    Staff and NP were very nice but my appointment was at 7:30. I was there at 7:26 but the staff was not!!! After they arrived I still had to wait until 8:15 to be seen. Was not happy about the delay at all. If personnel can’t be on time don’t make early appointments. You expect your patients to be on time too.

    The Dr. was thorough, took time to explain things thoroughly and help us understand how to manage my daughters skin issues. Sending us home with cream and ointment samples also provided us an opportunity to see which would work best for her before we filled a prescription or made a purchase. Im grateful to have found a professional dermatologist so close to home!!

    Check in till the end to make a follow up appointment everything was great and the provider Bobbie Ferrell A.R.N.P made me feel comfortable along with her staff Angelica, Rose, and Phyllis. Rose especially made me feels calm through out the procedure. Definitely will recomed friends and family.

    Everything about this visit was superb. I dare say it was my best experience at doctors office. From the building itself, the front desk, doctor, PA, billing, to the wait time. All the staff were/are knowledgable and personable. I highly recommend them.
