I brought my mother in today and owner Melanie gave her the most beautiful and stylish pixie cut. I kind of used my mom as the guinea pig to see what I would look like with short hair. Well, when I am ready, I am definitely going to want Melanie to cut my hair. I know I will be in good hands and my mother certainly thinks so too!

Great service! Fun shop! Reasonable prices!Melanie has been doing my nails since 2015. She always uses good quality products & does a great job. The shop is like a mini-boutique with beautiful jewelry, handbags & great gifts. She does a beautiful job with my nails & can do lovely free hand designs from butterflies, autumn leaves & candy canes! I highly recommend this fun shop!

Had my first visit yesterday, 3/5/15. The Salon is spotless and very well organized with plenty of space for each tech. Not the usual congested Salon where techs are elbow to elbow with a lot of drama going on. I was offered a cup of Keurig coffee and relaxed in comfortable surroundings while awaiting my appointment. Melanie also did a pedicure immediately after my nails. The ped stations are very comfortable and professional in all manner. I went back today and Melanie styled my hair. I will be a regular customer from this point forward. It is such a pleasure to find a tech and stylist combination that really understands what my needs are and does not go off on a standardized process. I can see why Melanie is a valuable asset for this Salon. Again, this location is virtually hospital clean with the friendly attitude and services to go with it.

Melanie has been my Cosmetologist for over 20 years. When I first met her (after a bad experience with another hairdresser) I was very impressed that she LISTENED to me and offered suggestions for a style and color for the total look that would best suit me. She is professional, efficient, and commicates well with me and other clients. Melanie is courteous and very conscientious. She truly goes the extra mile. She educates herself with new products and new techniques. I look forward to my appointments because I am excited to hear new things from her that would make me look my best. Yesterday some colleagues complimented me on the color and style of my hair and nails. I told them to go see Melanie. Everyone I have sent to her over the years has been very satisfied with her services, knowledge and prices.The shop is inviting and clients say I hate to leave. I usually stay longer to chat with clients and look at the wigs, hair pieces, jewerly, sunglasses, purses and other unique one-of-a-kind items on display. I actually bought the watch Melanie was wearing 2 weeks ago. We laugh because other clients want to purchase items that she wears. The atmosphere is very friendly with a mixture of men,woman, children and teens of all ages. I highly reccomend Melanie for all your hair and nail needs.

Melanie is a miracle worker no doubt! I came to her in a rush with mistakenly SMURF BLUE hair and platinum roots lmao! As a natural blonde whos box black (starry midnight black something) by Fería washed out leaving just the blue behinf, I attempted to fix with at-home bleach. No. Just. NO. I was desperate and in a rush to cut off all the damaged hair and throw a solid black back in it before flying home to see my grandma when I came across Melanie on Google. (Mamas would have a coronary if she had seen me with blue hair.) Not only did Melanie meet my expectations in a professional approach, but she EXCEEDED all imagined possibilities for cut, style, treament, color and advice. She basically bent over backwards to help me out and I was completely blown away by the results!! We both agreed I look like a completely different woman (thanks to her magical hands!) She most certainly went above and beyond what any other beautician would have done. Thanks Melanie for your extra hard work and for making me feel like family agile I was there. I will be going to Artistic Hair & Nails for all things beautiful from now on! Cant wait to get extensions and that fabulous mascara!!)

I awoke with this fear of doom and dread.I couldnt get the feeling out of my head.All I knew it was something about me.But what it was alluded me.Then I looked in the mirror just by chance.A quick look round just a glance.But there I saw the issue right there.Oh my god the state of my hair.So long and wild for all to see.Thats when I knew to call Melanie.Alas Im now in need of thee.Can you cut my hair but after 3.00?This week or next is cool for me.Im in your hands so wait and see.
