    I recently held a charity fundraiser and without hesitation Mick was onboard. Not only does he have a heart of gold but he is an amazing stylist. Best cut and style I ever got. He also did my toddler daughter hair and it looks amazing!

    Micky was great got me in last minute. He cut my hair better than anyone has in 30 years. I generally cut it myself because I dont trust salons anymore. But every so often you have to go. Now I have a Salon I can say I will go back to. Micky will see me again.

    For my first professional color treatment, Sara did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and explaining the process along the way. My hair is particularly challenging and color resistant, and she went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the end result, and to give me a plan for future treatment and maintenance. The service was both friendly and professional, and I will definitely be back.

    I love Got Split Ends because they are the best at what they do. Ive gone to Sara to get my hair colored/highlighted a couple of times and each time she did an awesome job. Mick has been doing my boyfriends hair for several years and always does a great job as well. We wont be going anywhere new, this is our favorite salon and will be coming back in the future.

    Mick is awesome! Ive never had highlighted hair and as Im getting grey he suggested it. And I love it! He matched my original hair color and a nice trim.Highly recommend Mick! 10 🌟

    Personalized experience every time! I have curly hair and it is very difficult to cut my hair where I can have it either straight or curly but Mick is the best at making the cut perfect! He also does a great job on my sons hair (who is extremely picky and will not go to anyone else!) I am a loyal customer for life!

    Sara has been my hair stylist for a couple years now I refuse to go anywhere else! She is very talented and I never leave disappointed! The whole team is Amazing and talented. They are professional who know how to make you feel brand new!

    By far the best salon and hairstylist. Sara is so accommodating and patient. She doesnt just do what you show her you want. She makes sure its the right style & color for your hair type. The salon is very comfortable. One of the few places I can take my kids and they can watch TV while i get my hair done. Definitely worth the drive over the bridge.

    My new favorite hair salon. I had a wonderful first time experience at Got Split Ends.Sara did a amazing job on my hair cut and color. I tried out something new on my hair and loved the way it turned out, I will defiantly go back I have already recommended this salon to a few of my friends and everyone has loved their hair so far!     Sara has done an amazing job with my hair. She is not afraid of fashion colors and knows how to use them! I even drive the 30 miles to her salon since Ive moved. You dont even have to know what you want. Give her an idea, and she will bring results! Definitely check her out soon!

    Sara did an absolutely AMAZING job with my hair. I was going from a dark brown all the way to a silver/gray, which is a very long process...about 8 hours. But the day felt like a breeze at her salon and we had a lot of fun! She knows what she is doing with hair color, and always explained the process of what we are doing. Even though my hair went through a very drastic change (lightened twice, toner, then dyed), it is still very healthy and soft. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone who needs anything from simple cut to a complicated color!

    Mick is always at the top of his game! His styles/cuts look great, even when he just gives your hair a wash and blow dry. My only complaint is its cash only. The internet connection doesnt support credit card processing or Square. No biggie, just plan to take cash.

    AWESOME salon and the best stylist ever, Mick Ferrari is the ONLY person that will touch my hair because he always makes me look like a million dollars. Even though I have moved to Inverness, I will still make an appointment with Mick and make it a day trip down to Got Split Ends? to get my hair done.

    Mick has been cutting my hair for years. He does a GREAT job & I always leave looking fabulous! Nails by Michelle is fantastic. I love how she does my French mani-pedi and she decorates my nails with flowers or other designs. She doesnt use the normal grater to polish your feet. My feet are super ticklish, so Michelle goes easy on me. I would recommend Got Split Ends to everyone!

    I have gone to countless hairstylists over the duration of my life... It literally took moving half way across the country to find Sara, whom nailed it my very first appointment with her! She is a professional young lady that knows her business, but shell also incorporate what you are trying to accomplish without completely taking over the reigns and dong only what she feels needs to be done. I will continue going to her until I can not. HA! Love, love, love this lady...... She can do virtually ANYTHING.

    In response to the latest review made about me... I did apologize and offered to treat her hair and cut it. She did not want to hear anything I had to say and wanted nothing to do with me. I have been doing hair for 13 years now and many people who are happy with me and our salon, I have over 100 5-star reviews on other social media sites, i have been an educator for 2 schools, I have turned down several artistic director positions because I am a single mother, I have been paid to travel and showcase my work, I have been featured on Modern Salon Barbershop Connect, the Scissor Salute Show and many more. I dont recall a time when anyones hair broke off on me the way it did with her... I used 20 volume developer and paper instead of foils for the reason I did see some breakage. She told me her hair was virgin and the breakage was from hair extensions. I still proceeded thinking everything would be ok but told her she would need to cut her hair. I went on to my next client because she was late, after I finished with that client I continued with her. I was toning her hair in the shampoo bowl and did notice some breakage, I thought nothing of it and continued. I put her under the dryer which I sometimes do when I am working in between clients especially ones who were late... and most of my Haircuts are dry cuts.She exchanged some words with me when she saw her hair was breaking off, which I reminded her that her hair was already breaking off and to let me cut it and treat it... she threatened me, and left which is fine and not once was I out of line or out of character. I apologized to her boyfriend and said I want to fix it (because he is my friend I wouldnt intentionally do what was said about me)I even told him, if I was her I would be mad too...I gave him some treatment and told him I had to finish the rest of my clients but I will cut and treat her hair for no charge. Upon doing my research I have pictures with the date showing that she had highlights just a few months before and it was colored over to blend with her natural hair, making her hair not virgin. Had I was told this, none of this would have happened. The treatment I gave is Lanza Trauma Treatment which is not cheap and is a highly recommended professional product that an Educator from Salon Centric put me on... but my goal is to satisfy every single one of my clients, I work for myself not a corporate so every single person who sits in my chair is very important to me. If anyone who has sat in my chair that was unhappy with their hair I would do whatever is in my power to make it right...

    This is such a great hair salon. Mick is very good and listens to what you want. I am very pleased with this salon and I know I can always get a good hair cut and color. Very friendly salon.
