    Just absolutely amazing. I did 6 sessions and my results were great after the first one. No discomfort, no issues. For just ten minutes once a month, I really have no bad things to say. Sara is so nice and attentive. She’s open to questions and will make sure you understand the process and what’s happening. Scheduling is easy. The location may look “sketchy” but it really is not. Please don’t let that deter you. If you’re looking to get laser and you pass up Sara, you’d be making a mistake. It’s a very professional, clean, and well put together business. I feel comfortable referring all my friends here. You can see all the great reviews beyond just mine because Sara’s work truly is that reputable. 11/10 👍🏼

    I went to electrolysis for several years until Shelby Owens sold her practice and I quit going. When it became necessary for me to find a new electrologist I called Shelby and she told me the best person in town is Sara! She is the one who bought Shelbys practice so I made an appointment and go regularly. Sara is professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and an excellent electrologist. Call for an appointment...you wont be disappointed!

    I’ve had Sarah doing my laser for 8 months. I’m very happy with the results and do believe it’s worth the investment. Sarah is very attentive and knowledgeable. I love seeing her and appreciate her genuine care. She is a true professional when it comes to unwanted hair removal. It was one of the best decisions ever to do laser. The electrolysis she does is also great. I highly recommend Sarah and doing laser hair removal. It will change your life for the better.

    Sarah is awesome to work with and very affordable for laser hair removal! She’s educated on the machine she uses, has over 12 years of experience, and best of all makes you feel extremely comfortable during the treatments. She’s easy to talk to and takes your mind off of the laser. I’ve had great results after only 2 treatments with significantly less hair growing back!! I can’t wait to finish my next 4 rounds.

    This laser business has helped me tremendously with my body hair. I just wish I would’ve made the decision sooner to get laser hair removal done.     Sara is amazing! Her office is in the same building as the Doctors Diet clinic, but its upstairs. Text her when you get there or ask the front desk at Doctors Diet, and theyll help you find her. Pricing is on the higher end of fair but still only costs about half as much as other clinics in the area that only do IPL. Dont let the location fool you. Youll find it if you look for it. Appointment confirmation texts get sent at least twice before, so you have plenty of notice. For the value and efficacy of the treatments, you will not find better in Pensacola.

    I’ve been going since 2011; they have the BEST laser machine in town. Candela is one of the top laser hair removal systems to date. I did a lot of research years ago and thankfully came upon Shelby Owens, who by the way is the first registered electrologist in the State of Florida. After maybe 6 treatments over 2 years, because you cannot get laser on tan skin, never believe what these other businesses tell you. Laser away is a very honest business. My hair turned into baby fine hair and grows in tiny patches now. I did my legs, armpits and Brazilian. Honestly, I do not have to keep going but a touch up once a year, since 2014, compared to not worrying about shaving for a whole year before the baby fines come back is totally worth the small fee I pay. They charge per pulse which is wonderful! Sara is her helper and she does a great job, very knowledgeable and kind. They are affordable and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.

    We have been going here for many years. The staff is outstanding and the results are wonderful. The facility is very clean, the prices are affordable, and everything is explained. I have a special needs daughter who receives services as well. The staff goes to great lengths to make her happy and comfortable. Would never go anywhere else. I love them.
