me. I appreciated that from a medical standpoint. I would recommend Jen she will tell you the truth and not just try to sell you on things you don’t need! Added plus she looks glowing and NORMAL- not full of filler like some other injectors!

I can’t say enough good things about Jen and Catherine! Jen is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and has a treatment plan to get you where you want to be. I have a really difficult lip shape to work with, so she started with Botox and we have a plan to go back and add filler. Catherine takes her time treating my skin, is an absolute sweetheart, and always considers my rosacea during treatments. I’m also in the process of swapping my skincare from SkinCeuticals to ZO, and they’re both very educated when it comes to recommending the best products for my skincare needs. These ladies are absolute gems and I’m telling everyone to go see them at Emerald Aesthetics!

I love that this studio is a walk from my office downtown and I’ll be able to walk in during lunch to take care of my vitamin b shots and other appointments! The space is very clean and welcoming, it is evident that the owner, Jen, put a lot of time and effort into it. Check in process was sooooo smooth because I had been emailed the patient forms to fill out online in addition to my appointment information. Jen immediately greeted me warmly and educated me on vitamin b shots: what to expect, benefits, asked me questions of my goals to ensure I was receiving the right treatment, etc. We had a blast during my appointment, Jen was caring and extremely personable. I will be coming back to this location for other treatments in the future, especially after having a very negative experience at another local medical spa in Pensacola. Emerald Aesthetics has an incredible Instagram presence as well which really drew me in.Review update: just completed my first facial with Kathryn and I have OFFICIALLY found my new aesthetic spa. I love(d) getting facials and did not get one in over two years because I had moved away from an office and aesthetician I trusted with my life and had horrible experiences with others in the past. Kathryn completely changed that for me. Some of the things I loved about Kathryn personally, including offering a wonderful space were: spent quality time working on my face and also focused on my neck which is often times forgotten, gave me three things to focus on instead of overloading with me with information on what to do for my specific skin, and respectfully explained products to me that would benefit me and why. Some people do this work for the sales and it was evident that Kathryn loves what she does. The primary focus of the appointment was to provide a relaxing experience and educate me on skin do’s and dont’s if I was interested, and I very much was. I look forward to future appointments here!!!

I have been living in the area for a little over two years, I have been to the spa only two times, and it has become my favorite spot in the Panhandle hands-down. The kindness helpfulness, and genuineness of the staff is gold - that goes far with me. That being said, I appreciate Emerald Aesthetics and HIGHLY recommend them for whatever youre looking for.

Wasnt 100% sure of the process regarding fillers as I had originally thought that I would be a good candidate for botox... however, at my consultation appointment with Jennifer she explained how I wouldnt really be able to achieve what I wanted with botox (Im 68) and I should consider fillers. I did choose to go that route and I honestly couldnt be any happier. I cant praise Jennifer enough and i would without a doubt recommend her to anyone considering having botox or fillers shes great.
