    Always a great experience at Vital Dermatology. Dr. Beasley is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and caring. The staff is very friendly and competent.     I’ve been a patient of Dr. Beasley for several years, almost since she opened her own practice. I don’t always review doctors but I felt compelled to do so. I’ve seldom been in a doctor’s office with a doctor and a staff who are as attentive and professional as Dr. Beasley and her staff. I like the patient portal and have always gotten a quick response. I don’t have to drive 80 miles round trip to see her, there are dermatologists much closer to home, but it’s worth the drive to me to be treated by a doctor of Dr. Beasley’s caliber.

    Staff was very friendly as was the Dr. office was nice. I felt very comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that I was the last pt for the morning before lunch. I was a new patient as well. That day they were going to lunch and it seemed to be a rushed appt for someone new for a full screening. I will try them again and see. I can understand the situation because I worked in a medical office for years. I just won’t schedule again around that time. But overall experience wasn’t bad.

    Great dermatology care if you don’t mind waiting 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment time, so plan accordingly. Dr Beasley is knowledgeable and kind and makes you feel comfortable.

    Dr. Beasley was fantastic. Her office staff was very accommodating and cheerful. What a nice change from most medical offices where you are never greeted with a smile.     My wife and I followed Jenna over another practice since we believed in her and felt very comfortable with her outstanding abilities. I just had my 6 month check and from the moment I walked into the office till I left the staff made you feel like you belonged. Always smiles, always in beat conversations and always efficient. Her exam was thorough yet during it we had a wonderful conversation about a mutual friend - yet she never skipped a beat. She made sure I understood what she was doing during a procedure and again made me feel very comfortable. Great experience!!!

    Ive been seeing Dr. Beasley for a few years now. Dr. Beasley is the best! She not only listens but Im seen and actually heard. When necessary and appropriate she works closely with my other doctor to give me the best coordinated care. The staff members at Dr. Beasleys office are compassionate, kind, thoughtful and thorough. When I have used the patient portal to communicate with Dr. Beasley and/or staff I get a prompt and timely replies. Appointment times run on schedule and I have never had a long wait time in the lobby waiting to be seen. For these reasons, I recommend Dr. Beasley for your dermatology care.

    Highly recommend Dr. Beasley, her medical team, and staff at Vital Dermatology! Her level of care & understanding, ability to educate & prescribe appropriate treatment/medicine, and in my case work with a surgeon from a different practice to diagnose & create a path to wellness is second to none!!! Ive been treated by several dermatologists over the past 25 years, and have changed providers due to relocation, however, I cannot recommend any with higher regard than Dr. Beasley. I would recommend Dr. Beasley & Vital Dermatology to family and friends alike.

I really hate that!!! But I really didnt get that feeling here. From start to finish the office staff gave me the impression that they cared. Thank you office staff.I was there for a full skin check which you know it can be a bit unnerving. But, Dr Beasley was a very nice Dr. She was very thorough and very professional. She made the screening process a breeze. So if youve been putting off youre screening as I did because your uncomfortable with the screening process itself, then book your appointment with Dr Beasley. I dont think youll be disappointed.

    We visited Dr. Beasley to address a couple of my sons skin concerns. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the check in/check out process. When Dr. Beasley entered the room, she seemed genuinely interested about his concerns and proceeded to assist us in addressing what she could, inside her realm. After observing and listening to our needs, she promptly prescribed a medication for current use, agreed to authorize an outside means of treatment and proactively referred us to a different clinic to address the concerns that were outside of her realm. We were very satisfied with our experience and with Dr. Beasleys knowledge and genuine concern for our needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of dermatological care.

    With a nursing background I always suggest to update the patients in the waiting room why appointments are delayed. 40 min... this exam was the fastest, most thorough and completely answered any of my concerns. As a Nurse who had to book appts I just dont enjoy waiting. Take warm socks but you have to remove for exam. She was kind, professional and team was one of the best Ive seen -especially these days!     We had a great experience overall! While on vacation, my two year old had a place on his back burst open and start to bleed uncontrollably. We took him to an urgent care while we were gone and they cauterized it with silver nitrate and it was a mess that he eventually made bleed again. The day we got back home I looked up dermatologists and found Vital and saw that you could schedule an appointment online. They just happened to have an appointment next day and the next one wasn’t for two months, so I went ahead and scheduled the next day appointment! I wasn’t sure if Dr Beasley could see a child that young because I didn’t see any reviews about children seeing her. But she was able to see him and took care of the problem same day. Even though it was heartbreaking seeing him have to go through the pain, she was extremely kind and understanding and made everything just a little bit better. I would highly recommend Dr Beasley!

    Dr Beasley and her team are fantastic. I have been going to dermatologists for 2 decades. My skin type is very suseptible to pre-cancers . Most docs use the freeze spray to eliminate them.Instead of freeze spray, Dr Beasley gave me a compounded cream to use for a week. It cleared out the pre-cancers. Thank you Dr Beasley.

    I am very impressed with Dr Beasley. She was friendly, and professional, and really seemed to know her stuff.Ive been looking for a diagnosis sinceNovember- ish.This past Tuesday was my 1st appt with Dr Beasley. She made a fairly large biopsy mark on my leg, as compared to the 3 biopsies that a previous Dermotologist did. So hopefully, with all that skin, she will be able to diagnose and treat me appropriately, when we get the test results back, in 10 days or so.Thank you, Dr Beasley for taking such good care of me.     This was my first time ever having a full body skin cancer screening & I was nerveous since I am 65 yrs old & have been in the sun every chance I got.The front desk ladies were very personable. Very pleasant atmosphere with those ladies at the front desk......Then, when my name was called, I got a lump in my throat. I heard a male voice & I specifically wanted a female dermatologist. I apologize for not remembering his name, but this male nurse made me feel so comfortable. He was so pleasant & very professional & I cant explain it but all was OK.Then while I sat there in a paper gown....super nerveous.....thinking Dr. Beasley would probably find many skin cancer spots on me & have to cut parts of me out.........In walked this energetic, cute, professional, pleasant Doctor who made me totally forget why I was nerveous.This place is AMAZING!!!!!I give a 10+ to each and every employee I had the pleasure to meet at my visit and especially to Doctor Beasley for you fantastic bedside manner!!!!!Thank You!     Had my appointment today, I was actually a bit early and they were able to squeeze me in.... I wasnt able to fill out all the information before I got there online because all I had was my cell phone, but they have iPads in the office and help you set up everything.... It was actually really nice and I would honestly suggest just doing it in the office...It took less than 5 minutes and they are there to help you every step of the way.... The doctor that came (Jenna) was very nice and had a good sense of humor, I would recommend her to anyone.... Overall the experience was very thorough and as good as can be when a total strangers looking at you half naked 😀
