    Dr. Smithberger has been treating me for more than four years now and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and delivers on her promises. Everyone on staff at Clayton Dermatology has been polite and helpful at every visit. Definitely recommend.

    5 stars for professionalism.Park outside. Sit in the air conditioned comfort of your own vehicle. Call the office. They bring any needed paperwork out to you, with mask on. They call you when ready. They meet you at the door, with mask on. They lead you through their very clean, new and nice lobby, hallways, to your comfortable, if sparse, private room. Dr. Shows up in minutes. Dr. does her thing. Dr. Leaves. You leave.Thats all well and good.The only thing missing is basically any personal touch at all. No getting to know you. No jokes. No nothing. Just business. Ive seen two different Drs. here. Same thing. The first was actually kind of put-off that I asked to have a little mole removed because it wasnt on her scheduled plan for me. I didnt even know I had a scheduled plan.? I thought it was me who called in for an appointment. She thought she was in charge. Kinda weird, but I let it go until this second visit. This time the Dr. Was perfectly nice, but she was in my room literally.... best guess....seemed like... 4, but probably 5 minutes. She was in a hurry to get out the door. Its not like the parking lot was full, maybe only one other car. Otherwise, she was fine.I cant really deduct anything for all this. Its not their job to be my buddy. But still.....Like I said, 5 stars for professionalism.

    Great office. So glad a I found them. Everyone is professional, polite, and extremely helpful. The Doctor is great. He took one look at my rash, gave me 2 prescriptions and asked me to follow-up in 2weeks. My rash was gone before the first week was done. He explained everything to me. He took his time, listened to me and I am beyond happy. I even made my appointment for next year. :)

    I saw Dr. heard today for advice regarding treatment options for my acne scarring. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind with his objective. He gave me advice on treatment options that he could perform and even some referrals for other beneficial treatments that I could pursue. I left feeling like he really cared about my interests as a patient and was happy to book an appointment with him for the recommended procedure.Additionally, the staff was very friendly and there was a calm but equal sense of urgency adhering to patient flow. Needless to say, I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Heard for any future skin concerns, and I feel comfortable recommending Clayton Dermatology to my friends and family who are looking for quality care.

    Office is clean, spacious, and cozy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I will admit I did wait in the waiting room for an hour but I believe I overheard it was because my file was misplaced. This could happen to anyone, so I won’t dock points for that. Stuff happens, no biggie. The team was kind and the doctor was quick, very nice, and spot on. She diagnosed me within a few short minutes and prescribed me something that already has me healing! I’ll definitely return if needed in the future and recommend this medical group to anyone in need of dermatology care.

    I’ve been here a number of times and was new to all-things-dermatology. Dr. Smithberger is kind, efficient and good humored. The office is immaculate. You rarely wait long. They’re extremely responsive when I have a question (even after I’ve left and called back) and when I have something more urgent. The medical assistants are helpful and knowledgeable as well. They answer the phones often, which is great when you have a question beyond scheduling. Excellent customer service across the board. Thanks for all you guys do!

    The best Dermatology Group around. I have been a patient since 2002. Started with Dr Clayton then had the pleasure of meeting Dr Erica Smithburger whom has performed many surgeries. I would recommend these great Doctors to anyone.

    I visited Clayton Dermatology for my 6 month skin check. I saw Dr. Smithberger. I did not have to wait very long for her to see me. She checked my skin thoroughly and checked the spots that I specifically asked her about. My wait time and visit time were less than one hour. I was very pleased with my doctor appointment today.

    I’ve been going to Clayton Dermatology for several years and in addition to Dr. Clayton, Dr. Smithberger has been my primary dermatologist. She is always friendly, straightforward, and professional. Today I had squamous cell surgery and she was amazing along with her assistant, Kimberly. They both put me at ease, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided post op advice to help me heal in the best way possible. In addition to a friendly front office, CD is always consistent with appointment reminders. I’m very happy with the care I receive from Clayton Dermatology.

    I was in the office twice in the past 2 weeks for diagnosis then the treatment of my condition. They were very accommodating. When I called back in because of not understanding what the doctor had told me she was glad to get back on the phone and help me understand. Then when I came in for the procedure they were right on time and not only did the do the one that was scheduled but was able to adjust her time so they could do the second one and save me an 1 1/2 hour trip back the next week for the next procedure. I found the service excellent and the doctors very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would highly recommend the practice for your skin problems.

    I saw Dr. Amber for acne treatment. First, the front office staff are very nice and helpful. Also, there is only a short new-patient questionnaire. There is little wait time; I was brought in right at my appointment time. Then, I met the friendly nurse/assistant who brought me in and asked me a few questions, and then she got the doctor. Dr. Amber is very nice and was able to go into detailed explanations. She also offered the cheapest treatment right off the bat, which is helpful for a college student like me. She was able to give me an estimate of the cost and told me what to do if it was not covered by my insurance. Checkout was a breeze. I did not spend more than 30 minutes there. Within an hour, I recieved a message from my pharmacy that my prescription was filled. I was pleased with my experience and will be going again.

    We are a family of five generations with lots of skin cancer. Dr. Smithburger sees me, my mom, my grandma, my great grandmother and my oldest son. She is incredibly knowledgeable but very relaxed, fun and confident. Love all of the staff and would highly recommend!

    Ive been coming here for a procedure and really admire their efficiency. I didnt mind paying out of pocket when I had no insurance that time because it was all worth it. My dermatologist, Dr. Smithberger has helped me with my condition last year just when I was starting to lose hope and not feeling too optimistic too. The results were amazing! I recommended this to my friend and shes planning to have a consult. This is the only clinic I go to for my dermatology problems. Making an appointment is so smooth and the clinic nurses/assistants are genuinely very caring.

    Dr. Smithbgr and her office were great. The doctor diagnosed my problem quickly and we started effective treatment. She explained the issues clearly (minimal jargon) and her knowledgable assistant followed up patiently as it took me a while to understand. Office was clean and nice and staff was great.     Just had my first appointment with Dr Smithberger at Clayton Dermatology for a 2nd opinion. I felt so comfortable when I walked into the practice, it was so pretty. When I met Rachael (the drs assistant) and Dr Smithberger, they were both so nice and welcoming. Dr Smithberger resolved my situation for which I had come. I definitely enjoyed my first experience with them and will probably continue to see them for future care.(note the front desk was very nice as well).     Rachel Hileman who works for Clayton Dermotology did an awesome job. I was having a difficult time getting my sons prescription needs met and she contacted my insurance company and the pharmacy and made sure it was taken care of.     How do I say wonderful things about a dermatologist office without grossing people out....Heres a shot (pun intended)...Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable with every single piece of epidermis that has been removed over the past 10+ years. There is never more than a 2.6 minute wait to get in and see the staffs smiling faces. I would have no other dermatologist operate on my stratum lucidum than Dr. Smithberger and the staff at Clayton Dermatology...1, because no one else will accept me as a patient, 2, because these people are awesome! Definitely the place to go for all of your papillary layer needs and more. Thank you Clayton Dermatology!!PS, I am not sure I used the medical terms for skin properly. Hahahah!

    Dr Smithberger did an awesome job on my mad brow. The lines between my brows were so deep that I was willing to try whatever she recommended .Ended up doing the filler along with xeomin and I was very pleased with the results. Instantly lifted my brows.

    About two years ago I found a spot so I ask my friend who worked with some top notch Cancer Drs at moffitt if she knew of a good dermatologist. She recommend Dr. Smithburger. Since then I’ve had probably about 10 biopsies and I have to say every time I go there staff is so friendly and so nice from the ladies at the front desk to the ladies in the back. They just built a brand new Office where they offer everything from cosmetic stuff to more serious things like surgical procedures to remove cancer spots.
