    Had an excellent new customer experience at refined beauty day spa. They offer many services but I had the please of having a facial and massage. The massage was wonderful and tailored to my specific problem areas. This was my first facial and I don’t know what to compare it to but it was very nice and I left feeling rejuvenated!

    I just had my first facial at Refined Beauty Day Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The ambiance is so calming – it’s like stepping into a peaceful oasis.The facial itself was incredible. My esthetician Vilma took the time to understand my skin type and concerns and customized the treatment just for me. She was gentle and explained every step of the process, which made me feel so relaxed.I’m so impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular treatments, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to treat themselves to an amazing spa experience!

    Had my first experience here. Staff was pleasant. Walked in with all kinds of aches and pains. My deep tissue massage was done by Roxanne and was phenomenal. She had great technique and strong hands. Walked out feeling so much better. I will definitely be back.

    Vilma was amazing. I had a really bad experience with a facial before and wouldn’t get one and I got one for Christmas and she changed my mind. Her massage was just as amazing. Definitely have to go back to her.

    Awesome place! The owner and staff are kind, and they are flexible to give you the exact service you want! The owner helped me surprising my boyfriend for our anniversary and I was able to decorate a room.We got a couples massage and was amazing!     This place is a hidden gem. Mona, the owner, was so welcoming and nice. The environment was very relaxing. I had a massage with Aurora and she is simply amazing! I was dealing with back pain and had her focus on that, and she clearly knows what she’s doing. The massage felt amazing and my back felt so much better after. I can’t wait to go back!!

    I’ve been going here for a few years now. The staff is amazing at their work and undoubtedly reliable. I’ve had many eyebrow appointments as well as facials with Mona, each time has been beyond satisfactory. Prices are always extremely reasonable as well.     Such a great experience, I can’t wait to come back! I had the 2 hour pamper me done which was a full body massage and facial. Aurora did my massage and she is by far the best! Mona did my facial and the whole experience was so relaxing. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating.

    I had Wilma for a 2.5 hour deep tissue massage, facial and scalp treatment and she was the absolute best! So relaxing and I felt great afterwards. I also received a pedicure and was given a delicious fresh fruit plate and mint tea to sip during my paraffin pedicure. It was a much needed relaxing experience. All that for $229 (plus generous tips of course)! What a steal!

    Absolutely amazing time! The massage therapist was amazing and so good.My girlfriend has surprised me with an anniversary gift and the owner helped her set it all up in a private room with champagne and roses. Lovely time here and would recommend. I could’ve stayed another 2 hours!

    SoFar I have been there for acne treatment with Mona. She is the best at what she does. So experienced and knowledgeable. As long as you follow her instructions, you will see magic in your face . I love the calming environment and massages she does when getting my facials .on every appointment, I literally feel my face and my soul renews. Just go and you won’t regret.

Very welcoming and professional, I had a great facial, massage and scrub. I felt so relaxed it was the best spa experience Ive ever had!!I get my eyebrows my done by Mona and she always delivers and does a great job! She’s the owner of the beautiful spa. This spa is beautiful and they offer many services such as couples massage. They have lot of spa rooms that are very spacious, perfect for bridal parties! I highly recommend refined spa!

    My absolute favorite place! 10/10Every single time I have walked into this spa, I have been welcomed with the best vibes and the most friendly and caring staff...I haven’t left disappointed once! I have tried many different spas, however, none of them can compare to Refined Beauty Day Spa. I have been going to Mona for 8 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else... She is AMAZING!Not only is the eyebrow threading the BEST here, but the facial massages are really great too. I always leave with PERFECT eyebrows and glowing skin!     I was treated to a 2 hour full body massage and body scrub package. Aurora was amazing! I easily fell asleep during the service because of how relaxed my body became.     Refined Beauty Day Spa l have been seeing her for the last six months.i tried chemical peels and few other type facials and now I start doing natural organic facial with them and is love all results.it really works for me is the natural treatment it gives you glow and natural look.🥰 and Mona have excellent knowledge about product and ingredient too.

    Ive been here a few times and every time the service was exceptional! I dont think there is anywhere else that I would go. The pedicure was great but most of all I loved my massage and I always go for eyebrow threading. Its very quiet and relaxing. I love Mona as she takes her time and does an amazing job! Their prices are great too! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone I know looking for spa to go to.

    My 30 min massage was amazing and relaxing as always. A new lady did my eyebrows and she was good. Im satisfied and will have her do it again.This is a really friendly place with very professional and excellent staff. Service is always great and you will feel very special.     I love this spa! They do everything and they do it well. I first came for a wax and was taken care by Goldie. She was so gentle and took her time. I came back for a facial and they use top of the line products (PCA skincare). Then I came back for a manicure done by Jenna and she was so sweet! My nails look great!!

    I got Monas name through next door app. I went in November so my 12 year old daughter can get her brows done for the first time. She was so gentle and patient with her. And her brows looked amazing! I also got mine done and she took the time to clean mine up. My brows are thin so she didnt want to take too much off. I was very happy with them! Today we went in and she took the time to do my daughter again. Its been a while since Mona was gone due to family emergency and she once again did an amazing job! I wont be going anywhere else!

    I got a manicure and pedicure with Annie and it was my first time coming. I had a spa finder gift card fromThe holidays and ended up coming here since it’s nearby. Well I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the amazing manicure and pedicure I received from Annie. Above average quality for average prices. I have had mani and pedi for 25 years at many different spas and salons in Coral Springs and boca and although a small place it is pretty and clean and feels like a spa. Annie hit every mark perfectly. She did everything just as I would want and the polish looks so flawless. She was gentle yet thorough and didn’t hurt my cuticles or tickle my feet. The massage was fabulous she seemed to actually enjoy what she does. So sweet as well. I am not going to anyone but Annie. She was A+

    Best Spa in town! I just recently had my first chemical peel and loved it.I was a bit scared to try this but there is really nothing to be scared of. Mona was great and told me step by step what she was doing during the peel which made me feel not scared at all. The products that she used are of high quality and worked great with my skin. Ive also gotten a facial here before and i love it!. I come here about 2-3 weeks to get my eye brown threaded and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do it. This spa is clean, nice and the service they off is fantastic. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

    Ive been to many spas in the Coral Springs area and this Spa was by far the best! The moment you enter youre greeted by the friendliest staff and the place is kept beautiful and super clean. I got a facial, pedicure, and massage. They were extremely gentle and took care of my sensitive skin. My skin afterward was glowing and they did an incredible job cleansing my pores. The massage was incredibly relaxing and the masseuses make it a point to check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure applied wasnt too light or deep. They really make it a point to take their time, listen to you, and ensure you are enjoying the service and results. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and satisfied.

    From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for an amazing day . My boyfriend bought me a refresh and renew gift certificate from their site and it was the best gift by far !!! I had the pleasure of being worked on my Gloria and she was more than amazing !!!! The massage put me to sleep more than once and that was the best facial I’ve ever received in a long time and I regularly get facial.     Location is clean, organized and well managedRefined Beauty is the only place I trust to do my eyebrows. They listen to me when I tell them exactly how I want my eyebrows and let me point out the exact hairs I want to keep/remove; They never rush the process and they dont take forever either. Im in and out in 15-20 minutes with exactly what I wanted.They also have manis, pedis, waxing, tinting, micro blading, massages etc.I booked my mom a full body, 1 hour massage for her birthday and she said it was genuinely one of the best massages shes ever gotten and for a good price.10/10 recommend Refined Beauty Day Spa

    Best Eyebrow Threading in South Florida!!! Amazing atmosphere relaxing...Ive had my brows threaded by Mona for more then 4yrs now even after moving further east I drive to Coral springs for my Brows. I also had the pleasure of experiencing the Shirodhara Oil treatment, that was out of this world!!! The Facial treatments are unique and are wonderful. Always leave feel Beautified after a visit here... and wanting to come back soon!!!

The owner has great knowledge about skin as she invites a dermatologist to visit this spa regularly and she would recommend you just exactly what you need!     Best facial Ive ever had with Goldie today!! She took her time and really evaluated my skin, did not leave a blemish untouched during extractions. I have had 40+ facials in my lifetime but this was by far the best. I will be coming back every month for their PCA facial. The decor and ambiance is beautiful as well and they also do massages, eyebrow threading, and mani/pedis. Definitely recommend!!
