I love this location! Jasmine has been the best! I was supposed to cancel because I keep experiencing fall outs and it was starting to feel like a waste of time. But Jasmine listened to my concerns and gave me solutions from how to clean them to what lashes would work better on me. She’s super patient and knowledgeable, I recommend her to anyone. I also love the front desk Kierra she’s always super friendly. Book at this location y’all and ask for Jasmine!

This is my second time getting faux lashes ever and I don’t think I ever want to go without them.Gretchen was my lash tech. I showed her a pic from IG and she gave me the volume set with super long 15 ml lashes.✨ LOVE ✨I told her I wanted it to look like strip lashes and she understood the assignment. Definitely gave me the wispy long lash look I was hoping for. The difference is very dramatic but fits my face.

Thank you Renee!I usually don’t bother with reviews but I felt this was worth sharing.Backstory: I had one technician (not Renee) for a few months. She was frequently late, and because of her lateness she would rush towards the end of my session to make it to her next client. And you could tell looking at the 2nd eye, that it was rushed. So because of this I didn’t tip the greatest. I tipped what I felt was earned. After the 3rd time of her starting my morning appointment late (I was always her first one of the day. She would walk in the doors AFTER the start time and still have to set up) I politely asked if we could start on time in the future and please take her time with me. She gaslit me accused me of trying to start an argument! Lol. She did not agree that being on time was a big deal. She just kept saying “it’s always something with you” (in the past she gave me volume without me asking for it, and changed the length of my lashes without asking me). So yes, both times I politely asked why she did that, didn’t really get an answer. So yeah if it’s “always something” with me, it’s because it’s “always something” with her. Lol. So again this was not Renee and I’m not gonna say who it was because apparently she is loved by others and I won’t ruin that for her.Sooooo anyway at that final appointment I tipped her more than generously, and changed all my future appointments to Renee.Renee did fabulous! She took her time to make sure she filled in every single lash, and my eyes look “amazing” :-)

Julie at the front was very sweet and informative! The first time I wasn’t satisfied so they had me come back the next day and have them fixed by a master stylist. My only complaint is that I feel multiple lashes glued together and the tugging feeling is pretty uncomfortable. It was my first time so I’m not sure but I feel that the experience could have been much better.

Make sure you arrive at least five minutes before your appointment because they are very punctual and they let you know this from the very beginning. I had A little Thanksgiving “faux pas” with my lashes while cooking dinner up in New York on vacation…(don’t get too close to gaslit stove tops when you have lash extensions! LOL ) The awesome thing was that this company is national so I was able to go to a nearby Amazing Lash studio and they fixed my lashes for me!

I can’t believe this place! I just came home after working all day to a complete stranger. My fiancé just visited this studio and OMG the job Jerissa did on her lashes....AMAZING!
